Lovely hotel, staff lovely and food drinks all great. Room wise, did lack an iron and not great to walk to other side of hotel to get some bits done. Also staying in Italy would have expected a coffee machine in room, not rubbish Nescafé sachets.. having said all this would go back! Stunning grounds and great location.

This hotel was a dream - great location, close to the lake beach but with two lovely swimming pools. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and it feels like you are in another world. It truly feels like a resort. The staff was courteous and professional. Highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, superb food, beautiful gardens within walking distance to the edge of the lake. So much to see and do within the hotel, child friendly with play areas, food and kids club. After staying for a few days, I changed the best hotel among 3 hotels. Unfortunately, I only stayed for one night and left early the next morning. I told the front desk that they had prepared breakfast in advance. It was quite good.

The breakfast is very rich and the service attitude is first-class. The sparrows are very cute and fly to the table to have breakfast together. The room is clean and tidy, and the pillows are very comfortable. It is 5 minutes away from Lake Garda and the transportation is very convenient.

We visited during June 1st week. The staff is very polite. Rooms are good, pocket friendly and spacious. Bathroom attached is not that good. But the attached balcony is worth it. We just recently returned from a stay at the Lido Palace Hotel and we were so pleased. Conveniently located between Riva del Garda and Torbole, this place is a gem. The views of Garda Lake from the hotel are breathtaking. The hotel is a bit spartan but clean. The breakfast was first class along with the customer service. Great value. Highly recommended!

Very nice stay! Rooms were well equipped, bed was comfortable and the large balcony looked out onto the pool and the mountains. Breakfast buffet had a good variety and when it was warm enough, you could sit out on the veranda.
