Clean rooms which have been recently refurbished (ask for an ironing board and iron when checking in if required). Soft linen, new fridge/freezer, big smart TV and complimentary tea and coffee. No hangers in the wardrobe was the only thing missing. Staff are friendly and let us check in early. Free off-road car park opposite the hotel. Small shop outside the entrance selling drinks and snacks. Overall very impressed!

Good looking hotel at the top of the hill. From there it's a short walk to Petra. Supermarkets nearby and the rooms are airconditioned.
At one point our air conditioning failed and we were given a new and better room. Very good stay.

Hotel very close to the entrance to Petra. In a quieter street within walking distance to the visitor center. Possibility of buffet breakfast and dinner. The rooms are clean and newly furnished. We had to move the first night due to the flooding of the bathroom from the room above us. But the staff solved everything perfectly and promptly.

Arrived here around 1AM in the morning, decided it was best to get a taxi from the airport which cost around 70JOD, the hotel is really basic, however it saved waking up early the following morning.
The breakfast is quite limited compared to bigger hotels but I guess for a smaller hotel such as this it's alright, food is very middle eastern, which I guess is obvious and fine for the location it is, however considering the area attracts a lot of tourists, it would be nice for more options.

This is a good hotel in a nice location. It is only a few minutes walk from the Petra Visitors Center. It is also really close to a lot of nice restaurants and shops. We had a very comfy stay. The rooms and the hotel in general can use a little maintenance. There is peeling paint in the rooms and our wand shower head didn’t work. The staff are very pleasant and professional and the convenience shop outside the lobby is a great place to grab snacks before venturing out.

Excellent reception staff.Zayed the reception manager looked after me and my wife throughout the stay.He also upgraded us on short notice after telling him it was my wedding anniversary. He was always at hand abd helped organize our tour at Wadi Rum at an excellent rate! Hotel was clean and warm friendly atmosphere.

I loved the staff. The front desk receptionist was awesome, great English and knowledge of Petra. We loved his recommendations. The hotel is super well located some meters away from the Petra site. Both dinner and breakfast were amazingly good. Would totally come back.

Very helpful and welcoming staff. The room was lovely and the facilities good. The buffet breakfast was just what we needed before starting our full day visiting Petra

Room was very comfortable, though somewhat noisy... especially early morning. Noise from housekeeping staff cleaning adjacent rooms was quite disturbing. Bed are comfortable. Room was clean.
Bathroom was not that great... Very old fashioned. Shower curtain did nothing to prevent water from flooding the entire bathroom which turned to ice in 5 seconds and was not pleasant to walk on in midwinter weather.
Breakfast was edible and there was at least a variety in choices which some hotels don't provide.
For a short stay this hotel is adequate but I would not recommend it for a long stay.

Our room smelled like sewage, when we told the front desk they said they could smell it too but didn't know where it was coming from, and that was the end of it for them. Of our 5 rooms, 3 didn't have working air conditioning, despite being advertised as being in every room they claimed they didn't have air conditioning at all when we asked. Petra is great but find a different place to stay when you're here.
