Questo Hotel gode di una Posizione in centro a Foligno, ottima anche per le passeggiate serali, ci è stata assegnata una Camera pulita, moderna e spaziosa con un Box doccia largo e comodo, fornito dí tutti i prodotti per l’igiene personale. Il Frigobar è fornito c’è un po’ di tutto, i Materassi sono comodi, i cuscini un po’ duri per le mie abitudini, ma non “pietre” come mi è capitato in altri hotel...

Sono stata due notti in questo hotel pulito, accogliente e confortevole. E' situato in ottima posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e di fronte alla caserma per la selezione dei ragazzi alla scuola militare. In pochi minuti si raggiunge anche il centro di Foligno e i numerosi negozi alimentari che regalano i profumi della loro terra. Consigliatissimo.

Struttura comoda in posizione ottimale per visitare Foligno. Gentile e professionale il personale. Ottima la colazione e comodo il parcheggio sotterraneo, entrambi compresi nel prezzo. Stanza pulita e funzionale, unico neo: ci vorrebbe un armadio piu' capiente.

Ho soggiornato due giorni durante le vacanze natalizie e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. L'hotel è a pochi passi dal centro storico, il che lo rende molto comodo per esplorare la città. Pur avendo una struttura vintage, la mia camera era ristrutturata con uno stile moderno, pulita, confortevole e ben curata. Il bagno, anch'esso ristrutturato, era dotato di tutti i saponi necessari (persino quello intimo...

Ci sono stato a fine novembre per lavoro. Sorprendente. Stanza molto spaziosa e molto pulita. Così come il bagno. Peccato per la vasca a fare da piatto doccia!! Comunque una sistemazione ottima. Acqua nel frigobar in omaggio. Ottima scelta. Da consigliare. a ridosso del centro di Foligno che è meraviglioso.

All the staff are exceptional, especially the front desk very helpful. Also had a kettle and fridge in my room, makes a huge difference travelling. Parking right outside.

The most beautiful and voted city hotel I have ever seen

We came here for a business meeting and we have just chosen this place without prior knowledge. It is clean, neat and safe. Luca is a nice receptionist and he helped for taxi and all others. Bathroom was very clean bed was super clean. Thanks a lot

A very nice and very clean hotel with polite personnel and nice breakfast. I surely recommend it. The only negative is the distance from the center of Foligno.

Modern style, comfortable beds, big bathroom with three mirrors, big window, but no wardrobe. There is a place where you can hang up your own stuff but is limited, not enough for more than a few jackets. I found just great the multiple USB ports all around the room, fast and close to the pillow. The hotel can give you what you forget: shaving cream, comb, toothbrush or whatever, so you can ask for...

Its location was great, in a quiet residential street but within walking distance of the centre. Finding it and parking were easy. It was a fine, renovated building. The hotel staff were helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good, again with excellent staff looking after us. Room was comfortable and spacious with efficient a/c and there was a pleasant outside area. Foligno itself was an unexpected...

Rather minimalistic hotel, in various ways. + Everything worked well, the hotel is modern and everything in the room worked well. Comfortable beds, Windows and curtains, excellent Wi-Fi, etc. decoration minimalistic but with taste. Rooms are spacious but bathroom is really basic. We did not eat in the restaurant, we found an incredible restaurant in Trevi a few minutes away. Location is great - Highway...

The ambience was great and the staff was friendly. This had the best spread continental breakfast out of all the hotels that I stayed in Italy in my 10-day trip. The rooms were very neat and clean specially the quality of beds and pillows were very sleep friendly. It was a perfect stay. Stay Date - October 10, 2019

Unexpectedly nice location very good service as well as traditional Umbrian food. Excellent value for money. Recommended if you do not expect the impossible. We were good we will really be back.

As always in travels with my wife, we happened upon this place by chance. Definitely "spartan" in appearance but clean and with a kind and efficient service. We wanted to eat little, and we ordered only one first course to be divided in two. A WONDERFUL truffle tagliatella has arrived. Obviously we "repeated". Highly recommended.

Even if from the entrance it doesn't look like...... We ate an excellent first course, guitar pasta with white scottona ragout, I must say excellent, very delicate portion to be satisfied. Then we had the guinea fowl cacciatore, excellent. Finally a salad and coffee. The staff is very kind, helpful and above all fast. The price was below average. We will be back.

A nice family run place in a small town in Umbrië. Very friendly service and tasteful food. The saccottini with ham is a good choice. Nice terrace. Good price quality.

This place is amazing, absolutely magic, especially at the evening ! This atmosphere is unforgettable... All rooms are new, clean, with perfect view + big pools, bar with good tasted vines and beautiful romantic restaurant with amazing food! Luxury breakfasts and dinners. Also personal was nice and helpful, nothing was problem, all our wishes were fullfiled!

The restaurant is located on a hill that is not easily accessible unfortunately, but the view of the olive trees and the cities below is truly phenomenal. It's ok you don't mind having a major building site inclusive of a gigantic crane right next door.

Nice choice If you have a car. Rooms are nice and big but need a refresh. Bed are very comfy though. Breakfast is nice. Free parking available.

Hotel located in the center of Foligno with a convenient parking right in front of it. The location makes it easy to travel not only within the city but also to nearby cities. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Although there are restaurants in the area I really recommend trying their restaurant, very good and typical Umbrian cuisine (handmade strangozzi a real delight). I highly recommend it...

Well-kept Art Nouveau villa, tidy and clean, with a lovely backyard. Comfortable double bed. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the center.

Cleanliness and availability. Mrs. Carla is a kind, helpful and affable person. Then asking her about restaurants and places to visit is really enlightening. She is also a painter and her paintings color the environment as soon as you enter.

Exquisite historic home where peace, harmony and kindness reign !!! The house of an artist in fact: the nice Mrs. Carla. Very close to the center that can be reached on foot in a few minutes and at the station. For those who love trekking, even the hills are within "reach" !!! Recommended for any type of stay.

We were passing through the area, despite the last minute booking, the lady welcomed us with infinite courtesy and availability. A beautiful apartment with two well-appointed bedrooms and two comfortable and fairly spacious bathrooms. The kitchen has everything to prepare every type of food and there is never a delicious tart that is brought every morning by the very kind cleaning lady! Very simple, but welcoming, clean and relaxing environment. The birds singing encourage relaxation and it feels like being in a forest. The homemade cakes made by the very kind owner are very good.
