A truly world class hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge staff in particular went above and beyond normal expectations. The property is very well situated to explore the many must see towns in Puglia. Would advise to rent a car

Amazing hotel This hotel is amazing. The architecture and the decor are stunning, like nothing I have seen before. The service is exceptional from the moment you arrive until you leave. We did not go to the restaurants, but we did have a delicious ice-cream at the Gelati. Three things to look into, the WiFi is not very strong, the beach/pool towels are old and fraying and there was no hair conditioner...

Great Place - No sleep Strcuture was absolutely stunning, room comfort and room service not up to standard yet. Bed and Pillows were just not good.

Excellent and unique property, and we had an excellent stay overall. Our only suggestion is to improve the food and the consistency of the dishes for both room service and at the restaurants.

The staff were all very charming, helpful and efficient. Kudos to the front desk, lifeguards and pool area waiters. Pool and sea views stunning. Yes, the rooms are somewhat basic but step outside and you are surrounded by the sea. The town is relatively small and quiet (but with enough restaurants) so perfect for a relaxing vacation.

We were guests of the structure 3 times in 20 days. Our congratulations to the director for the choice of all his collaborators: very kind and welcoming receptionists, very attentive beach boys and girls, very professional catering staff. An exceptional hotel in terms of location, sea view, adjacent brackish water pool, huge and well furnished exterior, polite and attentive staff. I returned, after years, with great pleasure. It was beautiful then, and now it is even better. Recommended!

Cool cool. There is nothing you could not want. Friendliness, professionalism, politeness and lovely staff, especially the guys at the pool ... but also the dining room staff ... but also the reception staff. Well Amazing hotel, a kiss from the center. Even though Savelletri is part of Fasano, it is very clean, shiny and tidy. If you want a good holiday, go to Hotel La Sorgente.

I stayed here with my husband on our honeymoon for 4 nights in the white cave suite with private pool. The hotel is absolutely fantastic and I could not recommend it more, it is really 5 stars all around. The room- one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever stayed in. Hotel, room, grounds, restaurant all beautiful. Food, wait staff (Marino), pool attendants (Antonio) excellent. Concierge and front desk not as informed as we have come to expect. Not knowing distances of nearby towns, hours of operation of on-site restaurant, are basics that all staff should have knowledge of.

Beautiful property, attentive staff, beach club not usable due to high wi d and cold temperatures, however rooms were TOO HOT

A lovely 15th century hotel with a very good restaurant and great, friendly service. Our room in the tower had 37 stairs (very high) and no elevator so it's something to check on if physical restrictions, but we had a great view. very large bathroom. The shuttle service to the private beach/club just a few minutes away was quick, and it was great having a down day in the son.

Amazing experience in the middle of Adriatic Sea quite near to Ostuni and Monopoli, staff were exceptionally nice , location is amazing and all three days spent were an intensive experience in Puglia. Grazie A tutti

Nice location but…. First the good, the location is amazing, nice concept of serving breakfast in your private terrace so you can just roll out of bed. Breakfast was pretty sparse, fruit consisted of 5 grapes, 2 tiny pieces of pineapple, melon and passionfruit. First morning we were not offered any extras then we found out they do eggs, pancakes etc. when you are paying upwards of 1000 euro a night...

This place is heaven on earth and so unique. Beautiful room with the sea out 1 door and giant pool out the other. Service was top notch. Food excellent especially breakfast delivered to your private terrace each morning. Everything you could dream of including private beach.

Beautiful, remote, perfect service, amazing food. Arguably the biggest and most beautiful and best pool in the world. It’s beautiful just to walk around all the Olive Garden. That’s surround the property. You’re nearby a bunch of very pictures little town so it’s very easy for day trips.

Stunning Masseria … sub par service The masseria itself is breath taking. The location is secluded, is surrounded by acres of working farmland and the farmhouse itself is picture perfect. Our first trip to Puglia. The hotel is in a very upscale rural setting. We had a very nice villa with a private pool and our own outdoor terrace. The property offers lots of privacy, not a big hotel feel, but a private villa along a golf course vibe. It is located between Bari and Brindisi, very easy to get the different towns in Puglia.

Masseria and location with great potential but little exploited. Very kind and always available staff with an adjoining heated swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. Despite this, however, the activities end here, there is no possibility of having lunch or dinner (except for toast or sandwiches) unless you go to other farms in the area. Peaceful and just 15 minutes from town by car. The breakfast is nice. Rooms are clean but the pool is only seasonal. Helpful staff. Surrounded by love trees from which the Masseria makes olive oil. An hour by car to Polignano al mare and 20 minutes from Torre Canne (great seafood).

I noticed this place hadn't been reviewed in quite some time. I had envisioned a warm welcoming place with fresh food from its grounds. What we found was a place that has clearly seen better days. Maria was very pleasant. The room was large and pretty basic, very few amenities. The Wifi worked just fine. Wonderful, serene and calm place with a fantastic swimming pool, ideal for relaxing, reading, thinking of nothing, Maria and the Apulian sun are the good souls of the place! Ideally located for excursions to the neighbouring renaissance towns like Ostuni and Martina Franca!

Beautiful farmhouse, in a quiet location, not far from the sea. The management is handled with great style and elegance by Floriana and her parents, very kind people. The breakfast is full of local delicacies. Floriana's homemade cakes are excellent (the coconut one is my favorite). More than satisfying experience, I would love to come back soon!

Very unique place 300 meters from the sea. Everything was clean, beautiful and tasteful. The staff was more than welcoming (the receptionist even ironed my friends' shirts for the wedding we had that night!). I highly recommend this place if you want to have a romantic weekend in the middle of the lemon plants.
