It was just an overnight stay, and we decided just to rent something cheap and to continue our trip. Hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of quality of service, including hygiene, comfort level and hospitality of the staff. And yes - lets not forget, the massive balcony with wonderful views.

Fantastic hotel! Very clean and organized rooms. Super location, in the center of the city and a two minute walk from the beach. Amazing view from the room! Excellent service: the director, Erald, who worked the night shift, is very friendly and helpful, available for every question. His suggestions really made the best out of our trip. We will definitely be coming back, an absolute recommendation...

A well deserved oasis where you can crush your bones after a full day at the beach, whether it's a sunbath or a long walk. Accommodation includes free WiFi, air conditioner and cable TV. Service staff is excellent, the rooms are to pick from, some big, some small, all according to the budget you have. Nevertheless, its location is premium, and being open 24/7 even in low season is a plus.

Very clean and newly decorated hotel by the beach but owner should know how to smile ... probably a thing from Russian people !

The staff welcomed us , very clean ,comfortable room, beautiful view ,just a few steps of the beach. Near hotel it s a bar where people had live music, dance in the night. For sure I ll be there again next year !!

The hotel's view and location is wonderful.you need a car to go there. still difficult to find busses or even taxis.. and the hotel's staff dont speak English.

Excellent value for money. The b & b is really familiar, the cleanliness is impeccable, a really rich and varied breakfast. The only drawback is having the bathroom outside the room and, in my case, on a different level ...

Compromise Solution to visit the surroundings. very pretty and quiet cottage. Maybe a little 'too much promiscuity with other guests. Pleasant and helpful owners. Perfect for large families or groups of young people

Very good food in the restaurant. The hotel is located directly on the beach. The personnel is kind and helpful. There are persons with very good English.

The room is located in the house with the owners. This is no longer comfortable, they can make a remark to you, because there are rules in the house. Breakfast is very poor, store-bought croissants, 1 yogurt, 2 juice bags, jams and crackers. There is no parking on site, only on the street, you can leave your car on the side of the road.

It is like feeling at home, clean, spacious rooms, Mrs. Mirella and her husband are exceptional people, very helpful and from other times, it was a regret to leave. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Malibu b & b for one night, the room was spotless and equipped with all comforts, the lady was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was excellent. Recommended. 08/20/2021.

Excellent quality price, managed by two friendly and affectionate people, Mrs. Concetta and Mr. Mallio, who can make you feel as if you were at home, clean and quiet rooms excellent breakfast Excellent location if you want to go to the zoomarine park, just 5 min. Walk there are restaurants and pizzerias and bars with everything .. I highly recommend we had a really great time and I hope to return soon

A tidy and clean structure, with furnishings that make you feel at home .. One of the rare times we slept on a real bed. Owners always courteous and helpful, located a few minutes drive from the Zoomarine park and with several restaurants and pizzerias within walking distance; makes the beb Malibu an excellent place for the whole family.

Excellent value for money, good products connected at a great price. very courteous staff. Perhaps the only local flaw a little bit small, today a little chaos has been created (certainly to be attributed to the day, since mid-August certainly collects more customers all together). Recommended for all those who want to eat well, in a welcoming environment without spending too much.

Quiet B&B suitable for visiting the Roman coast (Anzio, Nettuno, Ostia and Torvaianica), excellent parking and the friendliness of the host, comfortable mattress.

For the very peaceful place, the courtesy of the owner and the rooms equipped with all that is needed: refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and the necessary crockery for an independent breakfast. Covered patio where you can enjoy the shade or the cool of the evening. Heartfelt thanks for the hospitality offered!

Very nice and large room, clean there is everything you need to stay apart from the kitchenette at least when I was there still there was no very nice bathroom.

The house of moni is really a lovely place! The rooms furnished with elegance and great attention to detail are equipped with a flat-screen TV, fridge and freezer as well as a microwave and espresso machine. Spacious and spotless, comfortable bathroom with large shower. Large sunny outdoor spaces make it ideal for children too. Well located as it is possible to quickly reach many places of interest...

Villa Gengi has an excellent position to be able to reach the Zoomarine, the Castelli Romani, the airport and the various places of interest from there in a short time. Everything was clean and new, room is really pretty. Owners are great and very helpful. We arrived late at night and they drove us to the nearest market that worked until 22h so that we don't wander around that late at night. They also have a nice, clean pool that you can use. They didn't bother us at all, really cool people.

The place was very welcoming, everything was clean,nice size of the room and bathroom. Swimming pool was very clean, and really it was small oasis. Owners were very welcoming, and wanted to help even though they don't speak English.

We stayed a week in this splendid b & b and we were sorry to leave, the structure looks like a spa with a swimming pool, the strong point of the structure, surrounded by a well-kept and welcoming garden. which is in front of the pool and is wonderful, always fresh and with a bright and enviable kitchen, large bathroom.The staff are all friendly and professional, the courtesy and freedom that he leaves...

A great surprise:..the pictures are matching the reality. An amazing pace to stay...short drive to the beach..or use the property's pool...all place very lush, well maintained...The most accommodating and friendly hosts ... make sure you book in advance!

We spent 4 wonderful days. Very well kept, clean, and comfortable chalet. Mrs. Patrizia, with all her family, welcomed us as members of their family and so it was for the duration of our stay. Nothing to say, just heartfelt thanks.

Excelent atention and very good service.

I was 4 nights, me my brother and the dog. We had a great time, very clean and welcoming, the breakfast is plentiful and the desserts made by the owner are delicious. The Lady is very kind and professional. The pools were clean and everything tidy. Thanks days of pure relaxation. If there was a small Spa it would be truly the TOP!

This place is beautiful.. the olive trees are just magical.. and unlike the previous time we spoke to the owner in advance and the room we were given was pretty, spacious and just right . everything else was great.. oh I would recommend a buffet type of breakfast.. which they seem to have but it's not offered so that guests can serve themselves ... so the choice is limited

Beautiful and peaceful. We have chose to stay here on 2 different occasions. A slice of Tuscany in Tor San Lorenzo. The restaurant was also excellent . It features grilled meats and a thoughtful antipasti offering. One more thing , the grounds are lovely. The Hotel features 2 pooles and many places to sit and or relax.

Great resort, huge garden, 2 pools, nice rooms, some with kitchen area, very quiet, all is nice and clean, wifi in the rooms problematic but available in the lobby area, enjoyed the stay very much
