Really great hotel! Beautiful, well maintained. With fantastic free amenities like rock climbing, tennis courts, bicycles. The breakfast was fantastic and really large selection. I only wish we stayed longer!

However, we had to improvement suggestions: 1) our apartment was well structured for 6 people, but we had at most 5 forks and some other crockery. First of all: this is a very dog friendly hotel. Everyone seemed to love dogs and we felt very welcome with our Luna (a black Labrador mix). The hotel is very nice with an old European feel. A quiet and cozy place, nice and tidy rooms. However the toilet was speared from the shower which was a bit inconvenient. Small selection at breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There is an option of parking with a fee. A very convenient location at the city centre and walkable distance from everything.

Stayed here a few times. but this was first time we couldn't have a shower, or a bath, no where to fix shower head, and took 30 mins for 10cm of water in bath, when I complained a guy came to look and said sorry low water pressure, that was it! Internet was non existent

Very nice hotel, freshly renovated with comfortable rooms and a very nice interior in the lobby and dining areas. The breakfast was good quality, there are many small rooms spread out which feels extra cozy for breakfast. Very beautiful hotel with big rooms and great food. Only problem was with the movement sensors: why will the bathroom light go out while I shower? Please add a switch, it makes it a lot easier. The location is very nice and (at least for the rooms pointing away from the street as that is all I can tell you about) silent at night. Definitely recommend!

Amazing host, scenic views of the mountains(Dolomites) and villages below. The rooms were very clean and cozy, giving the full mountain wooden cabin experience. Amazing food (the tagliatelle with fresh mushrooms picked from the forest was one of the best plates I've had in my life!). Breakfast included, indoor swimming pool on the lower floor, honestly this place is undervalued and underpriced.

It is a beautiful hotel with fantastic views of the Passeier Valley. We were very late on the motorbike. Nevertheless, the boss welcomed us warmly and gave us valuable tips. The room was absolutely clean and the mattresses on the beds were just great. Hotel Tratterhof is definitely the most beautiful one from this area at a heavenly height of 1,500 metres above sea level! The Kronhof is a very nice, clean and lovingly run hotel. In none of my holidays in South Tyrol have I experienced such warm friendliness. The food not only pampers the palate, but also the eye. Seems to be family resort, but not exactly. Médium size, 3* hotel providing standard services ať that level - swimming pool, sauna, restaurant, reception and very friendly staff in restaurant. But you will feel, that this is not quality of 4*.

I gave them 5 stars just for how the hosts are very polite and so nice to us. Even in the ristorante we wanted halal food because we can’t eat ham and they were so understandable and helpful. I would totally visit them again. It’s a family friendly place our kids had so much fun and enjoyed the pool and the garden.

Family led hotel but managed very professionally. Big buffets at breakfast, tea time and before dinner, with quality products. Lots of complimentary services available. With all this comfort and attention to guests charging 4.5 euro for a bottle of water during dinner is quite out of place.

What makes this hotel so special are the people with their unobtrusive warmth. They made it very easy for us to feel comfortable straight away. There are also guided hikes and hiking tips, as well as great and varied food in a beautiful atmosphere. Wellness area, terraces, rooms, everything was great. Not to forget the fair drinks prices!! It was a great pleasure for us.

We had a lovely time here. The staff were amazing, super friendly and very welcoming. Breakfast was fab and set us up for the day. Hiking right on the doorstep. Ideal place to stay if you have dogs as well, they are welcome as well. The view was amazing over the valley and the added bonus of a swimming pool.

I must say that every time you approach a new structure you always have some doubts, but this time all doubts are dispelled upon arrival. A fantastic location to say the least, with a visit to the spectacular valley, the family that manages it was nothing short of spectacular, they immediately welcomed us with professionalism but made us feel welcomed immediately. Beautiful place to stay, all kind and available for any information on the areas. If you want, you have the opportunity to dine there, by giving prior notice, at a cost of 25 euros each which includes first course, second course, side dish, desserts and drinks. All very good !! Maybe the time is a bit inconvenient, dinner is at 7pm and if you are out for a visit or excursion you don't have time to...

Enzo and his family welcomed me in a wonderful way, the room was spacious and clean. Available to all needs and those of my dog. I will definitely be back! The place is strategic and close to the main places of interest. The wonderful cuisine, simple food and of excellent quality. To be highly recommended.

Good people, good location and good price

Beautiful place to stay, looking over to the Dolomites from pool side. Very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast with literally the best coffee ! Would definitely stay again.
