Small charming hotel with moderate prices to be a few meters from Piazza Duomo and in the main shopping street. Advice
Loved our room and excellent service
Lovely location. Friendly day staff. Beautiful garden area. Breakfast was ok. Cranky man who served breakfast was incredibly rude to our group. Yelled (seriously yelled) at us for asking for eggs.

Very good restaurant with good food and really nice people.
Great view!!!! Food, price and service are below average for the location and prices.
It’s ok, you pay for the view and get ok food. We went there mostly for a light lunch with a nice view. We had the salad minori and a caprese panini. Both dishes were fine. Nothing special but tasty also not bad. Prices are ok, salad for 11€ and Aperol spritz for 19€ - you pay for the view. Service was nice and spoke English.
Beautiful cosy and ideal to relax. My room is perfect, seaview breathtaking. Very friendly staff. First impression: perfect! But you should know you cannot reach hotel by car. Proposal: ask for assistance with luggage, they come to the end of the street and help you.
Just had lunch here. Excellent food with an amazing view. The wait staff here was exceptionally polite and courteous, especially the lady at the cash counter.
Just booked in. Very impressed.Small room but view & location is 5 star.Worth the long walk up from the town. .

Old but beautiful. Hey, it's Italy. Well maintained & the staff are wonderful. Grounds are beautiful. Small gym is outdoors beneath the pool. Food is good & wholesome. The coffee needs a little work but I'm a coffee snob. Lots of stray cats. But so harmless & they don't bother you. The staff takes care of them.
The beach club and location are beautiful and very convenient. However, the room was extremely small and poorly decorated. I understand that the Amalfi area is generally expensive, but for over 1000 EUR per night, we couldn't even walk around with our luggage open. Additionally, while the hotel has several rules regarding pets, there was a small dog behind the front desk that barked constantly whenever...
Palazzo Avino is a gorgeous hotel located in Ravello on the Amalfi Coast. We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a high end hiking trip. On the positive side, the hotel is in top notch condition and the pink themed umbrellas and décor works well. The view from the terrace is stunning and we all took pictures at sunset that we will cherish. The bar has an innovative martini and drink menu and I...
Lovely place to stay in Ravello, every element very well thought out by the staff. Only thing I found a little weird (but funny) was how watched we felt by the staff to anticipate our every move. When we left a book open in our room we came back to a bookmark on the right page. When we were about to check out there was a man silently waiting outside our room to take our bags. When our taxi was waiting...
I can’t stop talking about this hotel!! My husband, daughter and I stayed for 3 days and it was the most memorable experience. We had our elopement ceremony at the property and had our wedding night dinner in the restaurant. They took such amazing care of us during our stay and made us feel so special! Everyone we interacted with was outstanding and they were so attentive to our toddler. It was by...
I had lunch and drinks at their restaurant and it was amazing. One of our highlights in the Amalfi Coast. The view, the ambience, the service and the drinks were all extraordinary. Definitely a must see!

My husband and I did not stay at the hotel, but only went to Caruso's grill for dinner. The view and the restaurant itself was beautiful, however you definitely pay for the views. We would say the food was good, but nothing special and it was our most expensive meal of our trip while also one of our least favorites. Would try somewhere else before going back
The best from the best. High attention to details. Amazing staff. Beautiful, high-standard rooms. Delicious breakfast and lunch. Great bar. Incredible infinite pool. It is high price but worth it. Staff makes this hotel incredible. We’ve enjoyed every moment (got also free upgrade) and will return for sure.
The absolutely most spectacular hotel I’ve ever stayed at / been to. Immaculate rooms, lobby bars.. the beauty is never ending. Magic around every corner. The smallest details do not go unnoticed. The staff is incredible, friendly and attentive. It’s like they know what you need before you know you need it. We came here on our honeymoon and I wish we never had to leave. This hotel is absolutely beautiful. It is one of the nicest hotel we’ve ever been to. The view is gorgeous and the service was so good. They try so much to give you the best experience. The restaurant at the hotel is lovely but super expensive!
Just returned from a week's stay at Caruso and can't stop thinking about how wonderful it was. The hotel, the grounds, the staff, the views, the food - everything and I mean everything was excellent, beyond expectations. By far the best views on the Amalfi coast, incredible. I can't say enough about the staff, everyone was friendly, efficient, helpful and couldn't do enough to ensure we had a great...
This is the first time I have stayed at a hotel like Caruso, I’m often quite cheap. I visited for a friends wedding, which was exceptional, and spent three nights in the hotel. I have a room with a garden view, and it was fantastic. A nice marble bathroom, large living space, comfortable bed and great aesthetics. Housekeeping tidied in the morning and did a turndown service in the evening - which...

