Very nice hotel, next to Lake Garda

Unfortunately a bit old but still very clean and spacious. All very friendly and nice.

Nice hotel, but overpriced 😕

The hotel has an older, totally loving equipment. I have rarely seen such a clean hotel room. The owner is super nice and the breakfast buffet had everything you need. The lake promenade can be reached in a few meters and you can park comfortably in the inner courtyard. Anyone who still finds something to complain about with all the aspects and this price is probably not satisfied with anything.

Excellent solution for a short holiday on Lake Garda. The hotel's location allows you to reach the lakefront in just a few minutes, convenient guarded parking, large room equipped with all comforts, abundant and varied breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savoury. Super fair prices. Advised.

The hotel has an old time feel to it which we really enjoyed. Worth noting are the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the convenience of the lakefront just a few minutes' walk away. It has a private parking that can be reached by lift, so very useful for those who have problems walking. Excellent breakfast buffet and super good brioches from the bakery, I haven't eaten such genuine brioches...

The room is super clean, the hotel is located in very central and free parking is available.

The staff was very kind and sympathetic waiting for us to check-in despite the fact that we arrived here very late, partly due to congestion. We got the right treatment from the staff and that made we felt relieved.

An atmospheric hotel, pleasantly styled to reflect an earlier era. Two steps to the center of characteristic Italian streets. Very tasty and plentiful breakfasts. Discreet and very pleasant service.

Situated in a lovely part of Lake Garda with beautiful grounds and views. Fantastic food served from the hotel and next door at the pizzeria. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were sad to leave.

For a 2 star hotel in a quiet area just great. 200m to the beach with 2 levels to relax. The small district of Toscolano-Maderno is easy to explore from the hotel. The rooms, serice and location are really good but what let me down was the food. Super was not bad but the lunch and breakfast was not good.

Great hotel, rooms are nice and clean, there are 3 swimmingpools alltough not heated. Staff is friendly and hard working, food was nice and every day a 4 course meal that issn't bad. Overall i had a pleasant stay.

Very enjoyable experience at the hotel and it's in a good location

Stayed at this hotel 1 year ago hotel and staff great. Sorry to hear (Frank Wisniewski) Thompson's haven't improved despite complaining to them. Not only did we not see a rep there was only one information book that was in English and that was First Choice. Suffice to say I will never book with Thompson's again

Staff are so professional shame about thomson travel nearly into our second week no one to be seen. The hotel recommend a tourist rep and he has made our holiday enjoyable.

It's a cheap options for the not fussy ones. Nice location anyways and then the local Garda Lake spirit all around.

Amazing. Super kind Owner gives you all. The room is not so big but very clean. All amenity (hand towel, big towel, soap..) changed every day. I could so relax looks like a my home. The owner gives you a cappuccino and espresso.. that was super good. I love it!

A wonderfully Italian hotel. Clean spacious room but a small balcony. Breakfast was nice but lacking fruit. The family who run the hotel were all marvelous, would stay again.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple but very clean. The balconies are romantic and face the sun. Also the location is good because the hotel is calm, and at the same time you are surrounded by a bunch of restaurants with good food/price range. I can only recommend this place:)

Great location, lakeside next to the ferry. Eating outside with a lake view was so relaxing, food was excellent and staff attentive, my compliments to Gavino on the restaurant, very helpful. Fantastic Hotel Small Boutique Hotel with wonderful views over the lake. Quieter area with excellent connections with both the ferry stopping right outside and bus stop just steps away. Beautiful relaxing pool area with quiet shaded seating area. Resturant Good with outdoor dining. Our room was spacious with views of the pool and the lake. We are staying here now. The hotel is lovely. Food delicious. Really don't understand how anyone can give negative reviews. Staff friendly. Our view from the room is spectacular. We have taken holidays all over the world and stayed in 5 star accommodation. This boutique hotel us very original. Brilliant.

I honestly don’t understand some of the reviews I’ve read on this hotel, to the point where I’ve had to make my first review on trip advisor! First is the food; personally I found that the two meat choices each night were cooked beautifully and could be paired with a salad and other side plates quite nicely. This hotel is amazing. It is located right on the lake and our balcony looked out over the most tranquil scenery. The staff were so friendly and the food was delicious. Loved the pool and relaxing atmosphere. Drinks weren’t expensive and you could buy lunch at the seating area next to the pool. The rooms were so clean and there was a fridge to keep drinks and snacks cool, we even kept ice in there...

Lovely hotel and food, but air conditioning not very good. Also would be very accommodating if there was tea and coffee left in rooms.

The internet connection was not working, the fridge was broken and they didn't handle to fix it or to change the room and the TV was as small as a smartphone. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Sono stata 3 giorni con mio papà e ci siamo trovati bene. L hotel si trova a due passi dal centro,l’unica pecca è che nella camera non c’è il frigobar. Per quanto riguarda la colazione c’è ne di ogni tipo dal salato al dolce. La proprietaria molto carina,ci ha accolto fin da subito. Il parcheggio è a pagamento 10€ al giorno

I could not recommend a better place to stay. The room we stayed at was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed a lovely breakfast (included) every morning. The owners are so delightful and helpful, I would definitely book again!

We simply asked for a room for the night and were warmly welcomed. Good very clean room with bathroom, tv, good bed and great breakfast. Guys what to say, Sergio il Gufo is a fantastic place, very close to the lake, the house is equipped with everything and more, it is comfortable and welcoming. If you want to experience a relaxing holiday, but also visit places rich in history, this is the ideal place. I have been there.

I recommend everyone a stay in this place, I went there, with my husband, when it was still a b & b and we had a great time. The house is bright, welcoming, very clean and a few steps from the lake, the services are close at hand. Seeing the photos it seems even more beautiful!

I've been here when this house was a B&B and I will be very happy to come again as soon as possible. Everything is clean and in the best position to enjoy Lake Garda without using my car. My room was fully equipped with everything I needed. The entire building is charming and it's a perfect balance between an ancient atmosphere but fully and newly refurbished. I will definitely come back again.

This Albergo is by far better then many Hotels that I visited throughout the last 15 years. It's been very well taken care of, clean, beautifully furnished and managed with common sense and -very visible- a lot of love and care.

It was perfect. We stayed there for 3 nights, got breakfast with self-made cake everyday and our room was fantastic. We had our own separated bedroom with a bathroom, in the garden were olive trees where you can find a place to relax. 10/10 would recommend staying there and will definitely come back.

The property is in the immediate vicinity of Lake Garda. 1 minute walk. We had two nights without breakfast, but coffee and tea were still available free of charge. The rooms were artistically beautiful. The toilet was across the street. But not in all rooms. All clean. Free parking directly on the small quiet street at the house. Top price / performance ratio.
