A great hotel. Amazing location to the entrance to Petra. Breakfast was very good. Opened early enough so you can have food before sunrise. Pool was cold but we visited in there winters rooms very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Excellent service on check in including valet and great advice from the reception staff regarding Petra, they will also book the Petra by night tickets for you. Great service, staff are very friendly and attentive. The hotel is beautiful itself, located right next to Petra Museum which is very convenient if you plan to visit The treasury. Buffet dinner is great, we enjoyed our stay.

The place is incredible, and the experience is like being in another time. The room is cozy, and the staff is helpful and friendly. The only thing missing is the bathrooms.

Stayed here with my family - everything was absolutely wonderful from the food to the pool to the clean rooms and comfy beds and the service and hosts were so kind. I have stayed at the ritz as well and service here was no different. I highly recommend this place.

You don’t need to look other options. I loved this Hotel/Restaurant. The people here is sooo kind and charming. I am gonna miss them. Treatment is everything. I have to mention also the beautiful decoration they have and cleanliness. You really feel like home. Alex, Airen, Kumar, chefs Oman, Akram and Lulu, thanks to all staff. They are really nice people. The hotel is super luxurious, so comfortable, and very comfortable.the rooms are wide and super clean, the food is super delicious, especially Chef Ahmed Hassan, he was excellent and he asks people what do they like to satisfy them completely.very friendly and welcoming staff.thank you .

Good hotel. I was only there for 6 hours. It's really close to Petra. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist, Mohammad, helped me tie my head wrap. Decent breakfast with egg bar . Would stay again.

The hotel is located about a 10 minute taxi ride from the Petra visitor center. It is a quiet location which faces over a canyon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean. The food was tasty and there was a wide selection. The only suggestion I would have for the hotel is try to make sure that the food items that are in the metal containers are warmer/hot.

It's perfect. It's the best hotel I've stayed in in Jordan. The waiters are very nice. Even though I arrived late for breakfast, I was still very willing to serve. When the temperature was low outside at night, they offered to provide coats to keep warm, which was very considerate. Good looking hotel at the top of the hill. From there it's a short walk to Petra. Supermarkets nearby and the rooms are airconditioned. At one point our air conditioning failed and we were given a new and better room. Very good stay.

Clean rooms which have been recently refurbished (ask for an ironing board and iron when checking in if required). Soft linen, new fridge/freezer, big smart TV and complimentary tea and coffee. Hotel very close to the entrance to Petra. In a quieter street within walking distance to the visitor center. Possibility of buffet breakfast and dinner. The rooms are clean and newly furnished. We had to move the first night due to the flooding of the bathroom from the room above us. But the staff solved everything perfectly and promptly.

Arrived here around 1AM in the morning, decided it was best to get a taxi from the airport which cost around 70JOD, the hotel is really basic, however it saved waking up early the following morning. This is a good hotel in a nice location. It is only a few minutes walk from the Petra Visitors Center. It is also really close to a lot of nice restaurants and shops. We had a very comfy stay. The rooms and the hotel in general can use a little maintenance. There is peeling paint in the rooms and our wand shower head didn’t work. Excellent reception staff.Zayed the reception manager looked after me and my wife throughout the stay.He also upgraded us on short notice after telling him it was my wedding anniversary. He was always at hand abd helped organize our tour at Wadi Rum at an excellent rate! Hotel was clean and warm friendly atmosphere.

This hotel is the best option for anybody if you coming to Petra very convenient and accessible to the entrance ( 30 seconds walking lol ) the hotel is amazing , the breakfast is awesome and fresh coffee, the stuff super friendly and social , free parking and if you do an early check in/out they will store your luggage no extra charge highly recommend this hotel

This is a well run hotel. The staff is exceptionally helpful. If you’re visiting Petra, it is closest to the entrance. As all of the town is uphill, it’s a joy to retire there after a long day of walking.

Next to main entrance to Petra, beautifull view. Top service, we went to petra at 6:00 they made a breakfast box that we picked up at 5:30 and every questions gets answered. Working airconditioning and fast wifi. View in the restaurant also beautifull( didnt eat there, only breakfast). Big parking in front. Yes it is a bit old butt it will fullfill your needs (okay maybe a pool would be nice:p)

Really not much connection to the movie Oscar, but it was an interesting experience. The lobby is furnished with ultra ornate furniture. Service was good, as were the dinner and breakfast buffets.

they had heat in the tents and tvs with Netflix! after days in the cold desert, this was the real luxury. but I wouldn’t consider this camping.

Such a welcoming hotel. The beds were comfy everything was very clean. The staff were very friendly and it's only a short drive/ 20 minute walk to the town. The views from the restaurant/ chill area on the top floor are incredible. This hotel is also very close to petra (10 min drive max). Parking was also avaliable right by the front door of the hotel

Very well located, proche de Petra et des commerces. the staff and people at the front desk were very accommodating, the person helped us with so many things. The place is nice with rugs everywhere and makes you feel in a home instead of a hotel. The restaurant and little terrasse upstairs are the perfect spot to watch the sunset after a long day hiking at Petra.

We spent two nights while visiting Petra. The hotel is only a five minute drive down to the site and has superb views over the town. The rooms are quirky with thick bedouin mats. I had a mountain view room which is definitely worth paying the few pounds extra for as the view is superb. Bathroom is small but OK - remember that hot water is on for 3-4 hours morning and evening. This wasn't an issue...

Absolutely amazing. We visited this hotel without booking though, the staff are friendly and kind. The room is clean and looks new. You can enjoy good breakfast. Money exchange service is also available. If I visit Petra again, I'll choose here.
