This is a really nice hotel. It's a short walk to all the beach clubs, and the town of Terracina is a short drive or Uber ride away. The beach club nearby will give you a spot for 15 euro if you're staying at the hotel. There's a lot of restaurants, bars, and shopping in Terracina, we were never bored. Excellent pool, very good location (proximity to the beach, quietness, good local restaurants nearby), good breakfast and dinner in the hotel, staff was very friendly and professional (special thanks to Maria at the reception desk).

We had a good time, all the staff were kind and helpful ... especially Romano, the lifeguard. Excellent proposals from the restaurant menu, refined and well-executed dishes ... on some mistake we were not charged for the course. Large swimming pool with variable depth. The only criticism, for a 4-star hotel it would take some more attention to the furnishings and finishes ... I hope to return.

We stayed here last year August 20- Sept10 and it was amazing. The staff from the front desk, cleaning and service were great and always available. The breakfast had a great selection and the food on the property was great. My daughter and her friend came a week later and the only negative that they had was the distance to the town center. I booked a room in advance for 2 persons and paid 600+ Euro for 4 nights. I was planning to stay with a friend there and this was my only vacation. However, when I arrived they started pretending as if I booked the stay for 1 person… and required to pay 600 euro extra for 1 additional person in my double room! Right on the beach. On the outskirts of Terracina. Far from the city center, but there are Shuttle buses from the hotel. Although you can walk to master a few km along the promenade. Huge balcony but a small bathroom.

A very beautiful place. The hotel is directly at the sea. Advise to take room with the sea view, or side, but then a higher floor. The food is delicious, especially the pies. But if someone likes to eat variety of foods, then upset. There is little choice. The staff at the reception speaks Russian. And then outside the hotel, in shops, in cafes only in Italian. It's annoying, to be honest.

Comfortable, quiet , close to supermarket, private beach, pool sun loungers and deckchairs free of charge. Breakfast is included, buffet style.

Everything is excellent in this hotel. Especially the view on Tyrrhenian sea through green crowns of piny and equidistant to Rome and Napoli. All flaws could be forgiven.

Good hotel, basic but acceptable, clean rooms and friendly staff who were helpful. Outside pool area, and close to a major supermarket across a busy road ( be careful of traffic) if you need any supplies. Short walk down a track to the beach. Can walk to the seafront in Terracine in about 10 - 15 mins. Food good in hotel and breakfast is continental style.

It is a pity that on the very edge of the city of Terracina. Well, the beach is not very nice go - uakoz some back roads. And so ' the hotel is okay - only the dinner menu is not as varied - pasta, pasta, pasta...

A nice hotel, a clean room and with decent airconditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant was excellent, only a few dishes, but the once we tried where outstanding! would have given the restaurant five stars!

Food is really good, but Wi-Fi costs €5 per day. What's more, it's available on the ground floor only. Really nice otherwise, however the remote location means a short stay or commuting via rental car.

I can only confirm the practicality of the place in terms of location, the quality of the stay in spacious and spotless rooms (which is never a given...) the 5-star beach service (you can choose between the sandy beach and the mixed rock platform in front of the hotel) and the large internal car park... the hotel is a bit vintage but...

I am now a regular customer of this structure, the location is its strong point, directly on the sea. I love the solarium terrace with the hydromassage tubs, when the sun goes down with its panorama it becomes one of the most exciting and impactful environments I have ever seen in a seaside hotel. Good rooms, very clean, all with sea views. Rich and abundant breakfast, there is everything and more...

Wonderful sea view hotel. Very clean. Great place to relax. Polite and helpful staff. I have been choosing to relax in this hotel for years. The only "flaw" is not having the restaurant available for dinner as well. It's always nice to go back. See you soon ❤️

This hotel was located close to the beach. The beach was just opposite of the street. Our visit was off-season so there was not much activities on the beach.

The best hotel in Terracina . Nice , Clean , very well managed ! The staff is ultra friendly . They are able to always find solutions to client’s needs even the more difficult . I am very happy to be so lucky to be very often guest of this hotel . Sea view and fruit plate are the best !

Great location. Across from the beach. English OK. Clean, large rooms most with small balconies. Small showers....they had room for a standard US-sized shower, but opted for the 3x3 type-cramped. Always the bidet though. Breakfast in the morning. Probably quite nice in the summer.

Regenerating holiday. Staff very professional and helpful. Convenient location in front of the associated bathhouse. Most relevant: Aqua gym and gymnastic for free; top massage at an affordable price! A small remark: the building needs some maintenance works.

Very nice hotel directly on the water in San Felice Circeo. Clean, spacious and a great deal of amenities. The rooms are clean, with big bay windows. The hotel itself has an old world charm with a very beautiful dining room. Even the parking lot is like a mini flower park. Will recommend to everyone I know.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. A truly Mediterranean paradise. Great breakfast (although loads of wasps in the terrace!). Not the best option for reduced mobility people, loads of stairs.

Excellent tasty cuisine in a beautiful surrounding. Nice atmosphere and professional service. The hotel is "nec plus ultra" and really the only five star of the mount Circeo area. Already only the garden is a must to visit.

It is a nice hotel, most of the staff are very nice and helpful. The location is great, you have almost everything you need for a very quiet relaxing holiday. Just be prepared because is it very expensive. My honest opinion is not quite good value for the money.
