A wonderful and luxurious little hotel in a beautiful city. We had an incredible experience both times that we visited - the hotel has great interior design, a magnificent private spa and is located in the centre of beautiful medieval Montefalco. The service was outstanding - special thanks to Silvia! I would definitely recommend the hotel.

A wonderful hotel. The room was specious and the bed was very comfortable .Staff was friendly and helpful. The town is one of my favorite towns on the trip and the hotel is perfect location for exploring .My room overlook the town piazza and it was great to see everyday going on. Excellent stores ,wine tasting and restaurants .We also enjoyed the spa at the hotel.

Everything was great at this hotel. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast did not have a huge variety and mountains of food like other hotels but it had exactly the amount and variety needed - from cold cuts to cakes to bread to yogurt and fruit - and everything was fresh and of high quality. Apartment was reasonably spacious, but smallish living area. Very quiet location about 3 minutes drive from the town. The pool was great to relax at the end of a day exploring Umbria.

I can not help but say that it was wonderful. Paola and Giuseppe are two excellent hosts, they go out of their way to make you feel good. What about Paola's excellent cuisine? And her pies with the always genuine biscuits made by her? The place deserves a few kilometers because if you are looking for peace, authenticity and hospitality, this is the right place. This place is absolutely stunning, not rooms are built very well and cured absolutely every detail. The hotel/rooms are very clean and spacious. Lovely historic building, rooms were clean and the hotel was centrally located - walking distance to the piazza and many restaurants. The owners didnt speak English but were very hospitable and made an effort to communicate with us via Google Translate.

With my family we spent only three days in this place but we immediately felt at home thanks to the friendliness and helpfulness of Emanuele and Mr. Paolo. Alba and Lory delighted us with Umbrian cuisine making every breakfast and dinner special. Child friendly place. We will definitely be back!

We left this farm today and it was an excellent choice for us. We found very kind people who welcomed us and the environment is really very nice and clean. Count on an excellent and familiar service. Excellent breakfast. It's about a 30-minute walk to the center of Montefalco, or less than 5 minutes by car, but it's worth it.

It was a pleasure to stay at this estate, welcoming, impeccable and clean. The rooms are hospitable, TV, air conditioning and a small fridge and for 2 days there was a change of towels. Suite: very spacious and equipped with a working kitchen. Sofa bed not very comfortable and poor lighting in the rooms. The hairdryer did not work as did one of the two TVs provided in the evening upon arrival (but it must also be said that they arranged everything the following day). This is a quaint family villagio close to the hill-top Town of Montefalco in the heart of the Umbrian countryside. The rooms are super clean and each have a little ground floor terrace. The family owners are very friendly and can't do enough to help - nothing is hassle! This is a great base to visit other beautiful towns like Trevi, Assisi, Spello etc, but a car is required. Would happily stay here...

Beautiful hotel with a swimming pool situated in a great location between Assisi and Spoleto. Friendly staff and tasty local wine which is a mixture of Merlot, Sagrantino and Sangiovese. Really good for families with kids. In the restaurant you can eat many local dishes and the quantity is more than enough.

Everyone was friendly, relaxed and nothing too much trouble. The location couldn't be better, halfway up the hill to the centre and halfway down to the town gates. Our room was large and cool, and the bathroom impressive. Attention to detail throughout the property.
