Lovely hotel, staff lovely and food drinks all great. Room wise, did lack an iron and not great to walk to other side of hotel to get some bits done. Also staying in Italy would have expected a coffee machine in room, not rubbish Nescafé sachets.. having said all this would go back! Stunning grounds and great location.

Fantastic hotel, superb food, beautiful gardens within walking distance to the edge of the lake. So much to see and do within the hotel, child friendly with play areas, food and kids club. Lots of choice with meals and additional salad buffet also. We all loved it so much we really did want to stay another week. Would seriously consider going back.

It was our first visit to this hotel,although we have stayed in Riva del Garda before. We loved our stay at The Lake Front Mirage. Lovely room,with a gorgeous view. We arrived late. The location was perfect. Room was quite moderate and you heard all the noise from the corridor. Good enough for one night stay.

Two couples each got supeior rooms in June of 2018. These are spacious and while the doublee bathroom for each room was a bit odd it was also something of a luxury. This Hotel is very well located to enjoy the restarants and sights of old Riva. The pedestrian area in front of the hotel has a nice vacation vibe and I hope to return someday. Staff was great. Toilet/shower area was very awkward for someone my height. My head hit the ceiling in the shower. Internet was not consistently working in my 4th floor room, likely because it was too far from the router. I had to sit in the lobby area downstairs to connect while in the hotel. Great hotel for bicyclists, room for clean and storage bicycles, wash machine for cleaning, superb breakfast to do records! Only parking is limited (24 places for 36 rooms), but around 2 large parkings is free till 21pm-9am.

Stay out of the underground garage! It’s so tight and the ramp is dangerously steep unless you have a super small car. The bed was two twin beds pushed together and we kept falling in the crack. It was very cheap, but not super nice. Appreciate the free breakfast. Front desk person left at 8 pm and didn’t explain how to check in or contact me.

From historical center of Riva, it's about 10 minutes walk. Bathroom was also big with a bathtub. Free parking available. The price was also very good. Would likely stay there again if visiting Riva.

Its location is good because of its proximity to the lake, market and other hotels. Very tidy, spacious and well equipped with all necessities.

Room is comfortable and clean. I don't like bathroom in the room, I would prefer if it's room in a room. I miss door or curtain by shower. Breakfast is nice, fresh and canned fruits, small part of vegetables, different sorts of pastry. Walls are thin, in the morning I heard noises from outside. Location is great, close to port, city centre. Still on a side, so no street noise.

Excellent hotel in convenient location with use of hotel bicycles into either Riva or Torbole. Refurbished rooms look great and pool excellent for family. I am visiting this hotel regularly. But sometimes I am surprised of some rooms but not normal. For example 1.room is split wardrobes and another room when we stayed has bathroom without door. Fortunately an architect didn't put toilet in the middle of a room. The toilet has door, it is pleased. This personal is super nice. I love this people. I back in this hotel regarding them.

The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Nago which has a supermarket and pharmacy. Nearby bus stops take you to Torbole or Riva Del Garda though you can also walk to these destinations and enjoy the splendid scenery

Really nice hotel, we've stayed here on and off over the last 10 years or so and have always been well looked after. We use it as a base for motorcycle touring. They have secure underground parking and a jet wash for the bikes

Spent a week on holiday here in June and wow, what an amazing place. Probably the best service I have ever received in a hotel and I am a regular traveller. The food is 1st class on a half board basis, the room is spotlessly clean. Never return to the same place twice for a holiday, however we have already booked to return Sept next year. Cannot wait to return.

When we arrived the receptionist offered us a free room upgrade, this was a very nice surprise. We were put in the junior suite which has a lot of room and a gorgeous view from the balcony. the hotel bar also offers a free complementary drink and everyday there was a very good offer on aperitifs the region is very beautiful. Was there for a week in September with my mother. Lovely hotel and not far from the shops or if your feeling fit there's a hard hill walk across the road up to the bastion castle. We can only review the tanning studio here and we tell you: It's great for a rainy day, but pay ATTENTION in the vertical tanning cabin!!! It is very strong, and you should definetly be tanned if you want to use the bronze tanning creme. Very nice hotel for a decent price. Has an outdoor swimming pool and one inside as well. Spa room, breakfast was very nice as well. The parking is very limited, however there is a free public car park about 5 mins walk from the hotel so it’s not an issue, and the staff will direct you to it.

Just returned from a weeks stay at the Luise with my family to celebrate my 70th. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and only too willing to help. We had a room with a large balcony overlooking the garden and pool both were kept immaculately. The staff are really good and the location is very convenient for the shops and restaurants. The food isn't as good as it was on a previous visit. It's now a more overtly Austrian style and uses more frozen ingredients (veg, fish). Bar facilities are limited so better to head out to the harbour for your cocktails.

Loved staying here for a week. It's a great location and every evening after dinner we enjoyed our stroll through the town, the many bars and free entertainment in the town square.
