An unexpected fantastic experience. The staff were wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. From the welcome at the bar to the food, wine and service at the restaurant, all was wonderful. Book in advance for the restaurant as it was fully booked out the night we were there and turning customers away.

All the staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. Their restaurant is gorgeous and there are two more within walking distance. It’s a quiet location, rooms are comfy and recently renovated.

Best restaurant in the area, all dishes are done extremely well, i recommend the Scottiglia!

Very good kitchen and you can taste various options of boar meat. Portions are big and food is nourishing, but taste is really good. And special greetings to the staff- he was realy lovely, thank you!

Tasty ravioli and steak! We also enjoyed their homemade dessert. Plus friendly stuffs and good service! There is definitely the best Italian restaurant in our honey moon :) Even driving was not that easy, but absolutely tasty cuisines and nice service, prices are also decent :) Highly recommended :)

We are seven motorcyclists who stayed this weekend in this structure and were pleasantly surprised from every point of view. Great availability right from booking, welcome and friendliness, I'm at home here. When I was there I was practically alone enjoying sitting by the pool, the stillness and the amazing sunsets. Loved the animials roaming around. The appartments are very spacious and well equiped. Bed was perfect. The views are stunning and it was absolutely quite, just what I needed.

Vacationing in Bellavista was a dream come true. I highly recommend the apartment with a terrace - the view was breathtaking. The apartment was cozy and climatically decorated. It was very clean! Perfectly stocked kitchen, we had everything needed to prepare meals and eat. The bathroom had soap, shower gel and hair dryer. There are mosquito nets in the windows and doors, so insects do not bother you...

Perfect place to visit. Quiet, comfortable with amazing view. Great location, close to many beautiful villages. For last 10 Years we visited Tuscany few times staying at more than 15 different accomodations and this one is definitely our top 3.

The staff are immensely kind, welcoming and helpful. We travelled and stayed with my elderly mother and the staff were incredibly understanding and eager to help accommodate her needs. The hotel is in a beautiful area with stunning views. The rooms are clean, comfortable and stylish and the buffet breakfast on the terrace is simple but delicious.

The building which is dated back to the 18th century and it has been wonderfully restored with a modern and functional touch. Sleeping under an original beams ceiling. The quiet of the little borgo. The warm welcome of Jonathan and the impeccable service.

Without a doubt this is my favorite room of my experiences so far! The combination of the antiquity of the building and the modern fixtures was a dream! It was beyond clean... impeccable! We arrived later than expected and were welcomed kindly. The people that run the place were great! I would definitely stay here again... gladly!

Book for a peaceful rest in Seggiano. Luciano will give you nice places to visit, he can sell you his own oil if you're lucky, the swimming pool is unique , awesome I would say.

Our family was in Seggiano in early July. Our first impression as we drove into the property was WOW! The rustic farmhouse is surrounded by so many beautiful trees and plants, a swimming pool and a horse! I'm reviewing for the restaurant only because obviously I only had lunch in this structure. Gorgeous cottage surrounded by nature overlooking the village of Seggiano. Very large veranda with fantastic views. Well prepared and tasty typical dishes menu. Prices definitely a little too above average which, in my opinion, are not very justified. Service performed flawlessly by the facility manager.

Borgo Tepolini Country House is a good base for exploring southern Tuscany. We were warmly welcomed and entertained by the hosts. In the midst of nature and the charm of a small village, they have renovated an old house with style and a personal touch. Everything very clean and well-kept. The beds were a dream and the breakfast delicious. If I'm in the area again, I'll stop by again!

On the surface it looks like a simple structure, an anonymous b & b ... But the friendliness and professionalism of the owners, the colorful and perfectly organized environment, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms make it a really nice and reliable place. Strongly recommended, but not during the days of the Palio ... it's always sold out !!!

This was a nice hotel and location, i would recommend it. The indoor and outdoor common areas were great. Breakfast had lots of choices including scrambled eggs with and without ham/bacon. WE enjoyed dinner in the resteraount including fresh pasta, and local wine. Staff were exceptionally helpful including suggesting an iternery for driving around the area.

Great hotel! I'd say it's the best you can find in the area! Rooms are smaller than what you think! When we arrived, there was a mistake since they gave us a smaller room, but then they moved us to a bigger one which corresponded to the pics! Staff is TOP! they guy at the reception is so nice and available (always smiling!) We appreciated that! Breakfast was good specially cornetto alla crema!

