The booking process was not easy at all. I called in advance and was told that a room was available, but when I arrived, I was informed that I had to wait for several hours to see which rooms would check out. This was frustrating and unprofessional.
Something shameful and clearly exploitative happened during my stay. When I entered the room, I found chocolate and bottled water placed inside. At checkout, while I was rushing to the airport, the staff suddenly told me that I had to pay for the chocolate and water. This is unacceptable. If these items are placed in the room without clear written notice, they should not be charged.
The staff member said, “If you don’t eat them, you won’t pay.” But what if I had children? Are guests expected to search for a paper or price list to know whether basic items in the room are free or not? Placing items in the room and charging for them later is a cheap and unethical way to exploit customers. Even the presence of water in the minibar limits the guest’s freedom to choose what they want without hidden conditions.
I am giving one star only as a thank you to the employee who prepared a shisha for me, and to Osama who kindly lent me a scale.
I do not recommend this place unless everything is made very clear, explicitly and in writing, before check-in.

NOT SAFE!!! OUR ROOM WAS LEFT UNLOCKED THE FIRST NIGHT - WE TOLD RECEPTION NOTHIN WAS DONE - ANYONE COULD OF WALKED IN ON US WHILE WE WERE ASLEEP - VERY UNSAFE - THE HOTEL DID NOT CARE - NEXT DAY OUR ROOM WAS LOCKED AND WE WERE UNABLE TO GET INSIDE - AGAIN RECEPTION DID NOT DO ANYTHING NO URGENCY TO GET IT FIXED - WORST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN TO - WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. VERY UNSAFE.

Never thought I’d stay at a hotel that doesn’t provide fresh towels properly. No towels after cleaning, and the bedding wasn’t changed. Only the AC and water were decent.

The hotel was having a mechanical problem with the floor, and they booked an alternative hotel for us with the same specifications as the one I booked. The other hotel was very good, and I did not face any problems.

Mold in the rooms. Ventilation system doesn't work. Toilet seats broken. Door lock broken. Next to a major road, noisy in the room. Rude staff.

Stayed at the Seventh Star Hotel in Amman, and it was legit! The spot’s perfect—right by the 7th Circle, super close to everything. Rooms were clean, cozy, and had all the basics. The staff? Total legends—friendly and always down to help. The food at the restaurant hit the spot too. If you’re in Amman, this place is a solid choice. Would totally stay again!
