We are seven motorcyclists who stayed this weekend in this structure and were pleasantly surprised from every point of view. The staff are immensely kind, welcoming and helpful. We travelled and stayed with my elderly mother and the staff were incredibly understanding and eager to help accommodate her needs. The hotel is in a beautiful area with stunning views. The rooms are clean, comfortable and stylish and the buffet breakfast on the terrace is simple but delicious.

The building which is dated back to the 18th century and it has been wonderfully restored with a modern and functional touch. Sleeping under an original beams ceiling. The quiet of the little borgo. The warm welcome of Jonathan and the impeccable service.

Our family was in Seggiano in early July. Our first impression as we drove into the property was WOW! The rustic farmhouse is surrounded by so many beautiful trees and plants, a swimming pool and a horse! Just when we thought it couldn't get better, we found the open lawn in front of the restaurant that overlooks a neighboring village (an AMAZING view). Domenico and Patricia were lovely - catering...

I'm reviewing for the restaurant only because obviously I only had lunch in this structure. Gorgeous cottage surrounded by nature overlooking the village of Seggiano. Very large veranda with fantastic views. Well prepared and tasty typical dishes menu. Prices definitely a little too above average which, in my opinion, are not very justified. Service performed flawlessly by the facility manager.

Lovely country place with amazing view of Seggiano from the garden. Love their wine, Jack Russels and pool. Owners were very amicable and warm. Only thing for me was the pillow. I would have prefered a softer one.

An unexpected fantastic experience. The staff were wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. From the welcome at the bar to the food, wine and service at the restaurant, all was wonderful. Book in advance for the restaurant as it was fully booked out the night we were there and turning customers away.

All the staff were amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful. Their restaurant is gorgeous and there are two more within walking distance. It’s a quiet location, rooms are comfy and recently renovated.

Best restaurant in the area, all dishes are done extremely well, i recommend the Scottiglia!

Very good kitchen and you can taste various options of boar meat. Portions are big and food is nourishing, but taste is really good. And special greetings to the staff- he was realy lovely, thank you!

Tasty ravioli and steak! We also enjoyed their homemade dessert. Plus friendly stuffs and good service! There is definitely the best Italian restaurant in our honey moon :) Even driving was not that easy, but absolutely tasty cuisines and nice service, prices are also decent :) Highly recommended :)

When I was there I was practically alone enjoying sitting by the pool, the stillness and the amazing sunsets. Loved the animials roaming around. The appartments are very spacious and well equiped. Bed was perfect. The views are stunning and it was absolutely quite, just what I needed.

Vacationing in Bellavista was a dream come true. I highly recommend the apartment with a terrace - the view was breathtaking. The apartment was cozy and climatically decorated. It was very clean! Perfectly stocked kitchen, we had everything needed to prepare meals and eat. The bathroom had soap, shower gel and hair dryer. There are mosquito nets in the windows and doors, so insects do not bother you...

Perfect place to visit. Quiet, comfortable with amazing view. Great location, close to many beautiful villages. For last 10 Years we visited Tuscany few times staying at more than 15 different accomodations and this one is definitely our top 3.

Book for a peaceful rest in Seggiano. Luciano will give you nice places to visit, he can sell you his own oil if you're lucky, the swimming pool is unique , awesome I would say.

Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig, Natur pur. Super angelegtes Grundstück, in der Umgebung tolles Wandergebiet. Sehr netter Gastgeber, schaut täglich vorbei und fragt nach den Wünschen der Gäste. Haus ist ideal für große Gruppen, es bietet viel Platz. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. wir hatten 2 große Hunde dabei, auch diese haben sich sichtlich wohlgefühlt und waren willkommen!

Borgo Tepolini Country House is a good base for exploring southern Tuscany. We were warmly welcomed and entertained by the hosts. In the midst of nature and the charm of a small village, they have renovated an old house with style and a personal touch. Everything very clean and well-kept. Giulia and Fernando were wonderful hosts. Made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was great with the outdoor seating area offering magnificent views. If you like homestead with a rustic character, this is definitely a place to choose.

Nice place, in a well-kept context, out of the chaos. What about the owner's attention, he pampered us at breakfast with homemade cakes, coffee and milk but there would have been more. Really compliments for the management and for the unique location of its kind.

Second time for us at Podere Legnotorto ... An enchanting place with attention to detail in which the friendliness and helpfulness of Dario are the background. The "core" suite then .. is a small masterpiece that makes your stay even more super!

On the surface it looks like a simple structure, an anonymous b & b ... But the friendliness and professionalism of the owners, the colorful and perfectly organized environment, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms make it a really nice and reliable place. This was a nice hotel and location, i would recommend it. The indoor and outdoor common areas were great. Breakfast had lots of choices including scrambled eggs with and without ham/bacon. WE enjoyed dinner in the resteraount including fresh pasta, and local wine. Staff were exceptionally helpful including suggesting an iternery for driving around the area.

Great hotel! I'd say it's the best you can find in the area! Rooms are smaller than what you think! When we arrived, there was a mistake since they gave us a smaller room, but then they moved us to a bigger one which corresponded to the pics! Staff is TOP! they guy at the reception is so nice and available (always smiling!) We appreciated that! Breakfast was good specially cornetto alla crema!

Excelent place to stay and to visit/enjoy wonderful Amiata. Everything was perfect (inclduing the possibility to bring my dog), but the restaurant during dinners: the service was a bit annoying (too slow), although the food was good. Breakfast was fantastic.

B&B immersed in the greenery of a small farm. Renovated and very welcoming, large rooms and all clean and cared for down to the smallest detail. Excellent and abundant breakfast all homemade by the owner. We found kindness and courtesy. Definitely to go back! P.S. If you have dogs you can safely take them with you because they are welcome, and in addition they would play with the 3 sweetest ones already...

Wonderful breakfast and very good dinner in the hotel. Quietly located in nature, perfect for excursions of all kinds. It is an "extended" bar with informal outdoor tables on the terrace with an open view of the large lawn and woods of the plateau where you can sunbathe even in costume. Both meat and fish menus; excellent first courses with meat or mushroom sauce or other (tortelli, tagliatelle, pici) Seconds: sliced, steaks, tripe, eggplant parmigiana. Desserts: cheesecake...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. With attention to details. Quiet neighborhood and blooming crocuses made a very good impression. Perfect place for digital nomads. Internet connection is very good!

Had a fantastic stay here. Me and my friend rode here on our motorcycles and Enrico, the hotel manager gave us some fantastic routes to follow through the forest – The area is absolutely stunning. He really made our trip, and even went above and beyond to create a custom scenic route on Google Maps for us to follow on our onward journey to Sienna. Highly recommend, especially for bikers!

A magical place with captivating views, a beautiful house with a climate, friendly owners and the silence broken only by chirping cicadas. We were with Roberta and Donat for the second time and we will definitely be back.

Fabulous retreat, great wine, nice for a family getaway. Took my 11mth baby and had some lovely moments here with him. There are some nice towns a short drive away worth seeing.
