Beautiful position overlooking the lake, the bed and breakfast is inserted in a country villa with parking, garden, swimming pool, outdoor patio. All very nice. The spacious and comfortable room with a Jacuzzi.

Intimate B&B with only 3 room. Quiet climate in the middle of the forest. Clean room although a bit small. On the other hand, the bathroom is huge. Fresh and good breakfast. The owners are always available and great guides to describe what to visit.

An accommodation that is not a simple accommodation .... The taste and love to enrich this place, by Mr. Raffaele and his wife, two exquisite people, make it cozy and functional in every respect. You can use the parking space, a beautiful garden with a well-shaded swing and even a swimming pool. All at low cost. I was more than satisfied and hope to return soon.

Wonderful place with stunning views. The house is clean and equipped with all comforts. We were in three couples, from 24 to 27 June, very well, garden, barbecue and swimming pool all comfortable. The only thing is the sofa bed, a bit small but in the end a problem that can be overcome. Excellent price and commendable morning delivery of croissants for breakfast by I think Cinzia in any case very courteous...

The indoor pool and the landscape around us. The property itself is beautifully detailed with cosy spaces and great decor. The restaurant is great - especially breakfast which was included. We really enjoyed the indoor pool which is quiet and cosy with lot of privacy.

From the moment we arrived the staff were incredible, the pool and spa are beautiful and really helped us to relax. The restaurant was the highlight of our stay, we had the chefs surprise menu and highly recommend this option. In the center of the village, "La poventa" can be defined ".... an enchanted place in the enchanted village"! And a wonderful little house, with all services very close: three bars, pizzeria, fish market, butcher (what it used to be! ...), a fresh pasta shop next door, a food shop, etc. !! MariaMaria and her husband they are a courtesy unusual ... but the canine Pepito !! 😛 And then ... Umbria is beautiful...

Very spacious and clean apartment, very friendly and hospitable owner, quiet place surrounded by greenery. Only a little attention and skill in parking is required if you have large cars or worse a van like in my case.

Just got home from a wonderful week at Mandorli. Secluded location, perfect for exploring the local area. Kids loved the swimming pool. Lots of space inside and out.

A little paradise. House with great attention to detail, with a great garden and a lovely swimming pool in which I swam until last night. The owner Silvia nice and present. Staying at the Almond trees feels good. Out of the crowd but not far from the beautiful tourist spots in the surrounding area. I go back there.

Ons appartement was in het oude gedeelte en groot! Aparte slaapkamers en badkamer. Van alle gemakken voorzien en als er iets niet was, gewoon vragen. De wasmachine staat niet in het appartement maar in een kast in de buurt van het appartement. Je kunt hier gebruik van maken maar neem wel wasmiddel mee :-). Very nice located with beautiful sunsets and quiet surrounding. The owner is really friendly and checking if guests are satisfied. We also received tomatoes from the garden and home made jam. Even though the pool and chill area are shared, you can still have your privacy. This location is comfortable to make one-day car trips to beautiful towns around

We stayed for two weeks in apartment 4 (Trasimeno). The house with a total of 8 apartments is located on a very spacious and well-maintained plot with a large swimming pool (14 meters). Beautifully situated in the Umbrian countryside, just over the border with Tuscany. Excellent base for visiting Cortona, Montepulciano, Perugia and of course the places around the lake. Very friendly manager, even the possibility to switch apartments if several are available. The access road can be tricky as it is only one car wide. Other than that, nothing but praise for this location.

Cottage is very spacious for its size. It is comfortable, with plenty of character and tasteful decorations. Best feature, with no doubt is a swimming pool - we have spent a lot of good time there! Kitchen allowed us to explore local food even more!

I go back often because I am very happy. The owners are friendly, professional and very helpful, the rooms are cozy and the location is great. And let's not forget that in the summer there is a swimming pool available to customers! The area is quiet, so rest is guaranteed!

Great place for a relaxing (but also fun) holiday! The campsite is surrounded by nature, with beautiful views of the lake, especially at sunrise and sunset! The whole staff is really nice, they all make you feel like you're part of this one big family! Great animation team, too! Can't wait to be back!
