Had a relaxing weekend at the Zoll Sporthotel, nothing better. Great atmosphere, from the room to many other rooms, everything was perfect, friendly operator, polite and pleasant. The cuisine is excellent, from the menu to the buffet, a pleasure to the taste. Will definitely see you again!

We spent 3 nights in this wonderful hotel. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious, so a family of 6 could easily find space in it. The apartment is very well equipped, we did not miss anything. We used the beautiful pool, the climbing room and the tennis court for several hours every day! We are a very sporty family, so for us it was a real paradise! We were also spoiled by culinary delights, whether it was a rich and very tasty breakfast or a cozy and very tasty dinner. Our stay was perfectly completed by the super-personal and extremely polite host family, who fulfilled all our wishes and were always friendly despite the difficult situation with COVID19. It should also be noted that we were able to receive sensationally good service in all respects. Thank you and we will be back!

Everything was great, even in Corona times. Very good food, nice service and friendly hotel management. Nothing was missing. Excellent wellness area with many additional wellness and sports activities. The price-quality offer is right. I/we will definitely come back.

For the second year in a row we stay in this magnificent structure and we have confirmation of what we saw last year: excellent cleaning of common and non-common areas, comfortable room, excellent solution in 3/4 board with good quality and variety of food; Spa with super relaxing saunas and pools and various sports activities for guests; politeness and efficiency of the staff! In addition, the restorative paths in the forest start from behind the building!

We were a group of 6 people, we stayed here for 7 days.
The place is awsome!
However, we had to improvement suggestions:
1) our apartment was well structured for 6 people, but we had at most 5 forks and some other crockery. We suggest to pay to give at least 1 crockery for each of the room users. To be precise, even pots and pans were very a bit small for 6 people.
2) the stuff was always welcoming and available for every question, but some of them were a bit less smiley than expected from a 4 star hotel.
Except from this 2 suggestions, the holiday was perfect and the place is very very amazing!

I stayed there for 4 days and my son, who lives in Sterzin, visited me for dinner. I m not a high demand guest and have a chill attitude in general but what happend in this Hotel was beyond. After being treated very rudely four times on two different days by one of the staff members for reasons I don't know and which was witnessed by two of his colleagues (who told me I was completly right and it was totally unacceptable). I filed a complaint on Sunday night March 17th. I was told they were sorry but there was nothing they could do for me. It was promised that the employee in question would be spoken to the next day. After that I was no longer helped and I was completely ignored when I tried to order something in the bar. I find this extremely rude and very unprofessional. His behavior but even more so the manager's response to my complaint I really think this is inadequate from the perspective as a customer. This left me with a very bad feeling and spoiled my stay with them.
