We went only to the Spa, a one day relax after three days hiking, and it was a fantastic experience. Very welcoming and kind staff, amazing view, nice cocktails and great facilities. I would recommend to go early in the afternoon for quieter hours.

Great place if a little odd at times but very relaxing and beautiful surroundings if a little out of the town.

The staff is very friendly, and responsive New bartender (Hugo I believe) is one of the best bartenders I’ve witnessed, pours passion into every cocktail. The location is beautiful and pictures don’t do it justice. Breakfast is delicious and they offer fair pricing for their dinners. Spa is very serene, and heated pool with access to fresh mountain air is a joy to experience.

Latemar (La-te-mar) is awesome, so glad I chose to stay here! The named suites are each unique, and a pleasure to stay in. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed an additional day, but because our suite was already booked, we had to move to a jr suite. The non-named rooms(junior suites) are rustic, but a great base of operations if you plan on getting up early (no black-out shades) to go enjoy the outdoors. I thought the beds in the jr suites were more comfortable… the Parisian suite we stayed in had a very stiff bed. We stayed during off-season, end of March, so the area was not crowded. The Spa is as awesome as it looks!

This by far has been one of the best stays we’ve been too and we travel often. The place alone is a dreamy oasis with incredible views of the Dolomites. What made this place beyond exceptional was the friendly staff and the wellness activities that are offered like yoga, sound baths, mindful tea, face yoga all things good for the soul. I came stressed and anxious and left healed, relaxed and refreshed. We stayed in two different rooms the Ikigai and Hammam both really spacious, very clean, very modern, each with its own unique interior design and with incredible views of the Dolomites. We also traveled with our Pomeranian who also loved her stay and the staff made it comfortable for her and are pet friendly. Now let’s talk about the spa, a complete dream since every section including the sauna have all glass to enjoy the views of the mountains the staff constantly works to maintain it clean. Need I say more, look no further and book your stay!

Very disappointed with a few things. View was semi ok. . There’s other less expensive hotels with a better view. Be prepared for no one to speak English and get zero help!!!! - we paid 35$ euro per person for the dinner and no one spoke English, we didn’t get served we were avoided because we were English. And the meals were wrong because no one understood anything. Good luck unless you speak Italian. Also we upgraded the room to a nicer one. . And they overcharged us double, and when I confronted them saying ******* was 1/2 the price they said oh well. . Like it was my problem. Skip this place all together, the spa is the only nice thing. . Otherwise it’s not worth staying or especially eating and getting ripped off.

We stayed in the new part of the hotel with the suites for a couple of nights. Our suite ‘Siesta’ was magnificent. The room and balcony are spacious. In the middle of the room there is an extra large bathtub. The standard bed was not the most comfortable we have ever had, while the mattress was pretty hard and you feel movements of each other. The views are fantastic towards the ‘Langkofel’ mountain range. Included in our booking was dinner which was okay but nothing special. The personell is kind of distant but friendly, with a couple of mistakes and misinterpretations here and there but nothing really important. The spa area gets maximum points, everything was very joyful. We recommend this hotel.
