This is a tiny cozy 2 stars hotel with the service and treatment of a 5 stars one. It is located in the pieazzeta of the town 50 meters from the beach. You are surrounded by restaurants, cafeterias, shops and all the services needed. The staff is very kind and willing to give their best. I stayed 2 weeks and this year I am going to repeat the experience but 3 weeks instead.

It was just an overnight stay, and we decided just to rent something cheap and to continue our trip. Hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of quality of service, including hygiene, comfort level and hospitality of the staff. And yes - lets not forget, the massive balcony with wonderful views.

A well deserved oasis where you can crush your bones after a full day at the beach, whether it's a sunbath or a long walk. Accommodation includes free WiFi, air conditioner and cable TV. Service staff is excellent, the rooms are to pick from, some big, some small, all according to the budget you have. Nevertheless, its location is premium, and being open 24/7 even in low season is a plus.

The staff welcomed us , very clean ,comfortable room, beautiful view ,just a few steps of the beach. Near hotel it s a bar where people had live music, dance in the night. For sure I ll be there again next year !!

The hotel's view and location is wonderful.you need a car to go there. still difficult to find busses or even taxis.. and the hotel's staff dont speak English.

We stayed 3 days as support for Cinecitta' world, Roma World and Zoomarine. The tavern of 90 square meters. It was nothing short of perfect. There were all the necessary comforts and more. Aside from the fully functioning kitchen, huge couch with 60 inch tv. Everything in order and perfectly clean. Basic clean rooms with good beds. Customer cannot turn air-conditioning on or off or change the temperature, it has to be done from reception. Weird. Avera food in restaurant, overcooked pasta, but taste is ok.

I stayed here with my wife for 2 nights. The hotel is 60 mins drive & 2 hours by public transport from Rome. It is also not near any shops. The staff shows great Italian hospitality. They always try to provide everything that we need, top notch service. The food in the hotel is also delicious.

Good hotel, but not easy to find a taxi or uber to bring you downtown. It took me almost 1h . But i heard public transport is good ( if you have less luggages)

I stayed two separate times in a span of a week in different rooms. The first stay the room was larger but had an ant issue and made the room feel dirty. However the second room I stayed in was clean but a bit smaller. Other than the ant issue I would stay at the hotel again as the buffet breakfast was very convenient for my stay.

Husk of former glory Hotel has seen better days and its just a downward spiral based on our visit. The area is walking distance from everything you need though, bus, restaurant, pharmacy and grocery store.

Property was ok not the worse but the best either. Breakfast was ok but limited selection.

Business trip Good experience overall. Easy parking.Quick check in/out. Basic breakfast but enough. Room doors do not isolate the noise at all, so you can listen to any person talking in the corridors.

Very good food in the restaurant. The hotel is located directly on the beach. The personnel is kind and helpful. There are persons with very good English.

An excellent hotel in the center of Pomezia. For a pleasure trip with the family, while looking for a place to stay, I found this very nice hotel run by a husband and wife in a very familiar environment. Very quiet, very well kept structure, with attention to detail so that you do not miss anything during your stay. Excellent cleaning and services.

We stayed at the Malibu b & b for one night, the room was spotless and equipped with all comforts, the lady was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was excellent. Recommended. 08/20/2021.

A tidy and clean structure, with furnishings that make you feel at home .. One of the rare times we slept on a real bed. Owners always courteous and helpful, located a few minutes drive from the Zoomarine park and with several restaurants and pizzerias within walking distance; makes the beb Malibu an excellent place for the whole family.

Well, might be the most spacious and modern hotel I have visited so far. Breakfast is good, equipment outstanding, room and bathroom are really spacious, there's even electric sun blind in the room. And there are really tall trees at the parking space to relly block out the sun, what else ca you ask for? Can be lack of some personal touch on this kind of corporate hotels, but I don't mind at all.

