This was the nicest place I have ever stayed, instantly when you walk in their signature scent smells incredible and the rooms were fantastic. Staff wa so nice, food was great and the view wer gorgeous. I especially loved swimming and riding the bikes around the entire property. I would go back in a heartbeat, everyone should experience a stay here.

Beautiful resort hotel with outstanding service. We found Puglia overall much more to our liking than Rome, and Hotel Masseria was no exception. Pool was a little cool and the hot tub was basically lukewarm. But, otherwise - 100%. Restaurant was amazing and the service outstanding. Can’t recommend highly enough.

The staff were all very charming, helpful and efficient. Kudos to the front desk, lifeguards and pool area waiters. Pool and sea views stunning. Yes, the rooms are somewhat basic but step outside and you are surrounded by the sea. The town is relatively small and quiet (but with enough restaurants) so perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Our first trip to Puglia. The hotel is in a very upscale rural setting. We had a very nice villa with a private pool and our own outdoor terrace. The property offers lots of privacy, not a big hotel feel, but a private villa along a golf course vibe. It is located between Bari and Brindisi, very easy to get the different towns in Puglia.

A lovely 15th century hotel with a very good restaurant and great, friendly service. Our room in the tower had 37 stairs (very high) and no elevator so it's something to check on if physical restrictions, but we had a great view. very large bathroom. The shuttle service to the private beach/club just a few minutes away was quick, and it was great having a down day in the son.

Very unique place 300 meters from the sea. Everything was clean, beautiful and tasteful. The staff was more than welcoming (the receptionist even ironed my friends' shirts for the wedding we had that night!). The ease of which everything can be accessed and enjoyed at the GranSerena is its main pulling factor. Its location gained only 4 stars as it is one of many Italian resorts which is difficult to navigate onto a main route, but then 5 stars would be applicable because it has situated itself next to a fine Italian beach.

The food was great & there was a huge variety offered every day. The location is excellent, a short stroll along the beach or road to Torre Canne Centre. The resort is very clean & well maintained. Beautiful setting on a hilltop above Fasano. There is a main building for check-in and restaurant, as well as a bar, and many sitting areas. The rooms are located in several individual buildings on the property, connected by a walkway. Clean, polite staff, rooms with balconies.

The hotel was immaculately clean. The rooms are large. The shower heads are slightly odd and the water tends to go everywhere. The hotel is in a very quiet location, with very little in the area. We were on a tour so that wasn’t really a problem. I really enjoyed the food, but not everyone in the tour was as happy with it. Pasta is homemade, as are the cakes and pastries at breakfast so what’s not...

Excellent stay. We spent the night in traditional trulli—charming and full of character. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The pool is well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. The international breakfast is varied and of excellent quality.

Perfect beach location I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for beach lovers, as it's right across the street from the beach. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful throughout my stay.

Was fantastic, although it was more expensive than nearby hotels it was well worth it. The balcony had such a stunning view and so did the rooftop bar. It was so relaxing and real luxury. The staff were really helpful and friendly bringing breakfast to our room to eat on the balcony, I would definitely recommend this place

A truly wonderful hotel. Very charming and the staff were absolutely fantastic. The hotel is located in the old fort as well as separate apartment like rooms in other buildings in Monopoli. We stayed in one of those rooms and the other stayed in a very charming room in the old fort. Breakfast was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
