Wonderful hotel! Beautiful decor, professional staff, great food. We stayed here on our visit to Petra. It was great to come back to such a wonderful place after a day of hiking. The location is incredible too, right outside of entrance to Petra. Every detail was thought of including water and fresh fruit in the room. We wish we could have stayed longer. We booked a junior suite in what you promote as a five star hotel. We travel a great deal so expected more than a medium sized room with a sofa, a bathroom with one sink and a shower that was mounted over the bath in which there was no plug. There were three of us and we did not have reservations for the restaurant so we went to the bar. We got there 10 to 8 and asked about Happy Hour. We were told it's almost over and we had to talk the waiters into serving us. We stayed for dinner there too and it was fine until we were leaving and the waiter look at our bill after we signed out to a credit card and asked, "No tip?" I found the question...

Very nice hotel and the owner ,the staff and all the people where very helpful and very welcoming. It's the place to to stay in if you visit Petra. Myself and my wife are highly recommend it.

Great value for money. The location is perfect if you plan on taking the hike of Petra afterwards because when you’re exhausted it’s good to have the hotel next to the entrance! The rooms were average with WiFi barely working in them (6th floor) but they do have a nice rooftop were it worked well! My favorite place to stay in Petra, view is great to the mountain at night. Super clean and 300MBs+ WiFi. More comfortable and convenient than well known hotels like Marriott and Movenpick castle in Petra.

The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. The service is very good. There is verity of dishes to eat, however the food is not fresh, and you have to buy water to drink on dinner.

I loved the room, the bed and pillows were amazing! And the bathroom also was very nice, but most of all, it verry good pressure in the ahower and all the hot wather that you want. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we enjoyed it. It was a buffet and you paid the entrance fee (10 jod) and you could eat whatever you wanted and how much as you wanted. Location up on a hill, had a nice view at 3rd floor. 10 minutes to downtown, 30 minutes to visitors center. Clean rooms, cramped bathroom but all working good. Water could have been hotter. Breakfast limited, live cooking - specifically eggs. Coffee terrible.

The hotel was nice and clean! Breakfast was delicious and the staff was exceptionally kind. The manager tried to accommodate us to the best of their ability as both of our families wanted to stay close to each other. Overall, recommend the place.

The hotel location is very good with an astonishing mountains view . They have two restaurants one of them is a Bedouin tent with special Arabic food . We had fun having dinner there . The hotel has free parking and staff is very friendly. This is one of the trademark of Jordanian hospitality.

By far the best place to stay near Petra. Basic place that has A+++ service. Ahmad F at checking was super nice and got us to the perfect room quickly after long travel. Incredible location and views. Really lovely staff who make you feel right at home. The pool is great and the restaurants are all unique. The rooms are well furnished and very well kept. Wonderful hotel! The service was the best in the world, and we’ve traveled all over. Sunset dinner in the tent doesn’t compare to the genuine hospitality that we experienced. Especially memorable was the warm reception and friendliness of the Manager, Moayed! He was so sweet and endearing! Highly recommend this hotel!

It's not very fancy but it's walking distance from the entrance of Petra. We have a small baby so the lack of a kettle for water in the room wasn't ideal and also lack of parking was a bit of an issue. But if you don't have kids then parking and kettles won't be an issue to you. They serve a good breakfast as you will need one for Petra.

Slightly run-down but rooms were adequately furnished. You need to ask for an iron and additional toiletries. Staff members can be rude.

I went a year ago in January with my boyfriend. A friend (hotel concierge himself) recommended it to us. The people working here are very lovely, they are always very concerned for your safety and well-being. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was great! Petra Boutique Hotel was an incredible stay. All staff tried hard to accommodate for us including our dietary requests. The facilities in the hotel room were modern: everything was based on sensors in including bedroom lights. This provided a futuristic feeling. The service is great. The staffs are very warm and welcoming :) The location is amazing because we are right at the entrance of Petra, so there is nothing to be complained about. There are a few good local food joints nearby. There is also Cave Bar in the hotel that sells alcohol.

Hotel is next to Petra entrance, the location is unbeatable. Staff was friendly. The Cave Bar is super cool, a bit expensive but that’s okay. It’s the oldest bar in the world apparently! Food is mainly buffet style, it’s not bad. For a local restaurant experience, go to Moms Recipe 5 min walk away.

A fun hotel! The location is right next to the entrance to Petra. The rooms are comfy and the restaurant has a nice spread for breakfast and dinner. The highlight of the hotel is the cave bar. The bar is super cool and a great place to enjoy a beer after trekking through the heat to see Petra. I highly recommend the Petra Beer.

Very welcoming and kind staff. We had a short stay, just for a night before visiting Petra, but we had some valuable rest there. The room was comfy and at a reasonable price. The breakfast was OK. It included a large variety of local delights. We had free tea and coffee to make in the room too.

Very nice and clean brand new hotel in the heart of the tourist area of Petra- with restaurants and shops all very nearby. The 15-20 min. walk to Petra visitor center is worth noting though. Host who was the manager and his staff were all extremely kind and very very helpful- breakfast was very good too! Will definitely stay there again when I come to Petra next!

they had heat in the tents and tvs with Netflix! after days in the cold desert, this was the real luxury. but I wouldn’t consider this camping.

Good looking hotel at the top of the hill. From there it's a short walk to Petra. Supermarkets nearby and the rooms are airconditioned. At one point our air conditioning failed and we were given a new and better room. Very good stay.

Clean rooms which have been recently refurbished (ask for an ironing board and iron when checking in if required). Soft linen, new fridge/freezer, big smart TV and complimentary tea and coffee. Hotel very close to the entrance to Petra. In a quieter street within walking distance to the visitor center. Possibility of buffet breakfast and dinner. The rooms are clean and newly furnished. We had to move the first night due to the flooding of the bathroom from the room above us. But the staff solved everything perfectly and promptly.

Arrived here around 1AM in the morning, decided it was best to get a taxi from the airport which cost around 70JOD, the hotel is really basic, however it saved waking up early the following morning. This is a good hotel in a nice location. It is only a few minutes walk from the Petra Visitors Center. It is also really close to a lot of nice restaurants and shops. We had a very comfy stay. The rooms and the hotel in general can use a little maintenance. There is peeling paint in the rooms and our wand shower head didn’t work. Excellent reception staff.Zayed the reception manager looked after me and my wife throughout the stay.He also upgraded us on short notice after telling him it was my wedding anniversary. He was always at hand abd helped organize our tour at Wadi Rum at an excellent rate! Hotel was clean and warm friendly atmosphere.
