The hotel is really old and is 2 km away from the ancient city of Petra. There are not many breakfast options, and it is not recommended to participate in the Petra Night event in the hotel because it is much cheaper to buy tickets directly at the attraction.

My good impression of this hotel comes entirely from the cute uncle who helped me carry my luggage. He opened the window for me to watch the sunset, and knocked on the door every few minutes to give me a gift. I was really surprised and will always remember him! The hotel's location is absolutely first-class, only 2 minutes walk to the entrance of Petra. The facilities are a bit old, but the view from the terrace on the 5th floor is good, you can watch the sunrise over the ancient city. Since there are not many tourists, there are really few people.

No wifi in the room Shower room is not designed for adults. I was touching the side walls and shower head while taking shower. No hot water in the room while we were there, we have even raised it with the host but they couldn't fix it.

Beautiful location at the top of a very big hill with a lovely outdoor patio to enjoy the lights at night. Very close to Petra. The rooms are a little worn and shabby but very clean. Wonderful friendly staff and a reasonable price.

Room basic - mattress and pillows ok. Great choice of food at buffet for breakfast and dinner, but cash only for extras including drink (great that they had a bar!). lifts were hit and miss - one of the two broke twice while we were there. A little way from the centre so not ideal for exploring at the end of a long day.

Next to main entrance to Petra, beautifull view. Top service, we went to petra at 6:00 they made a breakfast box that we picked up at 5:30 and every questions gets answered. Had to stay here for a night as a part of a tour package. The lobby is nice and the gal at reception was very friendly but the rooms are dated. There was barely any water pressure and the water was exceedingly hot and took awhile to cool down. The shuttle wouldn’t take us down to Petra half an hour early without paying them.
