An ideal resort hotel, especially suitable for a holiday with small children. The hotel has a gorgeous area where you can walk, look at the ducks. There is an exit to the lake directly from the hotel, the city center is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Really nice hotel, we've stayed here on and off over the last 10 years or so and have always been well looked after. We use it as a base for motorcycle touring. They have secure underground parking and a jet wash for the bikes

Spent a week on holiday here in June and wow, what an amazing place. Probably the best service I have ever received in a hotel and I am a regular traveller. The food is 1st class on a half board basis, the room is spotlessly clean. Never return to the same place twice for a holiday, however we have already booked to return Sept next year. Cannot wait to return.

When we arrived the receptionist offered us a free room upgrade, this was a very nice surprise. Booked 2 Junior suites for the family of 4. They gave us rooms 214 and 215. To reach 214 you have to take a lift/elevator, walk a few steps and climb a few steps to get to the 2nd lift. For 215, we had to climb 3 flights of stairs to reach it. Good size rooms with decent storage space, airconditioned, and very good bathrooms.
