We come to this part of Puglia often,visiting family,friends and relaxation.Our love affair with Sierra Silvana started many years ago as we didn't have a great experience with a so called 4 stars overpriced hotel in Savelletri run by incompetent and ignorant management and haven't gone anywhere else since.In my opinion this hotel gets everything right from the welcoming staff at reception to the pool...

Beautiful setting on a hilltop above Fasano. There is a main building for check-in and restaurant, as well as a bar, and many sitting areas. The rooms are located in several individual buildings on the property, connected by a walkway. Clean, polite staff, rooms with balconies.

The hotel was immaculately clean. The rooms are large. The shower heads are slightly odd and the water tends to go everywhere. The hotel is in a very quiet location, with very little in the area. We were on a tour so that wasn’t really a problem. I really enjoyed the food, but not everyone in the tour was as happy with it. Pasta is homemade, as are the cakes and pastries at breakfast so what’s not...

Wonderful stay with the family. Beautiful grounds and great large pool. Highly recommend if you like country life - it’s gorgeous!

Where to begin…! We got married at Tenuta Monacelle in June 2025 and it was the best weekend of our lives! We had visited the venue 3 times prior to that, as well as exchanged countless phone calls and emails with them - the staff could not have done more for us; a special shout out to Nicola and Remigio who went above and beyond. Beautiful property with amazing gardens and restaurant. Our room was large and comfortable. Could us a little deco updating and new tv as ours was prehistorical.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. The dinner was excellent — delicious food at a very reasonable price. The whole place is quiet and peaceful.

Tenuta Monacelle is a stunning venue in a perfect location—close to the sea, Fasano, and Bari—making it an ideal base for exploring Puglia. I highly recommend renting a car to fully enjoy the region at your own pace. The venue itself is breathtaking, with a beautiful setting that captures the charm of the area. Beautiful surroundings great table food excellent , service friendly and professional however hard to get there in the mountains very narrow roads not recommendable at night . This is a place for wedding parties so be prepared for busy evenings at dining facilities In Agusto 22 weddings in 31 days !

Fabulous place to stay in Fasano, extremely clean, great showers and very comfortable. great location and typical italian breakfast, staff made an excellent recommendation to us for dinner which we loved.

We loved the general feel of the accommodation. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. We had small kids with us so the terrace off of room was ideal for us to enjoy while kids slept, also the restaurant next door and the pool!

Great hotel, nice Italian style breakfast, very helpful staff who also spoke English. There is a very good pizzeria right next to the hotel where we ate both days we stayed at the hotel.

We felt like at home with Alessandro and his amazing mom Lucia. The Villa and the trulli are just stunning, it’s like an enchanted place where you can relax. It’s close to the sea and also to the other ancient towns (such as Alberobello, Cisternino etc..). The breakfast is amazing with local products and if you have the change to had a dinner cooked by Lucia you won’t go to the restaurant any more...

Absolutely perfect. This place is so nice, we booked it last minute and we were so happy to stay there. The owner was no nice and welcoming, and he booked a table for us at a nearby restaurant (see picture) which was a highlight of our evening. I definitely recommend it for people who want a calm stop during their trip in Puglia.

I stayed whilst photographing a local wedding and found it peaceful, relaxing with a lovely pool. My room was a nice size for me but may have been a little small if there were two people staying, not that you would spend a lot of time in the room. The room had air-conditioning which was a plus as the weather was very hot. Given the opportunity I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel, litte bit dated for 4 star,rooms need updating, pool good,breakfast good,WiFi great,parking OK.cocktail bar, if you get old chap grey hair little balding fantastic, if you get younger barman dark hair and glasses don't expect a good cocktail...if you stay here try and go half board as not many places to eat out,

A lovely hotel and restaurant run by a great family. The area is very quiet and offers great walks amidst beautiful villas. The 1960s atmosphere of the hotel offers a travel back in time.

I don't understand how this is not a 5 star hotel. The amenities, the rooms, the staff, the food, the service - it was spectacular! The only problem was that we did not have enough time there. 1 night was simply not enough. As a group, we organised the private dinner and were extremely well cared for. A great place, and perfectly located to town (if you have a car, this is a must) and enjoy being out...

Excellent location, surrounded by greenery, surrounded by the Apulian countryside. Chaos? there is simply no noise, the nature surrounding the location. Very welcoming, very tastefully decorated. The owner very helpful. The icing on the cake, a swimming pool for guests only. Not far outlets to buy local products. I highly recommend it.

Amazing location, a little bit difficult to find at first but very friendly owner. The owner doesn't speak English only Italian but if you use the Google translate app it s easy to talk with him. This location has an amazing panoramic view!

Villa Elena is a fantastic place. Surronded by greenery, with breathtaking views. The perfect place to relax. Thanks to Mara for her courtesy and helpfulness. I will definitely return with my family to enjoy a few more days. A place i recommend to those who love nature and want to escape the hectic city life.

Beautiful villa in the hills with a breathtaking view that stretches to the sea. Breakfast served in the garden. Comfortable and welcoming rooms (we were in the annex). The hostess, extremely courteous and welcoming, makes you feel at home. To be recommended.

This is a beautiful villa & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Angelina was on site to help with any queries & she was a perfect host. The Villa is ideally situated to access the beach or various interesting towns. It is of a really high standard & we couldn’t fault it. Went there for my birthday break, organized by my wife. It's almost impossible to find the right words for this piece of paradise. The place itself is wonderful with a green garden, chirping birds, a true oasis to relax and recharge your body and soul. But all is topped with the personal touch by the owners. We chose it because two furry pets travel with us And we did well Never was a place more suitable The rooms are spacious Well ventilated We had the chance to stay on and have a small terrace (a real gem for my afternoon readings) great for dogs who like to look at everything from above The small pine forest in the b & b also offers a really essential walking spot for dogs.
