Staff couldn’t have been more helpful, breakfast was great with a huge selection. They also - much to our surprise - put on a very early 5am breakfast on the weekend for departures day. We were also able to check in early as our room was ready.

Great staff. Reception staff very good. Bar attached to the hotel is great and obviously very local. Food excellent and lots of it. Self serve starter and main meal so liked being all inclusive. Breakfast all you can think off and freshly made eggs or omelette by the chef

A nice clean hotel with decent facilities. Staff are friendly and breakfast is good....make your own waffles, cereals, cold meats and cheese..sausage bacon boiled eggs...and for those with a sweet tooth a variety of cakes...the rooms are quite small but have everything you need and there is storage under the bed...it's ski in not sure about ski out but that could be because there's not as much snow...

Nice, decent rooms. Fine breakfast, included. Just next to the lift. 25 meters from a ski rental shop, where you get 20% discount when staying at clothes. Nothing to complain about so far. They also arranged transport from the airport, and ski passes.

Just home from a week in Sauz. Our party of 9 had a wonderful time on the slopes and were so well looked after by the Gran Baita staff. The food was amazing and they even catered for our two vegans. Fantastic stay at this family run hotel. There may be better hotels on resort, but I think you will find it hard to find a friendlier one. Food was well presented and plentiful. You will not regret giving this one a try.

This is a great value for money hotel with a friendly helpful owner and staff. You take pot luck on the room you get as some are smaller some larger, some with balcony some without. Stayed in Jan 17. Hotel was great, Andrea, Ella and all staff were amazing and really accommodating. Andrea picked us up after Apres Ski and brought us back to the hotel on a couple of nights. Only a short walk to the Jovenvaux lift, couple of good restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Nice little hotel. Here with work for a ski trip. Staff are nice and its comfortable. The rooms are kept very warm. Slightly dated, but its very close to village centre, the breakfast is fair, they provide shuttles to the ski lift. Theres a spa which costs a bit more which is not bad at all.

This place was just great, we have really enjoyed ourselves. It was a party of 8 and we all have been looked after really well. Staff was very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. It is not a budget meal type place but definitely recommend it.

Staff where really nice, location perfect, views outstanding, comfortable in lounge area outside and in the bedroom. We stayed for 4 nights and the food was good for 3 evenings the last evening it was poor. This should not have been as there was only one other couple staying in the hotel. A first class hotel opposite the Clotes lift. The rooms are well appointed with great batbrooms and comfortable beds. The owners and staff are very friendly and welcoming and the ski shop next door also owned by the same family was excellent.

We have travelled from the UK for many years and always stayed in Stella Alpina. It is a family run hotel based just metres from the ski lift which takes you all over the mountain. Definitely recommend.

I go every year to this beautiful hotel it's spotlessly clean with great food. The staff are friendly and very courteous.its also in a wonderful location when the snow is good you can ski almost to the door

Breakfast was very nice, varied and sufficient, even able to make a small sandwich to take with us at lunchtime. The staff however were excellent and very attentive and helped us with all our needs. A great place to stay directly on the piste! What a way to start the day - opening the curtains and seeing the gorgeous mountains in early-morning light, watching the chairlifts come to life, the 1st skiers going by. Great hotel for families. We stayed here in January 2018 with 2 kids. The hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. Anything we asked for was no problem. The restaurant served nice variety of food, and the children enjoyed it too. When one child was sick they brought food to the room for him. Have only used the bar so the review will be based on that experience. Brilliant staff who speak both Italian and English making it easy to communicate with them. Great variety of drinks and also brilliant live music played throughout the week. Overall great place to grab a drink or 10 in Sauze d’Oulx 👍

The stay at K2 was great! The location was ideal (just 5 minutes from the bus stop) and the staff was very helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good.

Great staff. Great rooms. Great location. Great bar. Stayed 2 nights in June. It was amazing to see Sauze in the summer and without snow! Breakfast was perfect for our needs. Room was very clean with all the facilities required. Plenty parking for motorcycles directly outside on the street. There is a secure garage, but it was already fully booked.

Fabulous hotel and super helpful staff. Great breakfast, comfy rooms, lovely hot-tub to relax in after skiing and they even brought up drinks from the bar for us! A lot of local workers pop in here for coffee/bar snacks at breakfast time (and throughout the day) which tells you that it is authentic and good value - not just for tourists. Close to the centre, and the free ride up the hill to the chairlifts...

Really lovely food, great staff and service. Would recommend the pie ( husband had it and said it was great) and carrot cake. I have a gluten allergy and they have loads of choices and great food. We were a little cold, probably because we hadn’t eaten all day. They moved our table to near a radiator and turned up the heating.

Just tried the the restaurant while skiing, came 3 days, very good pizza, and pasta, ideal for noon break, ideally located in the middle of the domain, with direct access to ropeways seats, and the slope back to town.

The place is super nice and cozy, but I have to criticize if you are going there as a family. The beds are extremely close to each other and there's a lack of space and plugs to charge your devices. We found out we had to unplug some of the lamps to be able to charge our devices, and the walls arent that sound proof. Absolute incredible customer service by the Lady owner. I was struggling with some worrying chest pain on a Saturday and she went above and beyond calling around doctors in the area to reserve me a booking in Oulx. After waiting in a telephone queue for almost 30 minutes she also arranged for a taxi to collect me and gave instruction about the return journey providing bus schedules. Great holiday...

The most excellent stay - spent 7 nights here as part of a package Ski Deal booked with Crystal ski. The hotel is a 90 second walk to the main town. It is approximately a 5 min walk from the local ski lift - or a 5 min bus ride to the Sportinia ski lift. My 2 previous attempts to visit where cancelled due to Covid however I would always get a rapid response to my emails and they where very flexible about our changing circumstances. Sarah is a great host and cant do enough. The resort is a very pretty village with a range of bars and restaurants. Prices are generally reasonable.

We had a great stay here, the owner was incredibly helpful & welcoming, she's the reason we'll be coming back! The rooms had everything you'd need & the breakfast was always fresh! It's only a short walk to the nearest ski lift, and the hotel has a heated ski and boot storage room.

Nice staff and very quite area. You hear everything from the hall in the room, but at least when we were there the other guests were weary quite and it was not a problem at all.

Spent a week on half board here for skiing.It is in a great location very close to the clothes chair lift. The food was in the main very good and was prepared and presented in typical Italian fashion.A salad buffet followed by a pasta course and then a meat or fish course finished with a good choice of deserts. We stayed at Hotel Savoia Debili for our ski holiday this winter. The staff was so friendly and obliging, and we had a lot of fun with the waiters in the resturant during our stay. The rooms were a bit small, but it was fine, because there were a lot of common areas with plenty of space and activities, which was perfect for us!
