Hotel Waldheim in Sesto

We had a brief stop at Waldheim on our way to Switzerland. It’s situated in a beautiful area of Sexten with amazing views of high mountain tops in the area. Hotel is really cosy with very well kept gardens where you can relax during summer nights. There is a nice bar/restaurant with very friendly staff. Prices are very reasonable for the service you get. Everything is very clean and tidy. Plenty of parking space available. I would definitely recommend this wonderful hotel.

Our family had until now the best winter ski vacation at Waldheim. The friendliness of the staff is amazing, they make you feel as if you are at your grandma. Food quality is amazing, we were so spoiled. Ski slopes for beginners and kids on one hand side and the Helmjet gondola on the other side, the hotel's location is perfect. The hotel is clean & cozy. We are probably coming back next year!

It is one of the most cosy and pleasant hotels I stayed in. The politeness of all employees is exceptional!
It is super perfect clean, food is very tasty and always some variety (especially important for kids). Taste for details and decoration is visible on evenry corner ;)
Location can not be better for skiing, near the gondola and also kids (or beginner) ski area of Waldheim, which is super comfortable when traveling with kids and needs to cary all ski equipmen.
Spa area is as well perfect for relaxing (to be booked in advanced, so privacy is guaranteed).

My friend (who asked me to write this review for her) stayed here for two nights and she had a wonderful time. Her room was clean and comfortable and the location was hard to beat, with fantastic views. Food was good as the view and everybody was super nice and helpful.

Great position for the Helm lift. Excellent food and I am a vegetarian - super imaginative, which is unusual for the Dolomites. Staff very professional and friendly, particularly the dark haired waitress and girl on reception. Well priced for late in the season. Wonderful small wellness area that you pre-book, so I was able to have the jacuzzi to myself for an hour. Jacuzzi is swimsuit and hat needed. Sauna is naked only. Very clean and smart with herbal teas on offer. The only downside from my perspective was the small single room and small bed and duvet, but it was a perfectly good room, spotless and with a balcony. I was only there for 2 nights, so fine.

Very nice place, I ate well and it is really good for someone that likes skiing, it's close to a ski shop and to a cablecar to go to the ski resort.

Good location, just 150 m from gondola which tele port you to ski area 3Z...big own parking, very good ski storage, nice reception, cosy and clean room, good matress, big bathroom, lift, professional staff, very good breakfast and dinner, solid wi-fi. .. only bad thing is sauna... not organized, small, there are no rules (be prepared to see People wearing swimming suits and doing sauna with door open...) very small jacuzzi, no towels, bademantel only under 5€ depozit....
