Very relaxing and regenerating hotel not too far from the city with a beautiful nature park, swimming pool, gym and conference rooms. Awesome and tasteful restaurant. Rooms are clean and spacious but need a bit of renovation. TV and wifi are working fine. Really suggested.

Nice choice If you have a car. Rooms are nice and big but need a refresh. Bed are very comfy though. Breakfast is nice. Free parking available.

Very nice rooms, with an optimal bathroom, everything clean. Staff very helpful and speaks English, very polite and even nice! Right next to the historic centre, so you can walk everywhere. Offers free parking, albeit a bit weird to get there.

Very nice and affordable hotel in the heart of Foligno. The service is way above the number of stars that it has on the front door. We were treated with white gloves from the get go. Furthermore, we had a problem misplacing the electronic key very late at night and the concierge came all the way where we were having a dinner party to bring a spare… this is the kind of service that you don’t get anymore...

Very cute 3 stars hotel. Very well situated. In the center but still in a quiet area. Also 5 min from the train station. Super clean. Well maintained. The room are big and comfy. Our train got cancelled last minutes and we end up staying in this hotel. Its in the perfect location and not too noisy and the breakfast is good.

We stayed two days in this wonderful place, despite the weather not being the best our stay was perfect. The room where we slept was very clean and welcoming, surrounded by greenery, a cuddle. We tried the b & b formula and in addition bought the oil. Both excellent! But what was very pleased and certainly an added but not obvious quality was the kindness and great availability of the owner. For sure if we return to the area we will return! 5 stars are not enough !!

The rooms are beautiful, very stylish. The staff are tremendously helpful and make your stay at the hotel even more pleasant. The hotel is quite centrally located near shops, bars and restaurants but not so close that you are bothered by noise. A recommended stay.

Slick and modern luxury hotel. Easy to find and park. Service was excellent, recommending and booking places for us to eat. Rooms were clean, modern and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was okay, the bread was very stale one day and fresh the next so you need a bit of luck! I would stay here again.

Enter a wonderful place at your own risk. The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow and dangerous it is filled with holes including a terrible one on there entry. The rooms have no ventilation and no windows other than the door. Marco at the front desk was very helpful. The cleaning staff needs training three days they did not remove a bag of trash. The location is splendid. The view, the pools, the olive trees, the well-kept greenery. We really appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining all of this. The restaurant is also good. We ate really well. The staff was kind. The bathroom in the room, however, is a big flaw. Neglected and in need of renovation. Very strong smell that only went away after a night with the fan on. Very simple, but welcoming, clean and relaxing environment. The birds singing encourage relaxation and it feels like being in a forest. The homemade cakes made by the very kind owner are very good.

As always in travels with my wife, we happened upon this place by chance. Definitely "spartan" in appearance but clean and with a kind and efficient service. We wanted to eat little, and we ordered only one first course to be divided in two. A WONDERFUL truffle tagliatella has arrived. Obviously we "repeated". Highly recommended.

Even if from the entrance it doesn't look like...... We ate an excellent first course, guitar pasta with white scottona ragout, I must say excellent, very delicate portion to be satisfied. Our room was nice and clean, the balcony an extra which we appreciated. The prices are moderate. The host, however, behaves a little hostile and passive-aggressive if you do not follow the 35-step self-check in procedure which requires WhatsApp (which we do not use) and sending around photographs of our travel documents in advance (which we never do) before having met in person.

We returned to the farmhouse for the second consecutive year and stayed for 7 days. immersed in tranquility, the antonini farmhouse is a great place to relax. On the outskirts of Foligno located in a quiet neighborhood, a very large structure that looks like a fenced villa with a gate can be parked inside both by car and / or motorbike, cleaning of the rooms and top structure, large rooms and equipped with a large bathroom with both shower and tub .. but I was delighted with how I rested and woke up the next morning .. the beds and mattresses A FAIRY TALE...

In the morning we found packaged products, when you have an oven a few steps away and from which, I believe, you can have fresh pies and croissants provided.
