The breakfast was really good, and to the same standard as other hotels I’ve stayed at in Italy. They had good variation of mostly sweet but also savoury options, and made coffee or prepared eggs on request. No complaints about the breakfast. The room was a bit tired but did the job, only complaint was the shower was a bit hard to use, but once you figured it out it was fine. The room was clean.

Excellent hotel! Outstanding staff at the reception, willing to go the extra mile to help us. The breakfast was really good. The room was clean and had a nice view of the mountain. Recommended!

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived very early off the TMB (12pm) and the front desk directed the maid to prepare our room immediately so we could check in. The room itself was a bit dated but was clean and well appointed. No comment on the in house restaurant as we avoided it due to other negative reviews. It is located a 10 minute walk from the main commercial shopping and dining area, bus loop, tourism centre etc. The views from our balcony were superb. There are several restaurants and cafes within a 3 minute walk. We booked months in advance so got very favourable pricing, and thus I considered it a great value as well.

The hotel ownership needs a wake up call. A 1 star rating is generous. The condition of the hotel is extremely poor and smelly. The “restaurant” is ridiculous, the worst meal I’ve ever had, and breakfast is truly an experience to avoid. The hotel must be paying people to leave positive reviews!

Disappointing. The hotel needs a major renovation. It's not soundproofed, so it's too noisy. Luckily, we only stayed one night.
I highly recommend it.

Stay away from this. We arrived 3pm and couldn't check-in because our rooms were not ready, we were promised they will be ready at 4pm. We eventually could check-in 4.30 pm. The rooms have not been updated since the mid 70s.

The breakfast is a joke, their own pictures lie compared to what they offer, I took some pictures from today's breakfast serving to show what it really is like.

Double charged me on parking when checking out.

Doesnt worth the money!
Extremely old and not well maintained hotel. It doesnt seen clean at all. Terrible shower. Staff at the lobby couldnt speak english! The check in at 5pm!!! But check out at 10am. How fair is that??
I would not stay again and i would not recommend.

Was in town for a running event. The hotel employee Eugenia was instrumental in helping me prepare. She went out of her way, above and beyond, to ease my worry on multiple fronts. Wonderful stay, very accommodating

I love this hotel - I've stayed here a few times now and the staff and team that run the hotel are brilliant. Nice big rooms, suited my needs exactly. I'll be going back.
