Stayed here a few times. but this was first time we couldn't have a shower, or a bath, no where to fix shower head, and took 30 mins for 10cm of water in bath, when I complained a guy came to look and said sorry low water pressure, that was it! Internet was non existent

Booked on day of check-in for 96€ (including breakfast) over booking. Perfect location and free parking place. Nice view on the alps and the tower of the twelve from the room on second floor of second house. Tasty coffee and pasteries for breakfast.

We are not impressed.
Staff is Not welcoming...a specialy at the reception.
We booked room in the main house, but when we arrive we were informed that we booked room in other house, there is really very stupid way to operat the elevator with a key...

Underground parking...okay...
Room...very acustick and water doesn't go down in the shower.

A perfect accommodation with a magnificent Alpine view.
The Hotel was clean, with huge windows that could enjoy the view of the mountains and the traditional buildings of the town. Moreover was pet friendly without any stepback on the cleaning quality.
Delicious breakfast with a traditional character, free parking, wifi with no extra charge..if I could give more than 5 stars, I would do that without second thought.
In general was overall our expectations and definitelly a hotel am going to visit again.

The room was cold and furnished as if it were a convent, the staff absent, unfriendly, and very unprofessional: after having lost my booking, the receptionist refused to respond to my complaints back to laughing with his friends in the back room, essentially they left me in the middle of the road as I left with a "cocks your" when the error was all their own. HIGHLY not recommended, if you need to book with the booking or with any means that certifies the booking

Modern rooms and ordinatissime, the bathroom spotlessly clean. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Spa very pleasant. Excellent dinner.

It's an great hotel with okay rooms, a little small but okay. The breakfast is very delicious

Stayed twice. First stay all staff were not friendly. The feeling was "Get in, get out" and there was some actual rude behavior. Food is less than desirable for the most part unless you get lucky. Beds are firm and cozy with fluffy pillows and satin covered blanket which was the best part. Showers sucked, broken parts and moldy, towels stiff & scratchy. HUGE noisy construction going on right outside the very unsecured "shared" balcony. NOT a 4 star hotel... what a joke.
