We had a delightful stay, and some excellent dinners. We will definitely return next year. A special thanks to the chef and the maître.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, we were with our small dog.
Everything was good, the hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and new, the bathroom is excellent, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly.
The only comment is about the staff: on the third evening, a woman in a hotel worker's uniform burst into our room without knocking and scared our dog. She said she had to check our room card, but she could have at least knocked before entering!!! Not only did our dog (a 5-month-old puppy) become very nervous after that, afraid of everything and barking at any noise, but this woman also entered without knocking when I was in bed without clothes on. It was awful.
We reported the situation to the reception, and in response, we received a soulless "okay, sorry." This was unpleasant; they could have at least offered something as compensation.
Furthermore, during our last breakfast, we accidentally found out that we were entitled to a 10% discount at the neighboring restaurant Kusk, which is connected to the hotel, where we had dinner every day and left good checks. That is, the staff deliberately did not inform us about the discount. This is also a negative point. Although they knew and saw that we were staying at this hotel.
And lastly, no one informed us that the afternoon snack was paid for; we ate it every day, and it costs 10 euros per person, which is okay. But they could have at least informed us about it…
The girl at the reception was very strict, dry, and unfriendly.
By the way, the SPA in the hotel is just excellent!!!
But the staff is not very good.
We go to this area to ski every year, but we will not return to Hotel Maria because of the staff…

This is clean hotel with friendly staff. The Wellness area is very relaxing with a variety of saunas and a nice pool. It is close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Great hotel and also perfectly located for the Marcialonga. Food, rooms, service are all outstanding and the feeling is the one of a family hotel. Additional benefit is the garage for an additional fee. Would recommend to everyone planning for the next Marcialonga and considering it also for summer outdoor experiences.

We have just returned from an unforgettable weekend at this beautiful hotel. The food was amazing, excellent quality with incredible variety and very generous portions. The wellness center was open, but with reservations required to use the Finnish, Alpine and Laconic saunas exclusively for 30 minutes each. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were available with limited access. Everything is very organized and safety is taken care of in terms of hygiene. Thank you for a pleasant stay

One of the few hotels in Val di Fassa open during the Covid period. Beautiful mountain hotel, very well maintained, clean and tidy. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a wonderful view of the valley. However the strong point of the hotel is the attached restaurant, a real surprise in a good way, even though there weren't many people around the kitchen was working at full capacity with a full menu. All the dishes were well prepared and made with quality ingredients, above all you can see the hand of an experienced chef in preparing the dish. Breakfast is a generous buffet, ranging from sweet to savory, with spinach and freshly squeezed juices. Another buffet is set up as a snack at the beginning of the day, which is also very rich. Compliment also to the staff, very kind and prepared, available for every customer request. Finally, the spa, very beautiful and characteristic saunas, a beautiful swimming pool, even if the relaxation area is not properly structured as a relaxation and pampering area, but rather as an entertainment, despite the presence of numerous relaxation rooms. I recommend this hotel especially to families with children, it is possible to entertain them in the pool while keeping them under control.

Returning to Maria's for the weekend we found the usual standard of quality! I repeat the judgment of 2018: the hotel, spa and restaurant are excellent! The Trentin Card is issued free of charge. Half board includes snacks from 15:30. In the evening, a gourmet dinner consisting of an appetizer, first and second course (choice of 4 offers), dessert (various offers) and a possible vegetable and cheese buffet. The breakfast buffet is among the most complete I have encountered. Due to Covid regulations, you can only enter the buffet with gloves (included) and a mask.

I stay here four nights and it was fantastic! The hotel is clean, the spa, pool, and hot tub are great, and the food is excellent, and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend you stay here on your next trip to Italy.

What a great hotel with really friendly staff. I wouldn’t hesitate to return here if i was in the area again. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, the rooms modern and spacious, our vehicles were safe in an underground car park. Ten minutes walk you’re in the town centre where you can shop, dine, watch the world go by over a beer and totally forget about your problems.
