Stayed here a few times. but this was first time we couldn't have a shower, or a bath, no where to fix shower head, and took 30 mins for 10cm of water in bath, when I complained a guy came to look and said sorry low water pressure, that was it! Internet was non existent

Booked on day of check-in for 96€ (including breakfast) over booking. Perfect location and free parking place. Nice view on the alps and the tower of the twelve from the room on second floor of second house. Tasty coffee and pasteries for breakfast.

We are not impressed. Staff is Not welcoming...a specialy at the reception. We booked room in the main house, but when we arrive we were informed that we booked room in other house, there is really very stupid way to operat the elevator with a key... Breakfast was ... okay... Underground parking...okay... Room...very acustick and water doesn't go down in the shower.

A perfect accommodation with a magnificent Alpine view. The Hotel was clean, with huge windows that could enjoy the view of the mountains and the traditional buildings of the town. Moreover was pet friendly without any stepback on the cleaning quality. Delicious breakfast with a traditional character, free parking, wifi with no extra charge..if I could give more than 5 stars, I would do that without...

+ comfy bed + good cleaning apart some details, like some dust inside the closet + private parking, but it can be "overcrowded" + location in the town center + dogs are accepted for free - my room (n.4) had bath tub instead of shower - no dimming curtains, after sunrise it was impossible to sleep - breakfast so so, the speck was quite good, but other items have average quality (e.g. poor fruit "juices...

Price is for full blown hotel, but rooms are unsecure in my opinion and it is overpriced in comparison to the facility overall status... Staff is nice. It is a good 3 stars

Amazing calm place with beautiful garden, romantic rooms and great wellness. Finnish sauna is situated in separate wooden cottage with superb view to hotel park. Really worth to come again!

A nice place to stop for lunch and relax. They have seating outside as well as inside. Located on a busy road, but as soon as you walk inside the courtyard it's an oasis. Lots of trees and well maintained yard. The hotel looked nice too - so I would have no problems staying over night here. I rally like this place. Excellent choice for the active traveller. Pool, steam, sauna, gym, volleyball, climbing wall, e-bikes, ping pong, biking, spa, and massage to ease the soreness. Great town and picturesque alpine valleys. Food is great and updated, comfortable rooms.

Sporthotel Zoll is amazing. We had an amazing time. From the delicious food to the friendly service, Hotel Zoll had it all. We went on some unforgettable guided hikes and used their indoor rockclimbing wall then when it was time to relax we had a swim and used their saunas and meditation room. The place was perfect. Highly recommended. We enjoyed a great 3-bed room which would be great for your kiddo. Great al fresco cafe on the main street is wonderful for people-watching on the medieval cobblestoned street. Daniella at the front desk is very kind and professional !

Warm, wonderful hotel in the best location in town. Walk out the door right onto the city's main street. Fantastic food and cozy bar, a perfect meeting point. Personalized service by a real family you could never find at a corporate or chain hotel. Highly recommended.

Rooms are nice and the location great in Sterzing. Unfortunately service was mostly unfriendly and the dinner included in our booking was very sub-par (we asked for a vegetarian option and got frozen veggies that seemed to have been microwaved and we're completely unseasoned with an egg. Desert was also rather tasteless). Breakfast was ok

I ran into this hotel by accident and what an incredibly pleasant surprise. The room was immaculate, spacious, and comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel was welcoming and inviting. After our long hike arrived in this nice hotel. Cleans comfortable rooms with big bathrooms. Sauna is great to relax, small but all you need. Food is Nice if you’re tired to walk the 5 minutes to the center. Very friendly for our dog as well.

Hotel with a large parking lots, friendly staff and a good restaurant. I appreciated the comfortable room with the modern bathroom .There was a rich buffet breakfast with freshly made cakes, cold meats, cheese , fruits and other various delicacies. Clean and nice Spa. I visited this hotel in May. The price was in line with the service offered. I heartily recommend hotel Rosskopf.

Nice place close to the ski centers, cozy spa with both sauna and steam room. We reserved breakfast as well, it was abundant and tasty. Beds are super comfy, we slept so well! Bathroom is stylish and spacious, the environment is warm and relaxing. Parking nearby and location is close to town centre with lots of great places to eat. Surrounded by mountains so there is plenty you can do any time of year in the location. Good location to pop further into Italy or over the border to Austria.

Great hotel with great food. Only complaint is that the sauna closes at 8 which seemed a bit too early.

Decided to break our drive down to Florence and spend a night in Vitipeno. Great little hotel, close to the highway. Comfortable rooms and the breakfast buffet was INSANE. By far the most amazing breakfast buffet in Italy. The selection and attention to detail was amazing. Do yourself a favour and stay at this property.

Perfect location, just a couple of mins from the highway. Very friendly host who replied promptly on requests via mail. Nice rooms, beautiful environment, easily accessible free of charge indoor parking. Restaurant offers a quick bite and breakfast is far above common standards. The city center is just a stroll away. Very recommendable!

A beautiful building, inside and out, set in a lovely valley a few short steps from the lift and backed up against a lovely little park. We will coming back to stay for a longer visit in the future!

We stayed a week. Impeccable hotel, super clean, quiet. With a beautiful view of Vipiteno and the surrounding mountains. A few steps from the center. Varied and abundant breakfast. Excellent dinners all first choice. Staff always serene, nice and helpful. Extensive parking.

Great hotel near the Brenner Pass. Clean and orderly. Nice rooms that are modernly furnished. The staff is very nice. There is a free car park available. I noticed negatively that the stairwell smelled strongly of grease and the escape routes were not really clear because the house was a bit winding.

I don't give 5 stars because it's not in the center. The hotel is well maintained, practically new. Nice and efficient staff, clearly friendly. We also had dinner, not bad. Too bad for the position which, however, would not hurt for those who want to take a walk to go downtown.

Nice location with greate view. One of the best beds with down pillows and blanket I have sleept in. Great dinner reataurant and fully assorted breakfast. Perfekt stop after a long day on the road.

Quiet place with a great restaurant and a great view. The rooms are big and clean. The hotel has parking area. The restaurant is very good with a reasonable price. It is also not so far from the city center with is really beautiful. I would really recommend.

We had a stay here on our way to Italy, we stayed here for 1 night. The hotel was okay and the rooms was clean. There was a great wiev from our hotel room. The restaurant was good. The morning buffet was not so good, I think they had a busy morning so there was not filled up, so bread and Juice was missing.

Beautiful place, friendly staff and delicious local food at the restaurant. Dog friendly with an extra fee for cleaning. 10 minutes walk from the city centre.

Hotel typical from the region. Dinner with local specialities. Some things can be renewed and maybe getting a smile from the responsable of the breakfast would have been appreciated.

Good food at good prices. Steaks are done beautifully and so are pizzas. In fact, everything is good here! Staff are friendly.

Simply great! 2 lunch menus = 2 soups 2 salads 2 schnitzel with chips 2 desserts plus 2 large drinks for 19.90 €. (Quality was top) We are regularly here but are always pleasantly surprised.

As most culinary places in Vipiteno/Sterzing, the Wipptalerhof is amazing to eat at. The charcuterie we had was heavenly. It's not even pricey (as I erroneously assumed) and the red wine should be drunk by the gallon.

We had a lovely stay here. Family-run place. Friendly, helpful owners. Nice breakfast. Great, spacious, comfortable room with a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. If we vome back we will definitely be staying here again!
