What a great place! Food & service was excellent. The place was very clean, and the pool, jacuzzi, climbing wall, etc were great for stretching and winding down after a days skiing. Massage was just right! Rooms were clean, well laid out and plenty of space. All facilities in the room were exactly as you would expect.

Really great hotel! Beautiful, well maintained. With fantastic free amenities like rock climbing, tennis courts, bicycles. The breakfast was fantastic and really large selection. I only wish we stayed longer!

One of the best places I have stayed for attention to details and quality!

We were a group of 6 people, we stayed here for 7 days. The place is awsome! However, we had to improvement suggestions: 1) our apartment was well structured for 6 people, but we had at most 5 forks and some other crockery. We suggest to pay to give at least 1 crockery for each of the room users. To be precise, even pots and pans were very a bit small for 6 people. 2) the stuff was always welcoming...

First of all: this is a very dog friendly hotel. Everyone seemed to love dogs and we felt very welcome with our Luna (a black Labrador mix). The hotel is very nice with an old European feel. Very friendly service and elegant rooms. There is a big and beautiful garden with outdoor seating for the restaurant and the bar. A quiet and cozy place, nice and tidy rooms. However the toilet was speared from the shower which was a bit inconvenient. Small selection at breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. There is an option of parking with a fee. A very convenient location at the city centre and walkable distance from everything.

A nice location have a enough parking and room is clean.

Stayed here a few times. but this was first time we couldn't have a shower, or a bath, no where to fix shower head, and took 30 mins for 10cm of water in bath, when I complained a guy came to look and said sorry low water pressure, that was it! Internet was non existent

Booked on day of check-in for 96€ (including breakfast) over booking. Perfect location and free parking place. Nice view on the alps and the tower of the twelve from the room on second floor of second house. Tasty coffee and pasteries for breakfast.

The room was very new and the price was incredibly good. It's rare to find such a nice hotel in Europe for 2000 RMB. The receptionist was also very friendly. The hotel also has parking available, located right in the center of the square.

A beautiful historic property in the heart of Vipiteno. The young ladies at the front desk were very accommodating in offering to park our car in a distant SA lot when the on-site parking wasn’t included in our type of reservation. Absolutely gorgeous hotel, renovated 500 yr old building with original artifacts inside, but all renovated modern. Impeccably clean, on a pedestrian center city square so very quiet, breakfast very good (excellent omelette), staff incredibly friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a studio which actually had a small fridge and stove and ability to cook, but we did not since we were only there one...

Everything was amazing! Services, stuff, SPA and hotel’s new interior design. Our stay was perfect! We recommend to take a half board because all dinners was absolutly stunning! We been there 5 days and every dinner was really tasty. 🤩

Very nice hotel, freshly renovated with comfortable rooms and a very nice interior in the lobby and dining areas. The breakfast was good quality, there are many small rooms spread out which feels extra cozy for breakfast. The spa area has a pool, outdoor whirlpool, steam bath, sauna, Finnish sauna and a rest area. Kids are allowed though, so it can be lively at times.

We stayed here before meeting up with a group in kitzbuhel and loved the hotel, the town and everything about the area. The hotel staff was wonderful and friendly, Lorenzo took care of us at breakfast which was amazing. Fresh eggs daily after 8, wonderful yogurt fruit breads and meats. Very beautiful hotel with big rooms and great food. Only problem was with the movement sensors: why will the bathroom light go out while I shower? Please add a switch, it makes it a lot easier. The location is very nice and (at least for the rooms pointing away from the street as that is all I can tell you about) silent at night. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommended. We enjoyed a great 3-bed room which would be great for your kiddo. Great al fresco cafe on the main street is wonderful for people-watching on the medieval cobblestoned street. Daniella at the front desk is very kind and professional !

After our long hike arrived in this nice hotel. Cleans comfortable rooms with big bathrooms. Sauna is great to relax, small but all you need. Food is Nice if you’re tired to walk the 5 minutes to the center. Very friendly for our dog as well.

Hotel with a large parking lots, friendly staff and a good restaurant. I appreciated the comfortable room with the modern bathroom .There was a rich buffet breakfast with freshly made cakes, cold meats, cheese , fruits and other various delicacies. Clean and nice Spa. Nice place close to the ski centers, cozy spa with both sauna and steam room. We reserved breakfast as well, it was abundant and tasty. Beds are super comfy, we slept so well! Nice Hotel, Reception Desk not always in good mood

Parking nearby and location is close to town centre with lots of great places to eat. Surrounded by mountains so there is plenty you can do any time of year in the location. Good location to pop further into Italy or over the border to Austria.

Great hotel with great food. Only complaint is that the sauna closes at 8 which seemed a bit too early.

We stayed a week. Impeccable hotel, super clean, quiet. With a beautiful view of Vipiteno and the surrounding mountains. A few steps from the center. Varied and abundant breakfast. Excellent dinners all first choice. Staff always serene, nice and helpful. Extensive parking.

Great hotel near the Brenner Pass. Clean and orderly. Nice rooms that are modernly furnished. The staff is very nice. There is a free car park available. I noticed negatively that the stairwell smelled strongly of grease and the escape routes were not really clear because the house was a bit winding.

Very clean,but near the truck parking anyway room are well isolated,when u arrive after 9Pm there is nobody at the reception and u have to check in using the automatic kind of check in...which is not so easy to understand after long trip u made.The price is not cheap.This hotel is ok for one night stay and then continue your trip

Maibad hotel is situated in a great location because location is all that matters when you travel. The hotel is managed by family members so everyone is always warm and welcoming. Directly outside are a number of restaurants whether you are interested in a gourmet meal or just a burger. The center is 10 mins walk away.

We had a stay here on our way to Italy, we stayed here for 1 night. The hotel was okay and the rooms was clean. There was a great wiev from our hotel room. The restaurant was good. The morning buffet was not so good, I think they had a busy morning so there was not filled up, so bread and Juice was missing.

A gorgeous location, a small but lovely pool and a fine evening meal were the highlights. Not for the first time in this area the room was way too warm in July. No AC or fan in the room really spoiled the experience.

An unforgettable evening - thank you

During a short stopover in Sterzing we tried this restaurant thanks to the great "introductory talk" with the owner. It was worth it. The menu contained a number of great ideas and was really great overall. The best part was the salmon appetizer with bacon ice cream! For that alone 5 stars would be justified.

Before coming here I thought the welcome in South Tyrol was impeccable but rather cold. Here instead I found, in addition to professionalism, a very warm welcome.

The fact that we have been there twice in two months should make it clear that we like the place. Great prices, central area, good food, breakfast in the morning, highly recommended pizza restaurant. Kind owner. A place we will return to again.
