Spacious room, closet with plenty of hangers but no drawers. Not very soundproof. Air conditioning with thermostat to adjust the temperature as desired, housekeeping ok. Orthopedic bed, a little hard for my taste and bones, but I slept anyway. Safe with code. Terrace equipped with drying rack, table, and two chairs. In the bathroom, enough space for various items (metal shelves, vanity top, hangers). The shower is a bit small. TV rather small, but who cares? I had a great time. The pool is clean with a beautiful lawn around it. I enjoyed several meals at the restaurant, even though I didn't have half board. Prices are the same as at the beach resorts, but with comfortable chairs and air conditioning, which is no small thing. During breakfast, you have to book for lunch and/or dinner. You have to choose between 5 first courses and 5 second courses; I found everything to be good. Breakfast is quite complete, sweet and savory, continental style. The wait staff is attentive and smiling. The same goes for the reception. Ideal location for those who enjoy strolling along the seafront (a 30-minute walk from Terracina's main street). Parking with a barrier in front of the hotel. I'll definitely be back. I often stay in the same apartment as last year in Nettuno, where I had to cook my own meals, and the sea was about a 12-minute walk away, but a steep climb on the way back... Here you just have to cross the street.

This is a really nice hotel. It's a short walk to all the beach clubs, and the town of Terracina is a short drive or Uber ride away. The beach club nearby will give you a spot for 15 euro if you're staying at the hotel. There's a lot of restaurants, bars, and shopping in Terracina, we were never bored.
The rooms are clean and the pool is beautiful. We stayed there in the middle of June and the pool wasn't crowded at all. The food at the restaurant is excellent, make sure you eat there at least once. The rooms are a little bit older and the tv's aren't very big, but we didn't spend much time in our room so it didn't matter too much.
I would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel, staff couldn’t have done enough to help us. Hotel clean, pool immaculate, gardens lovely and well kept. 2 minute walk to the beach, and lovely pizzeria next door which was very reasonably priced. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back

First time at this property. Largely positive experience. Large room for three people although the furnishings would deserve a restyling but they appear to be functional. Cleanliness is more than good both in the rooms and in the common areas, the staff responsible for this service are always friendly. External architectural structure with a seventies style but well maintained. Great added value is the truly top-notch culinary offer, something not to be taken for granted in other facilities I have visited in recent years, compliments without any ifs or buts. Widely satisfying breakfast, both sweet and savory. Pool area managed with great attention, seriousness, courtesy on the part of the staff, the lawn adjacent to the pool is excellently maintained. The structure has a SPA available, the associated services of which I did not use but whoever was with me spoke highly of it. Special mention to whoever manages the dining room, Marco, courteous, extremely helpful, attentive to customers like all the staff. The first one was good

We stayed here, we were pleasantly welcomed, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms and excellent quality food. Super clean and well-maintained swimming pool and excellent location a stone's throw from the sea. Elegant location, we will definitely return.

I very willingly returned for the second time to this WONDERFUL STRUCTURE. HAVING ALREADY HAD A WONDERFUL WELLNESS IN AUGUST 2021. The welcome upon our arrival was exceptional as the manager THE GREAT AND EXTRAORDINARY ROBERTO immediately recognized me for the excellent review given in 2021 to his hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms IS RECONFIRMED EXCELLENT, the staff is very welcoming AND ATTENTIVE TO YOUR EVERY REQUEST, the cuisine has attention to detail with particular and abundant dishes with HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL waiters. The swimming pool is always looked after with the watchful eye of the lifeguards both in the morning and in the afternoon. great Romano and Vittorio to whom my regards go, huge private and monitored car park. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO COME ON HOLIDAY IN THIS WONDERFUL HOTEL WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN.