Excelent place to stay and to visit/enjoy wonderful Amiata. Everything was perfect (inclduing the possibility to bring my dog), but the restaurant during dinners: the service was a bit annoying (too slow), although the food was good. Breakfast was fantastic.

Had a fantastic stay here. Me and my friend rode here on our motorcycles and Enrico, the hotel manager gave us some fantastic routes to follow through the forest – The area is absolutely stunning. He really made our trip, and even went above and beyond to create a custom scenic route on Google Maps for us to follow on our onward journey to Sienna. Highly recommend, especially for bikers!

We spend every year a long weekend with my wife in a romantic and intimate place without our kids. My had chosen this plan last time. And it was a 100% perfect choice. All details were just great. I am writing in advance of our stay to commend the service of everyone on the team. I called to talk to the front desk abut upgrading my room and for the first time in my life I was disuaded, being told that I have already booked a stunning room. The young woman who helped me asked me what I wanted and shared that I would have 2 rooms so I could get up early and make myself coffee while my son sleeps...

Had a great experience here in this beautiful castle in the Tuscan hills. We loved the meals in the restaurants. Superb food and fantastic wines, and great service from the staff. My wife took full advantage of the spa and pool. Would love to go back.

The hotel is beautiful, but there is something off about this place. You should check out the ghost of Velona. I felt like a cash cow more than a guest. Transfer provided by car service €110 each way as compared to €30 to €70 by private car. Why would they do this? They also take a piece of restaurants they booked for me. It’s fine. Not worth more than that. Truly not worth even the review. Incredibly expensive for sub par food, a lackluster concierge, little to no service, rude staff. However, I will note, Domenico and the cooking class was the only highlight! Last thing - don’t pay for a suite with a terrace, the doors do not open but somehow still allowed water in when it rained. Not sure.

Lovely tuscan traditional restaurant and staff! We've enjoyed special local dishes like polenta with wild boar. The pasta with truffles and pecorino was amazing too. If you can save room for dessert (hard!), you can't miss with the fruit panna cotta. Great food, great people. Can't miss!

I organized a convention there. Lost in the middle of nowhere, it's an oasis of peace, ideal for a "Full Immersion" But most of all, the owner will do everything possible to give you the best. A beautiful and quiet little spot to explore the the Val D’Orcia and surrounding area from. Epic views all around you, a lovely host, clean rooms and amazing cakes for breakfast! It was an ideal place to stay for us as we were attending a wedding near Castiglione D’Orcia.

We spent 3 nights here and had an absolutely fantastic time. Our room was just perfect. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom had everything we needed. From our room we had a view of the beautiful rolling Tuscan hills. Our host was so welcoming and she also runs the Restaurant downstairs. Breakfast was freaking delicious! Scrambled eggs were sooooo good and we also had a whole variety...

It's the best lodging during our two-week travel in Italy, much better than normal standard hotels in the cities. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts and dinners were lovely! Highly recommend it on half board. It's in the center of Tuscany, so it's very easy to drive to everywhere!

Very clean. I had a hard time not knowing where it was. A small sign is fine, but it would be helpful if it was clearly written. The opening and closing of the door was loud and the sound of people's shoes on the upper floor was loud. disappointing.

We spent two nights at this property on New Year's Eve. Giada's welcome made us feel at home right from the first telephone contacts, in which the host gave us the names of restaurants in the area to help us organize our stay. The house, which is also Giada's home, is very beautiful, equipped with all comforts, transmits warmth, like its owner. Highly recommended, we will be back!

It was perfect my stay there, beautiful view, quiet, perfect for relax, good breakfast and a really sweet dog waiting for us at the door. The owners are really good persons, very friendly. You will love it!

This restaurant does not look like much from the outside but the food was delicious. Gluten free pasta was available for the first courses too. Staff were friendly.

Family owned Mamma& sons-daughter in law 🇮🇹 Probably one of the best restaurants in our 20day trip. Understated and a real gem!! Fresh pasta (also have GF pasta), incredible tagliata with porcini and also Amazon dessert. Very friendly and helpful.

Excellent food and drink for the budget traveller for a reasonable price, getting a seat outside is pleasant if a little windy.

Our original restaurant was closed for a private event . Workers at a nearby cafe in town pointed us towards this place for good pizza. They were right! €6 for a liter of house red wine and €7.50 for a truffle and sausage pizza. Can't beat it. The owner even bought us a round of digestives (Montenegro) when we left.

We had some fantastic pizza, delicious and unique Italien style. Incredible low price and the people are very kind.
