Location: near the entrance to the town of Moena, 800 meters from the center and lifts. The ski bus stop opposite the hotel. Distances from the airports: Venezia – 170 km, Verona – 190 km, Innsbruck – 200 km, Bergamo – 260 km

The rooms were just okay, probably we are not use to see carpet this days, and this makes it all a bit old fashion plus the bathroom is old but with this being said the service was excellent, kids have a "babysitter" from 5 til 10pm to play, or eat with her. The spa is under reservation but there is always availability in summer, and as it is indoor it perfect for kids. Electric cars are super welcome, you can charge your car without any problem and included on your stay, you just need to advise it before arrival. The meals are good for kids and adults. Also, you are 5min walk from Moena and there is a pathway you can start from the hotel.

A beautiful building a few hundred meters from the center of Moena, below Someda. Spacious, spotless and well maintained rooms. Nice restaurant where you can eat well. Small spa with swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. In short, it delivers everything it promises. After three years of holiday in Val di Fassa, staying at this hotel, I can say that I feel at home here. Thanks to the wonderful staff, always available and with a smile on their faces.

Very nice hotel a few meters from the center of Moena! Friendly and more than attentive staff. Clean, new and spacious rooms with great views. Excellent cuisine with rich breakfast and homemade cakes, afternoon tea and dinner with many specialties and homemade desserts. Indoor pool with spa where you can relax after a long walk! Heartfelt thanks to the owner Stefano and his wife Claudia for a wonderful holiday and excellent accessibility! Special thanks to Roberto, Michele and Francesco for putting up with us 😜! Thank you all for the great passion and commitment you put into your work! We will definitely be back!!!

I stayed at this hotel last week, starting from Rome with my family and a group of friends (15 people, half of them children from 3 to 15 years old), we were welcomed by the owner Stefano and his wife Claudia, who made us feel like guests. in their home, not their clients', and that already makes a difference!! The staff that work at the hotel are great, starting with Roberto in the bar, Michela in the restaurant, Francesco at the reception... and everyone else. The rooms are spotlessly clean, I had a loft with a wooden ceiling, I had an adjoining room for the children and a terrace overlooking the river running downstream and the Dolomites. What to say??!!! The food in the restaurant was ALL amazing, thank goodness we had a long walk otherwise we would have returned to Rome with a few more kilos. In the afternoon, after a snack, we usually ordered the pool and sauna, both very good, hot water, hydromassage, relaxation... it was everything! I can't help but write a few lines about the evenings spent in the bar in the company of Roberto, the undisputed star :), planning the next days with the dispassionate advice of the owner Stefano. In fact leaving and being away from the people who live in Fanes makes us very sad... so much so that we hope to return on New Year's Eve!!!!!

We had the pleasure of spending a whole week (January 2023) at the hotel managed by Steffano and Claudia. The staff is very nice, helpful, and very easy to establish contact with. In our experience, they treat guests if they're family.
The hotel is clean and tidy.
Parking is available to all guests at no additional cost. During our stay, there was a slight shortage of parking spaces, but this was probably due to the great popularity of the Fanes hotel.
The biggest advantage of this hotel, in my opinion, are the owners: Steffano and Claudia. Young and energetic. Caring about guests, open and very helpful.
We found this out right after arriving in Moena. Unfortunately, it happened that our car was immobilized due to an electronics error. Thanks to their willingness to help and their contacts in the area, the car was diagnosed very quickly (immediately) and an attempt was made to revive the engine. Unfortunately, this attempt failed due to Audi service - no spare parts, minimum 10 days of waiting :-(
). They both helped us find transportation to the airport. They didn't have to. But they helped. And remember that not all Italians speak English, which can be a big barrier.
Steffano himself explained the system in Italy: if you have a friend in Italy - everything works. You don't have a friend - nothing works.
We were lucky to meet Steffano Claudia.

We have been to the hotel several times. The hotel staff has always been professional and friendly and there is a family atmosphere. We always enjoyed the restaurant very much and it was a gastronomic experience. We highly recommend a visit

Located near Moena downtown, it is excellent for a ski holiday. Clean as per the expectations, friendly staff, great food. I recommend.
