We have just returned from 3 days in Noli. I recommend this hotel for the location and the parking. The owner, a very kind person this morning at checkout, knowing that we wanted to stay a few more hours, allowed us to leave the car in the parking lot. He was very kind indeed.

Really comfortable, in practice you are on the sea! Friendly and very helpful staff, very large and clean rooms. In ours there was a kitchenette with induction hob, fridge and everything needed for cooking. A plus that served us for lunch given the proximity to the beach. Highly recommended.

Very clean apartments equipped with everything you need a stone's throw from the sea and the center, but very quiet. There is parking and the owner is friendly and helpful. The area is really beautiful both for the villages and for the sea. I advise!

Aperetivo was really good. Negroni and Aperol. And nice food tapas for 10 eur per person. Dinner was so so. Food alright. Small portions and a bit overpriced. Part of the staff is extremely unmotivated. One guy nearly doesn't speak. I paid the dinner (around 140 EUR) and he just walked away without a single word. No thank you, nothing. A no go. Staff needs to be trained better.

Had such an amazing time here! The dinner was amazing, people are very friendly and helpful, and close to the really nice beach. I do wish checkout was later than 10 but.. I guess next time I need to stay longer so it’s not such a big deal.

Beyond the exceptional quality of the food, the service, care and attention we got was outstanding. Momo, our waiter, was exceptionally attentive, patient and careful. We had a Tuna Tartare and Octopus grilled. Totally recommend it! Thank you!

Accommodation was ok. Air conditioning extremely loud. Breakfast service due to Corona not optimal. Check-out time is 10 AM, which is very early for someone who still wants to enjoy the day on the beach.

I came here for a drink. On the menu there are different kind of spritz, all with fresh fruit and fruit liquors, and also the classic one. The waiting time is a little too long and the prices are medium-high. Overall recommend. The waiters are polite.

Stayed in this beautiful property after a few years; we had already been very good but this time I add a well deserved star. 2-month refurbished rooms with quality furnishings. The structure is in an enviable position: directly on the sea with a private beach of only 18 umbrellas. Staff and property very helpful and very kind. Super!

I stayed with my family in the residence for a weekend in late May. Our condo had a balcony directly on the beach with a spectacular view. I recommend it to everyone for kindness, cleanliness and views.

2 room apartments with sea view are great! We stayed with a small kid and he loved the playground in the lobby and multiple playgrounds on the beach (avail during the season as I understood). The rooms have everything needed: cutlery, dishes, hairdryer, etc, but not expendables (salt, sugar). The village has small grocery store nearby and local seafood store - both less than 5 minutes away.

The location is really strategic: next to the bus stop, in front of the underpass to cross the Aurelia, halfway between Finale Ligure and the delightful hamlet of Varigotti...

Nice location for family with children. Nice apartments with garages and Wi-Fi. Great pool and close to seaside (the first beach is about 200m away). Varigotti itself offers some entertainment for children, some shops and a small market so you are not going to need the car every single day. Finale Ligure is the next city and offers everything you may need. Savona, Genoa, Monaco, Nizza, etc. can easily...

The hotel, especially the Selva Suite, can only be recommended to a limited extent. The air conditioning has great difficulty in cooling the rooms sufficiently and in the living area, with the windows open, a mobile air conditioner with a hose tries to reduce the temperature. We were unaware that this great family-owned authentic Italian restaurant was next to our villa stay. It was so good we went there a second time in our weekend stay. Simple menu and ingredients but cooked really well. Beautifully set on the mountainside overlooking the sea - romantic and idyllic. Perfecto. The waitress spoke English, French, Italian, German. So no problem ordering.

I had an excellent stay. The staff was amazing and friendly, went out of their way to make sure you had exactly what you needed. The property was beautiful and sat on the outside area staring at the sea below. High quality ingredients and variation for breakfast. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff! We didn’t make a reservation and the restaurant was fully booked. However another table was set up for us. The menu is all about their fresh products and the views are worth the drive uphill! We will come here again!

We had an excellent time in this family hotel & restaurant with amazing view from the terrace. Federica and all staff were very friendly, flexible and supportive. Absolutely the best place to stay in the Finale Ligure area. Very close to the town and the beach, free shuttle every hour until 23:30, 2 swimming pools, 2 restaurants, kids entertainment, adults can relax or go so and the multitude of sports available. Mountain bike heaven! Ask for Michael Cycle to get the best mountain bike advice, tours, guiding and bike rental, all on site!

I drove there by myself. I asked Ctrip to call me in advance to ask if I needed to make a reservation for a parking space. They said no. When I got there, they said there were no parking spaces without a reservation. I could only park in a public parking lot. The hotel sign was not obvious. The place is very biker friendly - there's a well organized and secure (a few cameras and a proper lock) place to store the bikes, a place to wash your bike and a repair stand. We have just returned after staying at this hotel for 10 days. What can I say Great welcome, wonderful atmosphere, clean environment and attention to detail and customer care. The room was simple but clean, the bed was so comfortable. We loved it in 2020, and enjoyed it even more in 2022 when we returned. We stayed both times in a studio apartment (not the same one) on the ground floor, a very usable and functional environment. Outside there is a small protected space in which to eat or let the children play. Familiar and very friendly atmosphere, excellent location!

Spent two nights in period with few guests. Friendly and attentive owner. Clean and cozy room. Clean bathroom with tidy fixtures. It is not in the center and in the evening away from traffic and noise, however, with a few steps you can reach the beach or the center. The precious private parking has a narrow access for large cars. I was excellent.

Centrally located hotel, very convenient for walking around and moving to other beaches by car, having a private parking space that is golden in those areas. Discreet but clean rooms, the only flaw are the bathrooms a little old and small but for a weekend you are satisfied. Helpful and very kind staff who make the stay more pleasant. Clean cozy apartment with fully equipped kitchen. During our staying all was fine. But had a place troubles with WI-FI. During booking I selected apartment with full-size balcony, but in fact we got apartment with small balcony. Hotel located in the pedestrian area, so private parking located in 10 min walking distance.
