Great stay, location is a few steps away from the main visit entrance.
Very good value for money.
The staff is extremely helpful. Breakfast is great and the hotel is just 4-5 min walking distance to Petra visitor centre. Highly recommended!
Excellent customer service from staff at hotel. Greeted on arrival and they provided much hospitality and friendly advice for our stay. We enjoyed the breakfast and location was convenient and facilities modern and wonderful.
The chef is so friendly. He prepared breakfast to us when we came down every morning. The breakfast has little difference every day and the chef was so nice to introduced the food to us.
Disclosure: due to the situation in the middle East, we were the ONLY guests in the whole hotel. But even so, the front staff were always friendly and helpful!
The usual included buffet breakfast was not offered due to us being the only 3 guests in the hotel but instead the staff prepared us personal breakfast, and very generous portions! Olives, breads, eggs cooked to order. Amazing! Our night clerk even shared his shisha (hooka) with us.
Amazing hospitality!
We cannot say enough about this fabulous hotel and service. The only downside is the surrounding area since Wadi Musa is rather poor and run down (the view from our room looked like a demolition site, full of trash and rubble).
But that is not any slight on the hotel. We rate this a full 5 stars rating and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
