The best restaurant around, Best food and service by miles,

Lovely hotel with a huge pool to relax by and ample loungers for everyone. We found it to be clean, with neat gardens and friendly staff and a restaurant with amazing food (make sure you book for dinner, people travel to visit it). It's a 5 mins walk to the beach and to a shop in the nearby campsite and 15 mins walk to a small town. The beach was ok, sand quite gravelly but shallow warm water good...

We thoroughly enjoyed this small hotel. Hospitable staff. The restaurant staff were very welcoming especially Timmy from Albania originally. The owner Giovanni started an amazing enterprise. Entire family and his "adopted" family all work together. Very clean roo.( had superior). Clean large pool. Highly recommended.

It was great value and very clean. Use the pool at 9 in the morning and you can have it to yourself for an hour! About 10 minutes walk to the blue flag beach! Town was quite quiet though

We were here 4 times in a row. 4 times very good vacations with lot of good memories. Very nice and pleasant place for families. You can see that buildings are getting older ;)

Nice apartment hotel s with a lovely pool, friendly staff and a very good restaurant in the seaside resort of Mazzanta.

I rest for the second year in this hotel. Very convenient location for travel. I advise you to visit Florence, Pisa, Luca, Montecatini, Walter, Siena, Livorno and other attractions. All these places are located no more than 1.5 hours away by car. The hotel is very pleased with the hospitality of the staff, attention to children. Good restaurant, great clean lap pool. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable...

Nice and relatively quiet apartment hotel. Simple swimming pool. Breakfast is okay but variety could be better. Cleaning could be better... And the kitchen equipment is a bit sparse.

Delightful hotel a few steps from the sea. The host, Gabriella, is wonderful and is supported by a very professional staff. The rooms are beautifully decorated and the breakfast is great.

Quiet, quiet, clean hotel. Friendly, professional staff. The owner makes you feel at home, congratulations. Good buffet breakfast consumed in a large and cool veranda. Stayed in a new and good size triple room, equipped with independent air conditioning. The bathroom is also new and outside there is a balcony with table and chairs. RECOMMENDED!!!!!

We were very satisfied. Excellent cleaning. Very close to the beach. Abundant buffet breakfast. Very friendly and easygoing owners. We highly recommend it.

Best location in the village, kindest staff you could wish for, except the old guy in the restaurant who seems to be in charge but doesn't care about anything. In case I'm wrong and he is just mentally challenged I appologize but still the management should do something about it. Don't order the bruschetta because it's not what you expect (not the traditional Italian one) just raw uncooked bread...

Lovely place, very clean and friendly, breakfast typical continental very nice. Would go back again when in Rome. Neither B&B or hotel quite unique but beautiful.

Our second year staying at this amazing beach located hotel. Rooms are bright and airy with super comfortable beds. Staff couldn't be more friendly.....extra special thanks has to go to Luigi who insisted on driving us to Rosignano station on the day of our departure! If you are planning to visit Vada look no further, l promise you, you will not be disappointed, this hotel ticks all the boxes.

From Pisa airport an easy-to-reach friendly little hotel, very nicely decorated. Very kind and professional staff. Free water on tap all day (normal, fizzy). The apartment is well-equipped, the bed is so so comfortable, we loved it, slept very well! Plus a very nice and spacious balcony with a big wooden table and chairs. Thank you.

Great family holiday. Nice, clean, elegant place

Great place with nice rooms and service. Closed off area with a great area for kids. 2 playgrounds, pool with kiddie pool and bubble bath. Light breakfast available. Really nice staff and smiles all around. We had a great time, would reccommend anyone to visit. Cecina is a nice town nearby with a nice promenade. The area has fantastic beaches.

We booked last minute just to fill a gap in our vacation however we feel like we had to stay more days. Very nice old villa with a lot of green space outside. Very kind and helpful staff. We only regret we couldn’t try the restaurant next door because it was closed due to COVID.

Beautiful old castle and good location, just a bit noisy in the morning if there's someone above you or when cleaners start vacuuming tiled or wooden floors as sound insulation is almost non existent.

I spent 12 days with my wife in Pietro's farmhouse and I must say that I felt good right away. Familiar and bucolic environment, with a nocturnal silence a Soluto. We really needed it. Then beautiful swimming pool, wonderful dogs .. Luna and Sancho, the pa Stata of tomato, artichokes in oil, cherry tomatoes, Pietro, Pietro's parents❤️

Very pleasant farmhouse, convenient location for both beaches and the hinterland. Welcoming and well-maintained facility, friendly owners available for every need, possibility to buy their products such as vegetables and fruit independently at the farm. There is a well maintained swimming pool

the place is not bad but: 1) arrived it is not clear where the reception is 2) I like dogs. Those who take away guests' shoes a little less. no problem with the shoe, but it's not nice. 3) we practically found an anthill in the house. Positive Notes: 1) Very large rooms. Large spaces 2) a good bed 3) very quiet environment

A great place to stay at a very reasonable price. The landlord is very nice, helpful and present. You can buy local products from the farm and kids can have fun with the animals! So definitely I place I would recommend for a family stay!

