About 5km from town so not much around the hotel.
Trips that went from the hotel only had French guides but we made the most of it. Went to visit Etna and the valley of the temples which although long journeys were well worth the visit.
Wish we had hired a car to visit more of the island. Hotel is great for relax and unwind. Food is OK buffet breakfast , pizza pasta etc. Went into local town for evening meal a couple of times via taxi which was good. Used the swimming pool - freezing , thermal pool lovely and warm the beach - small but not many people there so not overcrowded in October. Didn't use the spa. There is a sulphur smell as stated from the natural springs which is bearable.

We stayed at this hotel with my family and will highly recommend this resort to anyone. Locationwise not far from Palermo airport but once you are in the hotel you are in for a treat. All staff are so friendly specially at the reception where Carmen has been amazing by her kindness and always happy to assist us. Lots of sea food and if you want veg option they also cater for that. We also had the chance to talk to the General manager who always checked on guests to make sure they are all settling in ok and this is a nixe guestire which is rare in 5s hotels.next time in sicily will definitely stay there😎

Friendly staff and an excellent room. Breakfast buffet was good, offered a wide choice and Piero the barista was excellent. The quality of the dinner buffet varied from good to disappointing. The hotel's beach and pools are perfect but a rental car is essential to experience Sciacca and the wider area.

Our stay at the hotel was overall a pleasant experience. The food was really good and the service in the Restaurant was very attentive and nice.

For guests that do not speak French or Italian, the service at the reception might become a little complicated as the personnel was most equipped with the Italian and French language.

All in all, I would recommend the hotel during September and especially to families.

We booked the resort through hotels.cim so it wasn’t fully inclusive. The hotel rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff were kind and respectful and it is nicely location we close to a sandy beach.
They have few restaurants that you need to book in advance but if you have a car you have more option to go to the city.

Beautiful structure, large green areas and above all large interior spaces, many services, quite spacious and clean rooms, fantastic king size bed, beautiful furniture both in the rooms and in the hall. Friendly and attentive staff. The only downside is that the pool is too small for the size of the structure... In high season, when the whole structure is full, I think it turns out to be a little uninhabitable.

An elegant and attractive resort that certainly stands out for the care taken in its interior design and, in particular, for the dignity of the structure's location, making a stay here unique! I am particularly pleased with the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff (bar, restaurant, reception, entertainment). In particular, I was very pleased with the animation guys, always ready to cheer up at every moment of our stay, the legendary Vinz and Toninho. But we can't forget to mention the reception staff, especially Alessio for his professionalism and approachability. Having said that, I truly believe that I will be back to spend another weekend in this magnificent place, full of fun, relaxation and above all anti-covid rules. See you soon!

An excellent structure, thought out to the smallest detail both inside and a majestic park outside. Maximum cleanliness, the staff paid special attention to the prevention of SarsCov2 through thorough cleaning and frequent sanctification of both rooms (ideal) and common areas. All the staff always greet you with a smile to accommodate your needs, but at the same time are willing to enforce the rules for guests always with kindness and a smile (which is no small feat, followed by two children who calmed us down in the living room...). Impeccable welcome. Punctual and accessible staff for every need (thank you Ms. Antonella). The animation is decently pleasing. Great bar and bar service. High-quality cuisine with a variety of dishes to suit every taste. The premises are always perfect, clean, punctual with meal times, superbly organized by the maitre (Giuseppe Sclafani), always ready to intervene when necessary, with a smile, as only a professional with excellent professional training can do (congratulations). What can I say, we turned out well, exceeded our expectations. We'll be back. Congratulations to all employees, you are an excellent team of professionals.
