A new name, but fortunately still many of the same well-known friendly faces. Large, clean rooms, good food and a great swimming-pool area. As always it was a wonderful stay. Hope to see you again next year.

we stayed here in june 2021, just after the re-opening of Italy for tourists so we were only with a few guests. The personnel was very friendly and caring, the breakfasts and dinners (and especially the wine!) were delicious. And the hotel, the garden and the swimming pool are marvellous. From here it is easy to visit some of the most astonishing towns in the region.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Villa Zuccari. An amazing and family friendly place with a park, swimming pool and excellent restaurant. Highly recommended if you want to visit Assisi, Spello, Trevi and Montefalco. Do not hesitate to ask for the manager Matteo Albanese that will ensure you'll enjoy your stay to the fullest.

A wonderful hotel in San Luca. We are surprised by the hospitality and the service. Worthy of a five star hotel. A wonderful hotel. The room was specious and the bed was very comfortable .Staff was friendly and helpful. The town is one of my favorite towns on the trip and the hotel is perfect location for exploring .My room overlook the town piazza and it was great to see everyday going on. Excellent stores ,wine tasting and restaurants .We also enjoyed the spa at the hotel.

We had an amazing experience at the Palazzo Bontadosi in June. Our family of 4 along with another family of 4 spent two nights here, and honestly, we wish were here longer! The service provided by Silvia was 5-star. She greeted us, served us local wine, and made sure our entire stay was amazing. We all utilized the spa and the adults had massages while we were there. I cannot say enough good things...

From early contact re accessing the hotel, avoiding ZTLs, to convenient parking on the square, and getting our luggage to the room, the hotel excelled. One employee in particular, Jade, went out of her way to get us into the room and settled for our first night. There are convenient bars and restaurants nearby the square, making this location ideal.

Stunning hotel located in a perfect spot in the main square. We used the spa twice which is bookable so you get it all to yourself.

I am torn between telling the truth about this amazing place or trying to keep it a secret by giving a poor review. This is our absolute favorite place in Umbria. I've stayed here half a dozen times or so, never had a bad time and always can't wait to come back. We like to stay on the garden side (countryside) as it's a bit quieter.

We discovered it to go and eat at Giorgione's in Montefalco... But in my opinion we ate better here. Managed by Daniele who with his passion gave us tranquility and passion.. We will definitely be back... Friendly and helpful staff.. Tactical for visiting the area.. Keep going.. Well done! 👏

Suite: very spacious and equipped with a working kitchen. Sofa bed not very comfortable and poor lighting in the rooms. The hairdryer did not work as did one of the two TVs provided in the evening upon arrival (but it must also be said that they arranged everything the following day). This is a quaint family villagio close to the hill-top Town of Montefalco in the heart of the Umbrian countryside. The rooms are super clean and each have a little ground floor terrace. The family owners are very friendly and can't do enough to help - nothing is hassle! This is a great base to visit other beautiful towns like Trevi, Assisi, Spello etc, but a car is required. Would happily stay here...

Beautiful hotel with a swimming pool situated in a great location between Assisi and Spoleto. Friendly staff and tasty local wine which is a mixture of Merlot, Sagrantino and Sangiovese. Really good for families with kids. In the restaurant you can eat many local dishes and the quantity is more than enough.

The breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Everything else was great.

This place is absolutely stunning, not rooms are built very well and cured absolutely every detail. The hotel/rooms are very clean and spacious. The service is on point and the owner is extremely kind and gives fantastic suggestions on where to go eat, areas to visit and wineries worth seeing. Lovely historic building, rooms were clean and the hotel was centrally located - walking distance to the piazza and many restaurants. The owners didnt speak English but were very hospitable and made an effort to communicate with us via Google Translate.

We were kindly greeted by Antonia. We were given a first floor room to accommodate my husband's having fractured his ankle recently. The stairs were challenging, but the room was perfect for us. Everyone was friendly, relaxed and nothing too much trouble. The location couldn't be better, halfway up the hill to the centre and halfway down to the town gates. Our room was large and cool, and the bathroom impressive. Attention to detail throughout the property.

Huge room with an unexpected view across the countryside. Very clean, quiet and cool, in a tranquil street. Montefalco is really lovely, with beautiful buildings, lanes to explore and some superb restaurants - well worth a visit. Nice breakfast with fresh pastries from the local bakery.

Mini apartments in a quiet area a stone's throw from the town of Montefalco. We stayed three days for the Palio and used the structure only for bed and breakfast. Despite this, the restaurant is equipped with a kitchen and various utensils. Manager present and not intrusive. Relaxing stay with the company of the sweet 4-legged animals present.

We found everything in accordance with our expectations, which were based on the information provided by Booking.com. The staff was very helpful and kind.

To access the rooms you have to go up a nice staircase (with the suitcases it's not the best!). Since the B&B is near the square not at all hours you can arrive by car, there is limited traffic. The car can be parked outside the walls in a public car park. There is some discomfort, however, it is right at the top of the town center. Breakfast is eaten in the hotel with frescoes.

I would recommend mosquito nets on the windows and the possibility of eating at least for lunch, there are many villages in the area, but having to take the car to eat is nice for dinner, not in the heat of 2pm, especially in summer! We loved everything about Villa Mistafa! Paola is the warmest host you’ll meet. The room was stunning and serene. The bed was super comfortable. And the breakfast was just amazing, delicious, home cooked and plentiful.

Location was rural a little out of the hustle & bustle of the township but a quick, within easy reach, of town by car (5min drive). Home is very comfortable, has history & host is incredibly accommodating, friendly & warm.
