Excellent resort to stay with family at Petra. Nice exotic rooms, feeling of an ancient luxury stay. Nice swimming pool ,pool was heated as temperature Petra was very low.

We had a wonderful time at this unique hotel. It felt a little bit like living in the village ourselves. The staff is the best, Mousa at reception, made our stay more special.

The hotel staff, is very helpful and very elegant response, weather, view, experience, the food very delicious and the higen very clean. Fantastic atmosphere, amazing staff from housekeeping, to top managment Overall I am glad I booked in this hotel as it match the experience in petra treasuery. Very othentic since it is 150 year old hotel

The Old Village Resort is so charming. The staff is very attentive. The food was very good and a nice variety of options. It is hilly so they provide a driver to drop you off and pick you up from your room. I would stay again in a heart beat.

We went here for a short stay whilst journeying around Jordan. I had such a lovely time, and the hotel staff were absolutely lovely, and happy people. I had the opportunity to mix my own perfume with an in house perfumer by the hotel reception. The views of the surrounding mountains are beautiful especially from the breakfast room. The venue is very close to Petra so it’s ideal for a base from which to explore. The rooms were large and also quite separated from other rooms- they are spread over a more open plan which is nice as it gives the hotel a ‘village feel’. Definitely would come again to stay longer.

Perfect stay! Great breakfast served by EID... We love the place & the staffs, they are all very kind. We stayed at Al Manara after staying here; A 5 stars hotel luxury collection, and their service is far below here!

Super Service and great stay for our Family. Beautiful view and sun set. Great to be able to enjoy the indoor pool in winter.

A very distinctive hotel, worth the trip

The hotel is truly like a little village. Each room has its own entrance to the outside and everything is connected with little alleyways. There is even a little shop with moderate prices which also has stamps. Our room was spacious and very tastefully furnished. The views are spectacular since it's at the top of the hill. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. All the staff are very attentive and discrete. I booked an extra deep tissue massage with Alef, who has truly magical hands.
