Du Parc Hotel

My (now) fiance and I stayed here over Christmas and the Du Parc Hotel was INCREDIBLE! Starting off, the lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful, everytime we chatted with her and asked questions she always had an answer. Breakfast was delicious every morning, and was at a wide range of time so we never felt rushed to get up and get downstairs. The overall location of the hotel is perfect and central to anything you could want, also not far from the bus station just about a five-minute walk up hill. The resort has an agreement with a local ski shop so we got a discount off of our ski rental, on top of this the resort has a free shuttle to the main ski lift. Now on to our room, wow our room, we booked the Sauna room with the hot tub on the balcony, it was EVERYTHING we could have imagined, very clean and spacious as well. Day of arrival, my fiance got a text message asking when we would be checking in, when we got to our room it was nice and toasty which was perfect as we were coming out of the cold! The hot tub was an awesome addition to come back to and warm up after skiing, very easy to use as well. Bed was very comfortable, probably the best of our entire trip. This hotel was SO perfect, in fact, that my fiance proposed to me on our balcony! We plan to come back to the Du Parc hotel as soon as we can, it is a new favorite!

Depending on what kind of trip you're planning.... I went on a motorbike tour with legal offroad Terrain that is within 60 km around the area/national park at the hotels location. Therefore it was a good choice for me. The staff was friendly, there is a garage (extra costs), USB ports in the room, Kettle, coffee, tea and water in the fridge every day. The room is quiet and clean. The only thing that they should take more care of is the mold in the shower joints. As I was in the off-season there was a limitation on open restaurants and hotel kitchen.

This was an all-around five star visit, but most of all we need to mention the service we received from Ms. Majda. Our stay was awesome!!! After our check-out we realized we left all of our passports and a wallet in a nightstand drawer.
Majda offered us above and beyondc ustomer service. The weekend was upon us and we were leaving Italy to visit Croatia. She worked around the clock to have this all delivered to a DHL office in Napoli before the time of our departure. She took away all the stress this would’ve involved!! Fabulous Hotel..absolutely loved everything about this Hotel. Location is stunning. Staff are a great asset to this Hotel nothing is a bother…having a good laugh trying to communicate with each other. Cleanliness was excellent..Rooms are amazing and the views are stunning. Sauna and Jacuzzi was so good…..little extras in the Sauna room makes it special. Maggie our Receptionist is one smart Woman she goes out of her way to accommodate all of our needs. Always a smile on her face and so happy and confident in her job. My Brothers case went missing from the Airport and she went out of her way phoning every day trying to get it delivered to our Hotel. (It took 5 days before it was delivered). She also made sure that the Football on the Tv was all set up for our Scotland match. Such a lovely person. This Hotel is a 5* in my eyes. What a wonderful week we all had.

Beautiful location, friendly and patient service, and good rooms. This exceeded all of my expectations.

Fantastic, modern hotel in the centre of Sauze. Very friendly staff from Magda on the front desk to Chef Einaudi in the kitchen, we were made to feel like family.
The food was excellent when we ate in the restaurant on a few occasions in the week, and the breakfast buffet was filling every morning. We shall be back

Outstanding hotel - very much helped by booking the luxury suite with its own sauna and outside hot tub on its own private terrace. Breakfast not great but not an issue for us. Location very central to everything in the town although a bit of a trek to the ski lift at Clotes. Very modern hotel with a clean, fresh style and great relaxed atmosphere
