Wonderful place, with amazing view. Very friendly and helpful hostess prepared a delicious breakfast for us in the morning. Very beautiful area away from noise and heat. Many trees create a cozy and private atmosphere. We loved this place and will be back again!

Beautiful villa in the hills with a breathtaking view that stretches to the sea. Breakfast served in the garden. Comfortable and welcoming rooms (we were in the annex). The hostess, extremely courteous and welcoming, makes you feel at home. To be recommended.

A villa of rare beauty, with a breathtaking view that ranges from savelletri to monopolies. Very hospitable room and the hostess does everything to make you feel at home.

Amazing Hotel with friendly price.

The service and the concierge were excellent. Staff were always available, polite and went the extra mile to always help us and accommodate us. Rooms were always cleaned to high standards. Food was excellent especially the bakery and patisserie. A particular note about Antonio, the bar manager who was always prompt, friendly and had a great sense of humour! Excellent cocktails too!

A smaller hotel compared to many but filled with charm and well layed out. Lovely gardens and large pool kept clean. Rooms were spotless in in fact the whole place was. Staff were amazing, we became particularly fond of the lovely gentleman at the bar. Drinks all very reasonable and bar snacks too. Shuttle to the beach which is just 20 or so minutes with use of sister hotel. Some lovely restaurants...

I try to have good reason to give not-great reviews. When a place is inexpensive and in need of significant renovation, I understand that it’s not possible. However, this hotel was fine but can put into place basic customer service improvements. Some of the staff were frankly quite rude and unaccommodating. Few games around pool like foosball itc, very nice playground for kids. Bar open entire day right by the pool and dance floor in beautiful altana, tango every evening. Price is OK. So are the rooms. Building looks like the remains some fancy Russian hotel from the 80-ies. Some kids and tons of dancing elderly people. Fantastic old guy at the bar. Staff in the reception is nice, not so nice at the restaurant. Food is soso.

The location is just magical, it was a dream coming true and over our expectations! We spent a weekend at Villa Rossana. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great! Most things were homemade. Rosa was very nice and attentive to everything we needed! Totally recommended!

If there had been the sixth star I would have lit it ... The amabilissi Francesco and Rosa deserve them all. I spent a wonderful week in this structure in my beloved Selva di Fasano where I found an air of home, a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere because I never felt like a guest. Superb location with breathtaking views. Peace and quiet. Very kind and helpful staff for any need. Very comfortable rooms, clean and well organized in the spaces for storing luggage. The swimming pool offers an additional moment of relaxation. The excellent breakfast. We have extended our stay as far as we are well.

A magnificent location, spectacular, the most beautiful I've ever seen in all my travels! The view is breathtaking, in the evening on the balcony of the splendid room a magical atmosphere was created, the silence, the quiet, the lights of the city, the illuminated swimming pool and the starry sky ... all of indescribable beauty! An exceptional experience all around, it is located in such a location that provides a beautiful view of fasano area, the staff were extremely accommodating & friendly. The B&B is very modern and clean, the daily breakfast included many fresh items and was above and beyond our expectations. This is truly a luxurious resort! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

The pool, kitchen facilities, views and atmosphere were fabulous. We had wood for the barbecue, herbs for cooking and heavenly figs to pick at our leisure. One couldn’t ask for more. When there were issues with a short power outage Laura snd Jon were right there to help out. There were fabulous vineyards and olive groves to visit near by. A wonderful place in all aspects.

We stayed here as a family of 6 adults and 1 baby and had the most perfect stay. The hosts Laura and Jon were wonderful, the villa is dreamy and the location is ideal for exploring the local area. Highly recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous from start to finish, idyllic setting. Well equipped, pool and outdoor space lovely with plenty of space and great views for your sundowners. Jon & Laura the perfect hosts and all to eager to please and advise. Highly recommend. We visited inSeptember when the weather was perfect and the summer crowds have lessened but still warm enough for sunbathing, touring and bbqs.

Excellent location, surrounded by greenery, surrounded by the Apulian countryside. Chaos? there is simply no noise, the nature surrounding the location. Very welcoming, very tastefully decorated. The owner very helpful. The icing on the cake, a swimming pool for guests only. Not far outlets to buy local products. I highly recommend it.

Fabulous place to stay in Fasano, extremely clean, great showers and very comfortable. great location and typical italian breakfast, staff made an excellent recommendation to us for dinner which we loved.

We loved the general feel of the accommodation. Everyone was friendly and so helpful. We had small kids with us so the terrace off of room was ideal for us to enjoy while kids slept, also the restaurant next door and the pool!

Great hotel, nice Italian style breakfast, very helpful staff who also spoke English. There is a very good pizzeria right next to the hotel where we ate both days we stayed at the hotel.

We felt like at home with Alessandro and his amazing mom Lucia. The Villa and the trulli are just stunning, it’s like an enchanted place where you can relax. It’s close to the sea and also to the other ancient towns (such as Alberobello, Cisternino etc..). The breakfast is amazing with local products and if you have the change to had a dinner cooked by Lucia you won’t go to the restaurant any more...

Absolutely perfect. This place is so nice, we booked it last minute and we were so happy to stay there. The owner was no nice and welcoming, and he booked a table for us at a nearby restaurant (see picture) which was a highlight of our evening. I definitely recommend it for people who want a calm stop during their trip in Puglia.

I stayed whilst photographing a local wedding and found it peaceful, relaxing with a lovely pool. My room was a nice size for me but may have been a little small if there were two people staying, not that you would spend a lot of time in the room. The room had air-conditioning which was a plus as the weather was very hot. Given the opportunity I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast spread was like an American banquet! Everything and lots of it. We felt guilty we couldnt eat it all. Luca and Francesca didn’t make a big deal about it. The location was central. Many noteworthy historical sites within 45 mins. drive. Enough to diversify every day.

Luca and Francesca hosted us perfectly; the location of the structure makes it highly recommended both to go to the enchanting nearby beaches and to the nearby villages walking among the trulli. I don't understand how this is not a 5 star hotel. The amenities, the rooms, the staff, the food, the service - it was spectacular! The only problem was that we did not have enough time there. 1 night was simply not enough. As a group, we organised the private dinner and were extremely well cared for. I really liked the place that looks elegant and doesn't want to overdo it. Good and nuanced motorbike cuisine. The appetizers are well structured and highlight the dishes of the local cuisine. Paccheri with aubergine dadolqta and really phenomenal shellfish. I don't give 5 stars only for the second course I ordered which was not at the level of the other courses. Very good wine and paired excellently...
