I recently stayed at this hotel and while the overall experience was decent, there were some areas that left me underwhelmed. The location is great, offering a quiet environment away from the noise of the city, but still easily accessible to nearby attractions. The staff was friendly enough, though I didn’t feel that extra warmth or attention you might expect from a higher-end hotel.
The room was clean, but it felt a bit dated, with some furniture and fixtures showing signs of wear. The amenities were adequate, but nothing stood out as exceptional. I did appreciate the spaciousness of the room, which gave me some comfort during my stay.
While the hotel offers some good potential in terms of its location and peaceful setting, it just doesn’t quite live up to the expectations you might have for the price. There are definitely better options around if you’re looking for a more modern experience or extra touches that make a stay memorable. For what it offers, it’s an okay choice, but not one I’d rush to return to.

Wonderful hotel with a truly fantastic atmosphere! Elegant design, peaceful surroundings, and a special charm that makes it unforgettable.

Zero internet and Zero Airconditioner
Suffered 2 nights at this so called 4 star hotel, who doesn't deserve any star status by any means. As an international traveller, we could not sleep at peace a single night with temperature stuck at 26C and not getting cooler, despite asking the reception umpteen times to reduce it, with no control in the room.
Internet did not connect at all whole time, we couldn't plan any travel or tickets or schedule for the next days. On top of it, the TV had only Italian channels and not even a single English channel. With no internet, no TV - Zero entertainment sitting in a hot and humid room. It totally ruined our vacation. Staff took Zero responsibility, just kept saying no IT guy today, restarting the router etc., just brushing off.
No shower non-slip mat available in the hotel or in the shower. It was extremely slippery.
Room was awful, it is a regular king sized bedroom, where they've added a couple of single cots on the way.
On the whole, I would seriously not recommend this place to anyone.
Breakfast was ok - staff there were good.

While the room was comfortable and clean, the dining experience was a major letdown. Dinner and breakfast were both poorly prepared and lacked variety. For the price paid, I expected a much better culinary offering. I would recommend staying here only if you plan to dine elsewhere

everything is good except cleaning service, they threw some of mu stuff at the table after cleaning, and i came back with my broken charging brick, i told the menager and miraculously she said she can't prove it it was the cleaners who broke it, but all of a sudden she spawned some shitty as brick that was just laying by her side(she knew they broke it so she had one prepared in case i came down to complain).

Came to this hotel after a recommendation from coworkers who had been in the area. The hotel, location, and staff are wonderful. This hotel is in the industrial area close to a lot of factories.
The staff is happy and friendly.
I will return to this hotel and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

The showerhead lets loose easily and was poorly attached to the wall. Ceiling was raw wood like it was from a construction site. Everytime we entered the room it smelled strange. There were stains on the carpet and the room wasn't cleaned well. In the restaurant we ordered a 3 course menu, the spaghetti was good, the meat was tough and the dessert were mandarins... Not tiramisu or something, no the dessert was a mandarin.
Also the staff does not speak English.

Amazing rooms with good service/room service. Decent prices. Breakfast is decent but not very "detailed"

Large and clean rooms with great views and enough parking space amid beautiful surroundings.
Small trail for adults and kids play area in the premises. Beautiful small garden with well manicured trees and several birds chirping around make it serene.
Quite out of city and not easy to access. Nearest shopping mall is Parco 51 which is manageable on foot and you should get any supplies or some gifts for back home.
Breakfast spead was huge but limited options, especially for vegetarian people. Fruits were not available each day and banana too scarce. Though a specific request was not made to make fruits available.
Hot water kettle was arranged on special request only. Officially shuttle service is available to drop nearby train station but practically now available in any of the four times we tried with different reasons.
Toiletries included a soap, bubble bath, shampoo, shower cap and nail file unlike in some other countries where conditioners, body lotion, paste, brush, comb, boot polish, slipper etc are std.
McDonald was 1km away and gets scaringly dark after around 6:30. KFC was further away by another 600m.

Overall a beautiful hotel. Great rooms and service. A bubble of peace in the Urban chaos. Food is good, but not really great.
