It’s an incredibly relaxing place with the greatest hosts ever - Benedetta and Maddalena Ruschi. The Ruschi’s produce the extra virgin olive oil which you may try and buy from them. We stayed in 3 apartments on the first floor in the last week of July. The structure is well maintained and clean, the rooms are large even if some apartments have a bathroom without a window. Excellent campsite, lovely staff. The sea is a 10 min walk away (15 with a child) but no-one can be directly on the beach here because there are pine trees in the dunes behind the beach all along the coast, and they are protected (and rightly so!). Lovely swimming pools for the children, quite and chilled atmosphere. Tip: get a gazebo if you're going to be in a tent.

A long way from noisy and great value for money.What some people expect for their money is beyond me! It IS a walk away from the beach - about 15 minutes with a 5 year old, less than 10 for a grown up. Beach is great. As for the camp, the pitches with private kitchen/bathroom are brilliant (I've never had a Smeg brand hob in a camping site before) and plenty big enough. There isn't a bit of litter...

Never understood the whole you have you same seat out on the beach as every time we went out someone was in our seats. Relaxing in the bar/beach area was the best. Did not use the SPA as we never found any information on where it was or how to book.

Essential and perfect with children. The road is ztl (limited traffic) and therefore has little traffic. Across the street there is the beach. Farmhouse nestled in the Tuscan countryside, a few km from Suvereto. Familiar, welcoming and cozy atmosphere with a dining room that has few seats. It has a beautiful garden where children can play in total safety. Dishes treated in detail with good quality raw materials. Very good value for money. I recommend it to spend a day out in the company of family and friends.

The location outside is very beautiful. But ..... Poor cleaning of the apartment, the bathroom has no windows and it smells of damp and mold, it has no mosquito nets. The swimming pool is neglected, there are no umbrellas or gazebos for each apartment and the water is not always clean. To improve.

We stayed here for a week. Typical Tuscan style. The apartment we had was very large and rustically furnished. Pool was clean and the landlord was very nice. We could even check in earlier. The sea is about 20 minutes away and beautiful villages are nearby. Shopping center nearby. Olive oil on site. We felt so comfortable and will be back next year.

The village is very convenient for families. All you need is just there. Swimming pool, tennis courts and other amenities are really good.