Cool place for a vacation with children. Between two towns. Comfortable, air-conditioned cottages. Everyone has a small garden in front of the entrance where you can eat, rest or dry your diving and swimming equipment. Beaches quite close. However, they do not impress with views. Better to go to other wild beaches by car. Bicycles available. Next to it, in the town of Ceccina (4 km) there is a diving...

It's a nice park. Not too big and has a charming nature. The restaurant at the park is not the best ever with food but it's a very fun restaurant and the owners are lovely. Helped with my Italian! The pool is big enough but the beds are outdated and s should be replaced and during my 8 day stay the pool had sand in it which they didn't clean out. The houses are great though and have air conditioning

Clean with numerous facilities. Friendly and very helpful people. Apartment good for 2 adults and two children not six adults as advertised. A compound in between areas and local beaches very small and busy. Although peak season still seems expensive and pool area packed.

Good friendly staff. Close to the beach. A small supermarket 5 minutes walk away. A swim cap in needed for the pool (available at the pool shop). The amusement park next door can be a bit loud late in the evening.

A nice campsite with a lovely pool, and a short walk to the beach. Food from the restaurant was excellent, but the shop was somewhat lacking in food for meals. the electrical supply is only 3 amps, so you cannot run an air conditioner or a kettle, meaning that you are in for lots of uncomfortable hot nights, and you have to use your own gas. Also, the toilets do not have toilet roll, so you have to...

Almost perfect location. The Management isn´t just polite but takes real care of the visitors and you can feel the effort and thought they put in the Site in many details. Natural Site with big trees everywhere; Super nice Pool-area with Coffee-Bar and lots of Ice Cream; daily Kid´s Club with programs like Kite-handycraft or colour-fest and even a Goat petting zoo; new Bathhousees; MiniMarket always...

while we stayed only 1 night the experience was soo good it’s too bad we couldn’t stay longer. They offered us a free upgrade to a huuuge apartment. Some water and coffee was waiting for us. The host was very helpfull and kind. Apartment are well equiped with everything you need, even dishwasher.

Very nice place. The appartment was very clean. The staff is very helpful (on the reception we got some useful tips for dinner). There is plenty of parking space and the WiFi works smoothly. The location is ok. It’s not near the see, but the pool works just fine. The grill space is a little tight if there are many visitors, but does the job fine.

Nice family apartments. Clean. Good location to discover this part od Tuscany. In February also price-wise was one of the best selection in this part (close to Bolgheri area).

We arrived late (23:30) the staff had placed our key outside for us to collect with a map to our room. The rooms are ok, not much decoration but quiet and comfortable. All rooms have their own water heater so you won’t run out on hot water. Every morning there is a car with newly baked bread that you can buy (around 09:00). The pool is small but the water is warm. The playing area for children...

Residence in good condition with parking, about 1 km from the sea (easily reached on foot) equipped with everything you need (air conditioning, towels, hairdryer, dishwasher, etc.). Possibility of using the services of another residence including a swimming pool. Not a beautiful area but you can be satisfied. We found ourselves very well, the owner very kind, attentive to the customer as it should be, and now it's a little more rare ... everything is very clean, peaceful, you feel at home ... recommended ... a stone's throw from Vada , white beaches

The perfect place to feel at home.. My boyfriend and I decided to spend 3 days in a strategic point to reach the main free beaches (with access for dogs too) and we were lucky enough to come across a quiet place, immersed in the midst of nature and animals, but above all, to meet people who are willing to meet our every need and to give advice on the surrounding areas. Should I return to these areas...

We stayed in August and had a great time. Quiet place with a hearty breakfast and also attentive to those with intolerances, since they provided us with biscuits and gluten-free products for me and vegans for my husband. Homemade jams and delicious croissants. Bikes for the sea are really useful! Nice and hands on owners.

Excellent structure completely renovated with quality materials, excellent owners and excellent service. A stone's throw from the sea and the famous white beaches. Highly recommended!

The room is in an independent building, private, quiet and exactly as described. It is near the beach, bars and restaurants in the quiet village of Vada. The owner was really helpful and discrete. We had a lovely short break that couldn’t have been better.

Quiet, intimate and very welcoming place despite being small, clean and well air conditioned. Kind and helpful owner.

I stayed with my partner in the last week of August. The structure, as described on the site, is an annex within a private villa. Despite this, the owners guarantee maximum privacy to guests, and at the same time make themselves available in case of need (we had forgotten the beach towels, and they kindly provided them to us at no extra charge). The location is great !! The sea is just a few steps...

Lovely place, in the middle of the Tuscan countryside. Rustic style apartments in perfect harmony with the environment. Very comfortable mattresses (at least for us) and a lot of silence at night, so you sleep very, very well. Possibility of walking and relaxing in the pool (it has 2!). Highly recommended !!

Agriturismo very well managed, the staff is very helpful and the accommodations are spacious and very clean. Also ideal for families with small children because one of the two pools is less than 1 meter. see you soon!
