Seas Hotel Amman in Amman

Due the glowing reviews in this site, I booked and stayed at this hotel for a week. The experience is underwhelming. After a over 25 hours flight journey, upon reaching the hotel, the reception was not warm or welcoming. In fact, it was rather cold. While the room was large, there were many issues. The main issue was hot water takes a while , so one has to run the bath for about 3 - 5 minutes. Then the water leaked out out of the shower room, and flood the entire bathroom. I have to use 2 - 3 towels to prevent the leak from shower to bath floor. As I have to return to Amman a few weeks later, I wanted to book the hotel a second time, and asked for a room which do not a leaking shower area. The office manager told me - rather proudly - that ALL the rooms have this defect - essentially telling me it is needless to choose rooms. I told him that it only take a little silicon to seal the gaps - why couldn't the hotel invest this little to solve the problem - in all their rooms. Of course, this kind of attitude , deters me from booking the hotel a second time, or even. Secondly, the internet was slow, so it is not good for business stay. So, based on my experience, I really cannot believe the glowing reviews this hotel has gotten - it is not genuine or true.
