Du Parc Hotel

The hotel is modern, clean and well presented. We went at the end of ski season so some aspect like the bar and restaurant were closed.
They run a car shuttle to the main ski lift and it’s about a 8 minute walk back from the nearest slope.
Breakfast was good as too the spa which you can book privately for 40 minutes.
Located close to all town bars and restaurants. Parking a bit tight in the basement.
The rooms have lovely balconies too.
Close to a 5 star but couldn’t without full service being open!

We had great 3 night stay in Du Parc appartment next to hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful and kitchen was equipped well for cooking.

I have stayed in most of the hotels in the resort, this is my new favourite!
Only stayed one night here.
Modern and very clean hotel.
Enjoyed the free use of the spa.
The staff were brilliant.
The breakfast was really good too.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Du Parc during our ski holiday. The service was truly exceptional—when we needed a late check-out room, the manager went above and beyond to find one for us, even though we hadn't booked it in advance. The spa was a perfect way to relax after a day on the slopes, and the ski bus running every 10 minutes in the morning made getting to the lift incredibly convenient and easy. Overall, the service was outstanding, and the staff was extremely helpful. We highly recommend this place!

My (now) fiance and I stayed here over Christmas and the Du Parc Hotel was INCREDIBLE! Starting off, the lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, everytime we chatted with her and asked questions she always had an answer. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and was at a wide range of time so we never felt rushed to get up and get downstairs. The overall location of the hotel is perfect and central to anything you could want, also not far from the bus station just about a five-minute walk up hill. The resort has an agreement with a local ski shop so we got a discount off of our ski rental, on top of this the resort has a free shuttle to the main ski lift. Now on to our room, wow our room, we booked the Sauna room with the hot tub on the balcony, it was EVERYTHING we could have imagined, very clean and spacious as well. Day of arrival, my fiance got a text message asking when we would be checking in, when we got to our room it was nice and toasty which was perfect as we were coming out of the cold! The hot tub was an awesome addition to come back to and warm up after skiing, very easy to use as well. Bed was very comfortable, probably the best of our entire trip. This hotel was SO perfect, in fact, that my fiance proposed to me on our balcony! We plan to come back to the Du Parc hotel as soon as we can, it is a new favorite!

Depending on what kind of trip you're planning.... I went on a motorbike tour with legal offroad Terrain that is within 60 km around the area/national park at the hotels location. Therefore it was a good choice for me. The staff was friendly, there is a garage (extra costs), USB ports in the room, Kettle, coffee, tea and water in the fridge every day. The room is quiet and clean. The only thing that they should take more care of is the mold in the shower joints. As I was in the off-season there was a limitation on open restaurants and hotel kitchen.

This was an all-around five star visit, but most of all we need to mention the service we received from Ms. Majda. Our stay was awesome!!! After our check-out we realized we left all of our passports and a wallet in a nightstand drawer.
Majda offered us above and beyondc ustomer service. The weekend was upon us and we were leaving Italy to visit Croatia. She worked around the clock to have this all delivered to a DHL office in Napoli before the time of our departure. She took away all the stress this would’ve involved!!
