Stayed here with my family - everything was absolutely wonderful from the food to the pool to the clean rooms and comfy beds and the service and hosts were so kind. I have stayed at the ritz as well and service here was no different. I highly recommend this place.

You don’t need to look other options. I loved this Hotel/Restaurant. The people here is sooo kind and charming. I am gonna miss them. Treatment is everything. I have to mention also the beautiful decoration they have and cleanliness. You really feel like home. Alex, Airen, Kumar, chefs Oman, Akram and Lulu, thanks to all staff. They are really nice people. You can miss this place.

The hotel is super luxurious, so comfortable, and very comfortable.the rooms are wide and super clean, the food is super delicious, especially Chef Ahmed Hassan, he was excellent and he asks people what do they like to satisfy them completely.very friendly and welcoming staff.thank you .

Good hotel. I was only there for 6 hours. It's really close to Petra. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist, Mohammad, helped me tie my head wrap. Decent breakfast with egg bar . Would stay again.

The hotel is located about a 10 minute taxi ride from the Petra visitor center. It is a quiet location which faces over a canyon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room were clean. The food was tasty and there was a wide selection. The only suggestion I would have for the hotel is try to make sure that the food items that are in the metal containers are warmer/hot.

It's perfect. It's the best hotel I've stayed in in Jordan. The waiters are very nice. Even though I arrived late for breakfast, I was still very willing to serve. When the temperature was low outside at night, they offered to provide coats to keep warm, which was very considerate. The Petra scenic spot and hot air balloons can be seen from the room window, and pigeons will fly to the window sill to wake up in the morning.

The hotel looks very nice. The hotel staff is very friendly!
This hotel is located in a corner of slightly uphill, so even you stayed in the outdoor restaurant, you can get a very nice view to the Petra surrounded areas.
In terms of location, it’s just 5 minutes drive to the Petra city entrance.
And the value for money is very high for this hotel too. I highly highly recommend to other travellers!

Value for money and new brand Hotel !!!
The rooms are well decorated and well designed to accommodate all your necessities. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of ours. Overall we had a great stay.

Room clean and modern housekeeping staff so friendly and clean the room everyday the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful
