Grand Hotel in Madaba

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say that the experience exceeded all my expectations. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could need.
What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional level of service provided by the staff. Every employee I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist. In particular, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Muhannad Karadsheh. Muhannad’s dedication, kindness, and attention to detail made my stay especially memorable. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met promptly and with a smile, demonstrating true hospitality and professionalism.
Thanks to Muhannad and the entire team, my visit was flawless and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and delightful stay with outstanding service.

At one time this Hotel was the Cats...even in today standard well worth the money with excellent breakfast

Our stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive, from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any request, such as for tour requests or car service actually was with Talfeeq, he was a good tour guide for the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and very varied with options for all tastes.
The hotel was a perfect location to explore the area of Madaba.

Stayed here for about 10 days. The area Madaba is much calmer and local experience than staying in Amman but is also not so far away from it. The hotel is a budget hotel and it may show in a few ways with minor issues like hot water not always being available particularly in the evening, so I recommend showering in the mornings when it was always working. But everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was very warm, kind, and always ready and offering to help with anything you need. Morning and late at night. They can help you book trips and drivers with prices cheaper than you'll find on *******. Breakfast was included and was delicious with a very generous portion that I hardly had to eat lunch during my stay. During busier times it appears there is a buffet but when I was there it was prepared just for you. Great stay and great deal for the price! Didn't want to leave.

Amazing stay
Receptionist was really helpful. All the staffs were kind and customer focused. Tehy helped out with recommendation to nice resturant Ayra resturant is aamzing and opposite the hotel. Also, i was booked a tour guide/taxi Taofeek, he was really good and well connected. Made my trip to Jordan beautiful.
The hotel room is big and airy. The breakfast is basic but okay. Good price and they went above and beyond. Definitely will visit again.

This place was great! Beautiful and clean facility, friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast spread that included some of the best scrambled eggs ever (which they call an omelet but Americans would see as scrambled eggs).

My only criticisms would be that the water didn't get hot in the afternoons for some reason. Also the pool was not clean. Other than that, i totally loved this place.
