I stayed at this property for 5 days and everything was excellent, from the cleanliness to the food; the staff was always helpful... an experience to remember, especially for the entertainment staff: Paco, Chantal (who I discovered is my "cousin"), and Anna: a huge thank you to all of you for the time we spent together, for the laughs, and for the friendship that was formed right from the start! Another thank you also goes to the legendary lifeguard Giuseppe: his enthusiasm was truly contagious. Thanks to you (Paco, Chantal, Anna, and Giuseppe), this vacation took off on the right foot! Let me start by saying WE ARE REALLY HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING... We stayed from July 9th to 11th, 2021, on a hotel/half-board basis. The staff was super friendly, the room with a balcony was quite comfortable, with all the amenities, and the cleaning was excellent. The restaurant was OK!!! EXCELLENT FOOD WITH A GUEST AND KIND WAITER READY TO CATER TO EVERY NEEDS, I ALSO MADE ONE POSITIVE NOTE ABOUT THE GLUTEN FREE COOKING... ...Finally, I congratulate all the pool staff from the lifeguards to the entertainers who entertain young and old with tons of initiatives from morning until evening... CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL... HOPE TO COME BACK SOON... GREAT ADVICE TO EVERYONE...

I spent 5 days of pure relaxation at this hotel. The staff was professional, competent, and completely available to meet every need. A special shout-out goes to the "SKY VILLAGE" entertainers, Pako, Chantal, and Anna, who kept the time flowing with great music and truly amazing entertainment! What can I say... A very beautiful building with many services available, located at the top with a beautiful view of the sea. We stayed as a couple and had a wonderful time, to say the least, everything was excellent. Very quiet area, wonderful and very kind staff, always available for everyone. I have never seen a single dissatisfied customer during our satisfied time. A very warm welcome. Always clean and tidy rooms with everything you need. Fantastic entertainment for both adults and children. Reception was very helpful with recommendations for clubs / places to go according to our needs, and they were also very kind. And a big thank you to the chef for the very good and magnificent dishes, truly exquisite 😋. We always left our plates empty and were very happy with everything, including the huge breakfast of savory and sweet dishes. We are truly and wholeheartedly happy ❤ Thank you everyone for pampering us during this stay as if we were princes. Very nice hotel in a calm area, just 400m away from the gorgeous beach where every room has 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds. The staff is really good one. Perfect choice for a relaxing holiday 😌 😎 😊

We enjoyed our vacation here, nice reception and breakfast/ dinner staff, friendly pool staff, beautiful location, amongst olive and fruit trees, good parking provision, and good frequent shuttle service to the beach and town centre, especially good when very hot, as in the last July heatwave (although the shuttles get filled up quickly, they run them non stop and never leave anyone stranded). We had one dinner at the hotel, which we thought was very good, finished with a fantastic desert!

The hotel is set in beatiful forest but provide a minibus into Town

Internet signal was weak at our room isle...and even though we complained, they didn't offer us a room change. Hotel was pretty empty!

Our wifi signal was not good on our room(203). We did claim more than once, to the people at the front desk but they gave us no solution, They didn't solve our problem, they didn't even change us to other room even though there were rooms available since it was low season and there were few people in the hotel.
