This hotel is magical. I felt like I was in a movie! The hotel host was very friendly and welcoming.

Receptionist was absolutely amazing. She spoke very gently and she did all she could to make us feel welcome. The rooms were lovely, clean with pleasant smell. The swimming pool was an additional point to the amazing service this hotel offered. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

The hotel is in a historical building in the middle of historic center of Trevi. The furnitures are classic keeping the building soul. All comforts are in the hotel and the breakfast is plentiful. We had a dinner in the hotel restaurant and the plates are very tasteful, the service has to get better.

An elegant hotel in a cute normally quiet town. Staff are friendly, restaurant is good. There's a small pool that's welcome in the summer when the weather can be warm. This place just says Umbria.

The greatest hosts we met during our trip around Italy. And the most wonderful dinner we ever had, consisting of twelve parts. For ridiculously little money. In addition, a large swimming pool, two jacuzzis and beautiful views from the well-kept garden. I recommend to everyone. Silence, peace and the smell of nature

Hands-down the best meals and the most accommodating people that I have ever experienced in my life. We love them. We go way out of our way every time we are in Italy to bask in their hospitality and food craft. If I were allowed to make only one recommendation for a place to stay and eat...this would be it. It's a singular experience.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The room was nice and warm in the winter, and very quiet. It's located in the hills, among olive trees, with a nice view on the valley. There's a swimming pool and a Jacuzzi for the summer. The hotel has an incredible restaurant which is definitely worth trying.

Very close to Trevi and Montefalco, it has a swimming pool that is not very large but excellent for relaxing, a covered patio where you can enjoy moments of tranquility and relaxation. Welcome and courtesy are at home here. Very nice outdoor environment with attention to detail, from children's games to the lawn and swimming pool. Availability to eat food right under the pergola and stay all day in the pool. They also offered us coffee and amaro ...... Clean and tidy rooms with personal bathroom in each room. I hesitated to give 5 stars. After 1 Italian who came for me, he was the first to get the food and he ordered the same. After 2, I did not receive the cheese to sprinkle on and the Italian did. But the owner is very nice and the price is very good, so I would not want to hurt him. I leave 5 stars but please work on the details :)

We spent one night here not far from Via di Francesco. The rooms are simple and very clean. Dinner good and plentiful. There's no menu, so we may have missed a house delicacy. Breakfast also plentiful and good. We felt comfortable and all for a fair price. Grace 🙏

Just spent a week in this fantastic house! We were a group of 18 people and we spent some unforgettable days in this magnificent location, all to ourselves !!! Beautiful sunsets by the pool eating the typical local products purchased in the grocery stores suggested by the owner Francesca, always available and very kind! A few minutes from the main Umbrian villages, one more beautiful than the other...

The rooms are really interesting ........ the noble residence has been skilfully restored; also the location for the banquets looks very good, from barn to dining room ... the step was remarkable .... congratulations. We were also satisfied in the care, the goodness of the dishes and the combinations with the wines .... good.

We stayed two days in this wonderful place, despite the weather not being the best our stay was perfect. The room where we slept was very clean and welcoming, surrounded by greenery, a cuddle. Fantastic place for value for money, the pool is large and well kept. Super abundant breakfast with many types of cakes. The location is great for visiting all the nearby villages. This is a quaint family villagio close to the hill-top Town of Montefalco in the heart of the Umbrian countryside. The rooms are super clean and each have a little ground floor terrace. The family owners are very friendly and can't do enough to help - nothing is hassle! This is a great base to visit other beautiful towns like Trevi, Assisi, Spello etc, but a car is required. Beautiful hotel with a swimming pool situated in a great location between Assisi and Spoleto. Friendly staff and tasty local wine which is a mixture of Merlot, Sagrantino and Sangiovese. Really good for families with kids. In the restaurant you can eat many local dishes and the quantity is more than enough.

Frederica and Marco are very hospitable and kind. Appartment is very cute and clean. Garden and place aroud the swimming pool is beautifully decorated and very clean. We recommend to buy their home made olive oil there.

Fantastic lunch at an incredible setting. Look for the parking sign before you get to location. If you go too far will end up on small one lane road and will need to turn around. Try gnocchi it’s in a local wine sauce! House wine and their own olive oil…

Fantastic old farm buildings converted into a casual sprawling agriturismo, with clean comfortable rooms (most with kitchens), great food, a nice pool, surrounding fields of olives, grapes and sunflowers, and some fine views. Nearby Montefalco is filled with character, history and good restaurants, and only a pleasant 1.5km walk. Proprietor Giusseppe and his wife are gems. Top notch.

Wonderful place. ..cooking classes are fantastic fun. Giuseppe is a master chef. The accommodation is beautiful and the area of Montefalco is where some truly wonderful wines are produced. It's my second time here and I am so looking forward to coming back again.

Enter a wonderful place at your own risk. The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow and dangerous it is filled with holes including a terrible one on there entry. The rooms have no ventilation and no windows other than the door. Marco at the front desk was very helpful. The cleaning staff needs training three days they did not remove a bag of trash. We ate really well. The staff was kind. The bathroom in the room, however, is a big flaw. Neglected and in need of renovation. Very strong smell that only went away after a night with the fan on. In addition to visiting the fascinating historic center of Foligno, we visited Rasiglia, Bevagna, Spoleto, Perugia in a pre-Christmas weekend with a relative suggestive atmosphere.
