Great location near Petra entrance, hotel is nice and quiet off the busy road.

Comfy rooms and comfortable beds.

Food is good!

The service and staff are phenomenal (especially Zain). Went above and beyond to take care of all my needs. They are the best

Simple but good hotel with excellent and friendly service. I noted that they take the reviews seriously and work on them to offer better services. The breakfast for instance was good and included many options. We could get a doggy bag to take cookies and ruit we didn't manage to finish and were even offered more bread to make sandwiches for the road. The rooms were clean and confortable. It's up a hill more or less 10 minutes away to the visitor Center of Petra.

It was the perfect stay four us, a family of four. Zain at the reception was extremely hospitable. Clean rooms, good breakfast and a 5 min walk to the Petra Visitor Center and very affordable! Due to a birthday, we also were suprised with a fruit basket and a lovely arragment. *****

Really great hotel! We had a great time. The rooms were OK but the AC wasn’t really the best and the bathroom was a little small but other than that the place was really good. The owner was very nice degraded us when we came in and really great breakfast buffet!

The hotel's location is very close to the Petra entrance, so I was able to visit Petra comfortably for two days. The free breakfast was good, and I was able to check in 3 hours earlier than the original check-in time! So, it was very good. And the hotel owner was really kind, so I had a really happy time staying at this hotel for two days. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking about staying in Petra!

Awesome stay! Humble new hotel with excellent and kind staff. Very comfortable, very clean, simple and perfect for our 2-night (too-quick) visit to Petra.
The manager is such a kind man, the staff was more than helpful and willing to make our stay as nice as possible. We had an early EARLY breakfast, and the cook came in early to prepare everything fresh- and it was delicious! He uses only local vegetables, the pita was super fresh, he made the juice as we were sitting down— it was just ridiculous. Then he prepared lunches-to-go, we asked for only 3, and he was so kind to give us 5– and we ate all of it.
And just minutes— 3minute walk- to Petra entrance.
Super kind staff and very clean, big rooms. I highly recommend and will come back.

So good we went back and stayed another night!

The hotel was spotless, from the lobby to the room, with a nice, clean smell all around. Location is perfect for visiting Petra; close walking distance to the visitor center, parking included. Very good breakfast and dinner. But above all, the staff is the best ever!

Laith greeted us with a big smile and a very refreshing welcome drink. He was very polite and friendly, and got us our Petra by Night tickets. Then, Hashim. An honest and smart man, always willing to help and answer questions. Hikes suggestions, money-saving tips, best spots to watch the sunset... whatever you need, just ask him. We really enjoyed our conversations with both of them. Also, there was Hesham during dinner, Muhammad during breakfast, and Hannah, the housekeeper with the brightest smile.

We liked it so much, we changed our plans and came back for another night. Everything was perfect. I recommend them 100% and if we ever return to Jordan, we will stay with them again; no doubt. As Laith said: one family. Thank you guys!

Highly recommend to stay more than night

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The hotel manager was very accommodating and arranged rides so we could enter Petra through the back entrance. Also, the price is good.