The reason why we stayed there is because we needed to be closer to FCO airport for an early flight and also because it is 5 mins away from Castel Romano outlets. Hotel Selene is a beautiful hotel in Pomezia that organizes all sorts of congresses and events. The modern style of the rooms and the location of the hotel itself, are the reason why it is thoight as the best hotel of Pomezia

Check in was fast and the service was excellent and friendly. The hotel has two elevators, each the size of a phone booth. The rooms are spacious, however the beds are not high quality pocket spring beds that you would expect, the linnen was old and had holes in it (See pictures). The place is okay but no major facilities to enjoy as it stands in isolation. Only good for honeymoon and studies...not for conferencing

Excellent impression already when you cross the entrance gate, which opens onto a large tree-lined parking lot. Inside we appreciate the courtesy and professionalism that befits the 4 ☆, but also higher. Then at the restaurant, stellar cuisine with chef Raffaele.

Excellent hotel room with two balconies with stunning mountain views, varied and quality cuisine, excellent cleanliness. The gentlemen of the hotel are very kind people ready to meet any need, we had a great time. We went back in the summer.

The structure is beautiful, easy to reach from Pontina. 10 minutes from the center of Pomezia. We arrived after 11 pm and did not know that after that time you enter with a code. Luckily there was a telephone number for assistance that solved the problem for us

everything is good except cleaning service, they threw some of mu stuff at the table after cleaning, and i came back with my broken charging brick, i told the menager and miraculously she said she can't prove it it was the cleaners who broke it, but all of a sudden she spawned some shitty as brick that was just laying by her side(she knew they broke it so she had one prepared in case i came down to...

It was a present to myself to living in this marvelous palace. Everything was so nice. The hotel is a kind of gallery, everywhere were very old paintings. It was very clean and the service and the staff excellent. I hope one day to visit again and live the myth to treat you like a royal!!!!!

If you want to really experience the best of Rome, this is the best place to stay. Hotel staff is very friendly, attentive, clean, safe, accommodating and they treat every guest as if you’re apart of their family. Place looks nice. But not so good utility wise. WiFi signs in the bedrooms are not good. The heaters (electric ovens) have some or the other problems. Doors of many of the rooms doesn't lock/unlock properly. And they don't provide drinking water. Quiet B&B suitable for visiting the Roman coast (Anzio, Nettuno, Ostia and Torvaianica), excellent parking and the friendliness of the host, comfortable mattress.

For the very peaceful place, the courtesy of the owner and the rooms equipped with all that is needed: refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and the necessary crockery for an independent breakfast. I have stayed in this hotel several times and what can I say, always top experience. Marfisa the property really kind, helpful and nice lady you can see that she does her job with love. The hotel offers really nice packages with the various theme parks in the area (Zoomarine, Cinecittà Word etc etc). In the rooms excellent cleanliness not to mention the very large and really bright bathroom.

Hotel have a lot of rooms. Furnitures old but not bad these are authentic. Room, bathroom, lobby, breakfast room etc. everywhere is clean. Beds are very comfy. You can park your car in the garden in front of the hotel. There is also a parking lot at the back. The breakfast is a standard Italian breakfast.

This is a four star hotel with limited amenities. The check in staff is very courteous and helpful. The look of the hotel is a little worn out and out. The rooms also have a worn out look. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The washroom have basic stuff. Nothing much to rave about. The wifi is free and the lobby is decent.

If you plan to visit the city then you would have trouble with the travelling. But it has a bus stop which is 10mins away walking which has frequency of 30 mins and then take metro to visit the Rome city. The hotel is alright nothing great about it. Some issues with the staff and understanding their norms.

Old, small hotel on a lively street. Very noisy at night and early morning. Uncomfortable beds and terrible pillows. Breakfast was disastrous.

We returned a year later, cleanliness is not discussed, not even services, Giacomina gave us the opportunity to use the swimming pool which is not mentioned anywhere, strategic position, since the B&B is located a few km from Zoomarine and Cinecittà Word . We will definitely be back.

After a day spent at the zoomarine, given the proximity to the park, we stayed in the structure. What can I say simple, but complete in everything ...
