Hotels in Castel del Piano

This was a nice hotel and location, i would recommend it. The indoor and outdoor common areas were great. Breakfast had lots of choices including scrambled eggs with and without ham/bacon. WE enjoyed dinner in the resteraount including fresh pasta, and local wine. Staff were exceptionally helpful including suggesting an iternery for driving around the area.

The hotel staff were amazing and very helpful. The food was sublime and the recommendations made by staff for both food and wine were great.

Great hotel! I'd say it's the best you can find in the area! Rooms are smaller than what you think! When we arrived, there was a mistake since they gave us a smaller room, but then they moved us to a bigger one which corresponded to the pics! Staff is TOP! they guy at the reception is so nice and available (always smiling!) We appreciated that! Breakfast was good specially cornetto alla crema!

Excelent place to stay and to visit/enjoy wonderful Amiata. Everything was perfect (inclduing the possibility to bring my dog), but the restaurant during dinners: the service was a bit annoying (too slow), although the food was good. Breakfast was fantastic.

Spent 2 hours in their small but extremely clean and cosy spa. The staff are very kind and helpful. A great getaway

Very nice hotel! I where here with my girlfriend to visit the near Bagni di San Filippo and Terme di Saturnia. The room was perfect and the breakfast very nice

The staff was very friendly and helpful. With attention to details. Quiet neighborhood and blooming crocuses made a very good impression. Perfect place for digital nomads. Internet connection is very good!

Had a fantastic stay here. Me and my friend rode here on our motorcycles and Enrico, the hotel manager gave us some fantastic routes to follow through the forest – The area is absolutely stunning. He really made our trip, and even went above and beyond to create a custom scenic route on Google Maps for us to follow on our onward journey to Sienna. Highly recommend, especially for bikers!

Dario is such a nice guy. The animals are so cute and the whirlpool in the suite was super relaxing. We loved the place and darios hospitality. Chipolla is the best!!!

Beautiful place .. nature, courtesy and relaxation .. Dario, discreet but extremely polite owner welcomes you to his home. Among chestnut trees, walnut trees and hazelnuts .. sweet hens. At the Legnotorto farm you are really well .. the rooms are independent and clean .. and the breakfast room very welcoming .. we will be back! Bravo Dario !!

Comfortable, clean and welcoming environments. Perfect breakfast, for all tastes. Location surrounded by nature, a stone's throw from the main hiking trails of Monte Amiata. Dario, the owner, is a friendly, helpful and hospitable person. We had a great time and will definitely return for a longer stay. Highly recommended.

Second time for us at Podere Legnotorto ... An enchanting place with attention to detail in which the friendliness and helpfulness of Dario are the background. The "core" suite then .. is a small masterpiece that makes your stay even more super!

On the surface it looks like a simple structure, an anonymous b & b ... But the friendliness and professionalism of the owners, the colorful and perfectly organized environment, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms make it a really nice and reliable place. Strongly recommended, but not during the days of the Palio ... it's always sold out !!!

Giulia and Fernando were wonderful hosts. Made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was great with the outdoor seating area offering magnificent views. If you like homestead with a rustic character, this is definitely a place to choose.

Nice place, in a well-kept context, out of the chaos. What about the owner's attention, he pampered us at breakfast with homemade cakes, coffee and milk but there would have been more. Really compliments for the management and for the unique location of its kind.

Fantastic even in bad weather! Fireplace, additional heating, spacious, authentic, clean, good facilities in the bathroom and living room and bedroom. Wonderful breakfast and very good dinner in the hotel. Quietly located in nature, perfect for excursions of all kinds. Big plus for the service, the staff is great, always happy to help and give good tips for excursions!

Recommended for everyone, young and old! It is an "extended" bar with informal outdoor tables on the terrace with an open view of the large lawn and woods of the plateau where you can sunbathe even in costume. Both meat and fish menus; excellent first courses with meat or mushroom sauce or other (tortelli, tagliatelle, pici) Seconds: sliced, steaks, tripe, eggplant parmigiana. Desserts: cheesecake...

A magical place with captivating views, a beautiful house with a climate, friendly owners and the silence broken only by chirping cicadas. We were with Roberta and Donat for the second time and we will definitely be back.

Fabulous retreat, great wine, nice for a family getaway. Took my 11mth baby and had some lovely moments here with him. There are some nice towns a short drive away worth seeing.

What a wonderful place to stay! The location at the end of the road, with an amazing view of the hills and distant villages was a soothing balm at the end of long days of work for me. And, the fact that this was all poolside with only the sound of the birds and the gentle breeze made it even better. My room was lovely. The hosts were gracious and welcoming, making sure I was comfortable. Sadly...

Borgo Tepolini Country House is a good base for exploring southern Tuscany. We were warmly welcomed and entertained by the hosts. In the midst of nature and the charm of a small village, they have renovated an old house with style and a personal touch. Everything very clean and well-kept. The beds were a dream and the breakfast delicious. If I'm in the area again, I'll stop by again!

B&B immersed in the greenery of a small farm. Renovated and very welcoming, large rooms and all clean and cared for down to the smallest detail. Excellent and abundant breakfast all homemade by the owner. We found kindness and courtesy. Definitely to go back! P.S. If you have dogs you can safely take them with you because they are welcome, and in addition they would play with the 3 sweetest ones already...

Pleasant structure with only two bedrooms (I think it is an advantage), in a pleasant and very quiet place, in the countryside but at the same time very close to the town. A real farm, not a farm in the way. For this reason the two rooms are furnished with simplicity, but together with refinement. The same elegance is appreciated in the refined and genuine products offered for breakfast (not yoghurt...
