Palazzo Pascal Mini-hotel

This was the second stop of our Amalfi coast trip and it was my favorite. We were here for four days and celebrated my birthday here with a cooking class. I highly recommend the cooking class! The amenities, views and food were incredible. I will have to highlight that the staff makes you feel like you are a member of their family. They are detail oriented, friendly, and you can tell they are family and treat you like such. I highly recommend Palazzo Pascal.

This hotel was absolutely incredible. Scala was our first stop of our honeymoon and the views and small town charm were exactly what we were looking for. The hotel itself is beautiful, our room & the balcony overlooking the mountains were perfect. The staff at Palazzo Pascal were the absolute best. Every staff member was kind and always willing to answer any question we had. The staff, both at the hotel and the restaurant, went above and beyond! We have never felt so appreciated at a hotel before - they have the most welcoming staff that make you feel at home. Also, our room was ready hours early which was unexpected but extremely appreciated. I’d give this hotel 10000 stars.

Amazing hotel with magnificent view over the town of Ravello and the Amalfi coast. The staff is extremely nice and personal. Definitely book a dinner, it’s an absolutely lovely experience. Breakfast is also excellent, try the fresh orange juice and omelet with vegetables from the garden. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay with Pascal and the team.

We stayed for 2 days in Lilla romantic suite and had our small wedding celebration in Palazzo Pascal. We had really great time there and are happy that we've chosen Palazzo Pascal for our special day!

Hotel itself has beautifully decorated and well maintained interior & suits. Outside area offers a lot of privacy, lots of greenery & history and of course most stunning views. It's located on a hilltop near old church opening a view on the whole coast line. We also had a huge terrace in our suite that was a great place for breakfast / dinner just 2 of us. The hotel is rather small so we had lots of privacy during our stay and we also benefited from a lot of personal attention from all the staff. Everything looks even better in a real life vs pictures on their website!

We also loved their kitchen both for breakfast and as well all the dished we selected for our celebration night. Lots of variety in the menu, fresh ingredients and all delicious.

Last but not least and what in fact made our stay really special are all employees working at Palazzo Pascal. No request was impossible for them and it was extremely handy to communicate via WhatsApp during the day while we were offsite to make all the arrangements. We didn't feel like we are in a hotel but rather that we came to celebrate wedding with our big Italian family. Thank you so much for benignly so warmly welcoming!

Special regards to Gesualdo who was our event manager at Palazzo Pascal. We have sent our event brief to many hotels on Amalfi coast and Gesualdo was one of a few people to reply very personally understanding our needs vs generic responses most of the hotels sent. This was one of the main reasons we selected Palazzo Pascal to plan our celebration and it was the best choice to make! Gesualdo was always patient with us constantly changing things up until the last moment, adding some special requests and small details and we never heard NO. He was always flexible and genuinely helping to tailor this day and make it unforgettable for us starting from planning stage up until we left the hotel. Thank you so much Gesualdo we are so lucky to have you organising everything!

We are looking forward to coming back to Palazzo Pascal for our anniversary and we hope to see all the familiar faces again!

This place is truly amazing! Located in a peaceful and quiet spot away from the crowds of Positano and Amalfi, it offers stunning views of both the mountains and the sea. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and the staff provides world-class customer service with a smile. It’s definitely the place to stay if you’re visiting the Amalfi Coast! The owner, Pascal, is a wonderful person—polite and dedicated to ensuring guests have an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

Great views, great staff. The breakfast is nice and only thing I would recommend is put a lot of coffee so you can pour your own without asking. Stairs are fun, but not recommended for elderly. Parking is ok on the street with validation they provide.

My family of 4--2 adults, 2 children (a 6yo and 8yo)--stayed at Palazzo Pascal in the Ibisco Executive Suite from July 9th to 14th last summer (July 2023). It was a fantastic place to stay. The location was somewhat "off the beaten path," but we liked the serenity of the location compared to Ravello, for example, which was much more crowded and bustling in July. Despite being a bit outside of the tourist-thoroughfares, we found we could easily walk to the small grocery and other shops in Scala (including shops like the pharmacy, bakery, and gelato) and get car services as we needed them for other destinations on the Amalfi Coast. With minimal notice, the concierge at Palazzo Pascal graciously helped us to secure professional and reliable car services. There were several good restaurants within walking distance also, but our favorite was the onsite restaurant, Gli Ulivi. We ate there on multiple occasions and tried ALL of their desserts. The food and service were excellent. Our suite at Palazzo Pascal was lovely and very comfortable. The kitchenette was really nice to have. Everything was clean and well maintained. The toiletries were generously stocked and of nice quality. Housekeeping services were timely and beyond-considerate--allowing us extra time and then returning if they came while we were still using the room. We sat on the private balcony day and night--what an incredible view! The pool was sooo necessary in hot, hot July and we used it every day. It was clean with soft linens and a gorgeous setting. We ordered lunch, drinks, and snacks poolside. Again, the service was always very, very good, even at the pool. I cannot recommend Palazzo Pascal enough. The people who work there are incredibly friendly and kind. They were welcoming to my family and took great care of us throughout our stay. 10/10!

This is a lovely hotel b all means. He staff specially the receptionist and Restaurant employees are very very nice, helpful and will do all possible effort to help. Diffenitly will come again. Although away from crowed but nice calm area to relax and enjoy the food , services and the view. They have very good suits and also good rooms.

We stayed @ Casa dolce Casa in Ravello and they arranged dinner for us. Wow! It is exceptional. Not just because of the food but also the service, view, and attention to detail. We were collected and driven back by the wonderful Pascal family. Cannot recommend this enough. The most beautiful evening.