We had a very pleasant stay. The view from the room was amazing!
This was my third visit to Amalfi coast but somehow my first trip to Cimbrone. I guess I wrote it off in my head as touristy and overrated. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Admission to the gardens is 7€ and totally worth it. We had a lovely (albeit rainy) afternoon exploring the place and the views from the infinity terrace were truly stunning, everyone from someone who has “seen it”. Not to be missed
Beautiful gardens with wonderful old pine trees and amazing views, so a visit is well worth it. However, I would like to warn you not to buy an ice cream in the small bistro at the panorama terrace. Seriously, I have never eaten anything so bad. The taste of bad fat haunted me for the rest of the day. A flop, not to mention the price.
I had the pleasure and privilege of eating, sleeping, walking around and getting married at Cimbrone. It is my parents favourite place for good reason. The service is flawless, the food memorable and the setting is truly heaven. I would recommend this to anyone. I would recommend a trip to Italy just for Cimbrone.
The most magical and dreamy place ever! Definitely worth a visit. You can spend your whole day in the gardens and enjoy the spectacular views!
A hotel is great when you don't want to leave! That's what I felt on my departure. A great experience is all about details. Everything is well detailed from the moment one walks in. You are welcomed with bottle of Limoncello and some cookies. Even the toiletries come in a box that is just a delight to see. The staff is very gentle and eager to help. Beautiful palace perched on the cliff. Wonderful view of the gulf. Exceptional service
Just got here. Staff very nice. Rooms are a bit small but very comfortable. Google website says it has a pool and spa but it has neither but you can get a voucher and use the pool next door at another hotel. The restaurant was very good. This hotel is just like heaven (I hope: ). Our stay was absolutely marvelous! Best views of Ravelllo coast. Very attractive receptionist and great lifeguards at the pool. Complimentary shuttle services to Amalfi, Villa Rufolo and the beach of Maiori and Atrani. Excellent and very rich breakfast . Very comfortable beds.
Very beautiful hotel with a lovely pool area, however found the staff to be rude and un welcoming, the restaurant was expensive and small portions. Overall found staff could have been more polite
The hotel's location in Ravello is beautiful, but our experience had a few unexpected challenges. Upon arrival, we were surprised to find no bottled water in our room, especially after staying at a B&B that provided water throughout our stay. Incredible, peaceful spot to stay on the Amalfi coast! More calm and secluded from the main tourist areas but close enough to walk into the beautiful town of Ravello or take a day trip by car to Amalfi. You get to know the staff very well and the homemade breakfasts were very well done.
Wonderful breakfast, amazing view, kind staff, and an enjoyable quiet area of the Amalfi Coast. We stayed here five nights for our honeymoon and couldn’t have chosen a better place. Highly recommend!
We stayed here in July and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff were very friendly and helpful and felt extremely welcomed. The room was a decent size and it was very great value for money. We would definitely return and i can highly recommend this hotel.
Absolutely amazing! Views are great, the service is great, rooms are really beuatiful. I absolutely recomend the hotel😊
This place is exactly what it says, Luxury! We live in Italy and this is by far the best service we have received. Having visited many 5 star resorts around the world, although small this place holds its own. The staff are fantastic, from first greeting to pool service; to drinks, wine, lunch and waiters. The food is divine and the setting stunning. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Great location near the walks down to the coast plus the center os town. Awesome view from the rooms, pool and restaurant. Dinner was really good at the restaurant. Unfortunately this hotel is let down by the rooms. Bathroom is dark, with the furniture being quite old and not overly functional.

Great hotel overall but 1 star deducted due to issues that I sincerely hope will not recur. The room I got was beautiful and spacious but had a leaky bathtub. Kudos for the self check in idea but the app definitely needs some work.. It could not unlock my room (but worked for other general access) and I had to request a key card at the end. Thanks for the pleasurable stay and the amazing views.
Our stay was really fantastic. The staff was really extremely friendly and eager (enrique at the front desk was great). Very clean (pay a lot of attention to hygiene) and exceptionally good breakfast. The view is breathtaking. We would definitely come back again.
There are many nice hotels and B&B in Ravello. The big plus for this place was that we can reach it by car and there is safe parking on the property. If you travel with your own car it is a good choice. Great view too. The room service was excellent and the prices very fair. If you stay there don’t hesitate to call 200 and order drinks or coffee at any time.
Pros: breathtaking views and a shuttle up to Ravello (but only runs certain times) Nice pool. Cons: Tedious check-in process and the hotel cuts many corners for a 4-star hotel (for example, canned fruits for breakfast, barely functional hair dryer, low-quality toiletries in the room. Not the friendliest staff. Will probably not return....not worth the cost.
We stayed 3 nights at this fairly pricey hotel with panoramic views toward Salerno and Minori below hillside. The room had good space with garden to sit out in privately. Room service and food at pool - excellent as it was fresh and good quality pasta.
Breathtaking views from your room, pool, everywhere. Great service, relaxing, clean and modern. Loved our jetted tub for two
Although the staff was pleasant and very friendly the only issue I had was that the receptionist gave me a room I did not originally book. When asked about it, she told me “all rooms look different” and that because they’ve been really busy with the season I could not get the the room I wanted. However, when I checked in, they didn’t seem busy and there weren’t too many guests staying there. Also,...
