We come to this part of Puglia often,visiting family,friends and relaxation.Our love affair with Sierra Silvana started many years ago as we didn't have a great experience with a so called 4 stars overpriced hotel in Savelletri run by incompetent and ignorant management and haven't gone anywhere else since.In my opinion this hotel gets everything right from the welcoming staff at reception to the pool...

Beautiful setting on a hilltop above Fasano. There is a main building for check-in and restaurant, as well as a bar, and many sitting areas. The rooms are located in several individual buildings on the property, connected by a walkway. Clean, polite staff, rooms with balconies.

The hotel was immaculately clean. The rooms are large. The shower heads are slightly odd and the water tends to go everywhere. The hotel is in a very quiet location, with very little in the area. We were on a tour so that wasn’t really a problem. I really enjoyed the food, but not everyone in the tour was as happy with it. Beautiful surroundings great table food excellent , service friendly and professional however hard to get there in the mountains very narrow roads not recommendable at night . Fabulous place to stay in Fasano, extremely clean, great showers and very comfortable. great location and typical italian breakfast, staff made an excellent recommendation to us for dinner which we loved.

We loved the general feel of the accommodation. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. We had small kids with us so the terrace off of room was ideal for us to enjoy while kids slept, also the restaurant next door and the pool!

Great hotel, nice Italian style breakfast, very helpful staff who also spoke English. There is a very good pizzeria right next to the hotel where we ate both days we stayed at the hotel.

Overall this was a gorgeous place! Unfortunately I don't think we'd stay here again. The rooms are beautiful and love the private pools, but the mattress was so uncomfortable!! It honestly damped our entire stay cause we had no desire to even lounge on the beds because they felt so springy! It seemed like one of those evenings in which you share "four laughs" among friends, without giving weight to where you are. Stunning workmanship just like the photos! It is decorated with impeccable taste and comfort. The bedding was so luxurious I wanted to buy it and found out the owners wife furnished it with goods from her stores. The linen comforter cover alone cost 800€! Excellent stay. We spent the night in traditional trulli—charming and full of character. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. There's nothing to complain about here. The location is serenly beautiful, the junior suites are plenty big for two people, the bathroom is large, and the atmosphere is just perfect. True, it's not 5 stars , but if you thought you were getting Ritz Carlton or Four Season's at this price thats on you. I would love to come back and share this place with others.

Our first trip to Puglia. The hotel is in a very upscale rural setting. We had a very nice villa with a private pool and our own outdoor terrace. A lovely 15th century hotel with a very good restaurant and great, friendly service. Our room in the tower had 37 stairs (very high) and no elevator so it's something to check on if physical restrictions, but we had a great view. very large bathroom. The shuttle service to the private beach/club just a few minutes away was quick, and it was great having a down day in the son.

The experience we had at the Casale was truly remarkable, my family and I were there for lunch on Christmas Day and the food was to die for. The service was impeccable and the setting truly breathtaking, couldn’t recommend it more!

This was the nicest place I have ever stayed, instantly when you walk in their signature scent smells incredible and the rooms were fantastic. We arrived very late, they should pin point a parking spot for visitors. As a non Italian resident we would love to get info's about the parking details around the surrounding. Because we asked the concierge if we could park to the place and he said it was okay but when we arrive to our car the day after we got penalty for it.

The hotel feels good and the front desk service is very thoughtful. The nights in southern Italy are very cold in the winter, and the air conditioning in the room was very effective in heating. The single room we stayed in was very small, but it was very clean. The hotel has free parking. There are many types of breakfast.

10 minute walk to city center. Rooms were nice. Food in restaurant was not that good. Couldn’t change temperature in room. Fridge in our room did not work. We could hear people in neighboring rooms and although they asked you to hang up the towels for reuse, they took them anyway.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights. Staff very helpful rooms very clean and a very good breakfast. One can book the dinner at the hotel. With a little cost of 5 euro a night one can book a paking space in the garage but there is a parking space outside for free.

Very unique place 300 meters from the sea. Everything was clean, beautiful and tasteful. The staff was more than welcoming (the receptionist even ironed my friends' shirts for the wedding we had that night!). I like this mushroom house. Breakfast is delivered to the room. The view is good and the location is great. The only bad thing is that there is a strong smell of disinfectant in the room. The administrator asked me to open the window for ventilation. I stayed for three nights and there was still a smell until I left. It was very uncomfortable.

It is highly recommended. I experienced the local traditional accommodation and it is very convenient to go to the surrounding attractions. There is a coffee maker and corresponding kitchen utensils, so I can cook some simple meals myself. The hotel front desk is also very enthusiastic. I will come again.
