Very quick check-in, so after several hours of travel I could go and relax in my room. I would recommend this place to everybody.

The hotel is excellent. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. The a/c was not cool enough for August. The desk clerk arranged a taxi for us to dinner and the taxi returned exactly on time. The breakfast was very good and abundant. Comfortable bed and very nice clean bathroom. The city #1 bus leaves the train station and takes you to Agora bus stop directly in front of the hotel in a few minutes...

All the staff are exceptional, especially the front desk very helpful. Also had a kettle and fridge in my room, makes a huge difference travelling. Parking right outside.

It is a boutique hotel in a converted old Italian palazzo. The facilities are excellent but in the room there was not even a kettle to make coffee, there was a mini refrigerator with two cans of soda. However, the unforgivable thing is that the Wi-Fi connection did not work inside the room and they use an open network that is not secure. Maybe they are used to receiving local clients who do not need...

I was a guest of the hotel with my wife for only two days but if I return to Foligno I will certainly stay in this facility again. I found the staff very helpful and friendly, the room a little dark but comfortable, the breakfast very well assorted.

Very cute 3 stars hotel. Very well situated. In the center but still in a quiet area. Also 5 min from the train station. Super clean. Well maintained. The room are big and comfy. Nice large bathroom as well. Much room around the bed with a great mattress and perfect memory foam pillows. I’m very satisfied and will come again for sure

Our train got cancelled last minutes and we end up staying in this hotel. Its in the perfect location and not too noisy and the breakfast is good.

A great find. Perfectly located close enough to the station on a beautiful street. Close to the town centre too. Martina was a very good friendly receptionist who greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. As early as we were she was able to find us a room. Great sized room, great bathroom, great breakfast. Amazing central location in Foligno. Right next to the train station (not noisy) The rooms are excellent and renovated. Great service, and friendly staff. They also have a private garage that you can use to park your car or motorcycle.

We stayed two days in this wonderful place, despite the weather not being the best our stay was perfect. The room where we slept was very clean and welcoming, surrounded by greenery, a cuddle. We didn't read the address... middle of an industrial park outside Foligno. HOWEVER - plenty of parking, modern (10 years old), pristinely clean, Reception helpful/spoke Eng. A huge complex with most sports catered for, a well-equipped gym, a water slide, several pools including a large one. We imagined it would be the kind of place Italian families might go on Summer vacation = Self-contained, safe...

As always in travels with my wife, we happened upon this place by chance. Definitely "spartan" in appearance but clean and with a kind and efficient service. We wanted to eat little, and we ordered only one first course to be divided in two. A WONDERFUL truffle tagliatella has arrived. Obviously we "repeated". Highly recommended.

Even if from the entrance it doesn't look like...... We ate an excellent first course, guitar pasta with white scottona ragout, I must say excellent, very delicate portion to be satisfied. Then we had the guinea fowl cacciatore, excellent. Finally a salad and coffee. The staff is very kind, helpful and above all fast. The price was below average. We will be back.

A nice family run place in a small town in Umbrië. Very friendly service and tasteful food. The saccottini with ham is a good choice. Nice terrace. Good price quality.

Enter a wonderful place at your own risk. The road leading to the hotel is extremely narrow and dangerous it is filled with holes including a terrible one on there entry. The rooms have no ventilation and no windows other than the door. Marco at the front desk was very helpful. The cleaning staff needs training three days they did not remove a bag of trash. The restaurant is amazing the food was outstanding...

Exceptional receptive structure in the middle of a huge olive plantation.. carefully and tastefully restored villas and rooms .. amazing views.. excellent restaurant with local produces, olive oil and wine .. for the warm days there is also a wonderful pool overlooking the valley; super kind and efficient service

A little pearl among the olive trees, a simply wonderful location with a breathtaking view, professional staff and a kindness that I would dare to say is rare these days, superlative food, here I tasted one of the best tiramisu of my life, and said by a greedy and passionate Venetian of tiramisu is a lot. Awesome hotel, excellent location, adorable view. The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The location is splendid. The view, the pools, the olive trees, the well-kept greenery. We really appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining all of this. The restaurant is also good. We ate really well. The staff was kind. The bathroom in the room, however, is a big flaw. Neglected and in need of renovation. Very strong smell that only went away after a night with the fan on. I wouldn't go back...

Staff are fantastic and grounds are kept quite clean, even if parts of the walkways are in gravel. Very good views and very comfortable to sit out in the evening. Pools are well done. Nice choice If you have a car. Rooms are nice and big but need a refresh. Bed are very comfy though. Breakfast is nice. Free parking available.

Hotel located in the center of Foligno with a convenient parking right in front of it. The location makes it easy to travel not only within the city but also to nearby cities. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. Although there are restaurants in the area I really recommend trying their restaurant, very good and typical Umbrian cuisine (handmade strangozzi a real delight). I highly recommend it...

Well-kept Art Nouveau villa, tidy and clean, with a lovely backyard. Comfortable double bed. Located in a quiet neighborhood near the center.

Cleanliness and availability. Mrs. Carla is a kind, helpful and affable person. Then asking her about restaurants and places to visit is really enlightening. She is also a painter and her paintings color the environment as soon as you enter.

Exquisite historic home where peace, harmony and kindness reign !!! The house of an artist in fact: the nice Mrs. Carla. Very close to the center that can be reached on foot in a few minutes and at the station. For those who love trekking, even the hills are within "reach" !!! Recommended for any type of stay.

We were passing through the area, despite the last minute booking, the lady welcomed us with infinite courtesy and availability. A beautiful apartment with two well-appointed bedrooms and two comfortable and fairly spacious bathrooms. The kitchen has everything to prepare every type of food and there is never a delicious tart that is brought every morning by the very kind cleaning lady! Very simple, but welcoming, clean and relaxing environment. The birds singing encourage relaxation and it feels like being in a forest. The homemade cakes made by the very kind owner are very good.
