The rooms are big, clean and comfortable.
The service is very good.
There is verity of dishes to eat, however the food is not fresh, and you have to buy water to drink on dinner.

My favorite place to stay in Petra, view is great to the mountain at night. Super clean and 300MBs+ WiFi. More comfortable and convenient than well known hotels like Marriott and Movenpick castle in Petra.

I loved the room, the bed and pillows were amazing! And the bathroom also was very nice, but most of all, it verry good pressure in the ahower and all the hot wather that you want.
We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and we enjoyed it. It was a buffet and you paid the entrance fee (10 jod) and you could eat whatever you wanted and how much as you wanted.
I will come bach here!

Hotel is very comfortable, clean, staff very kind and frendly, everything is possible to fullfil every wish to guests, excellent buffet diner and breakfast, really nice wiew to Wadi Musa, rooms with box spring beds for total relax after long day in Petra

Location up on a hill, had a nice view at 3rd floor. 10 minutes to downtown, 30 minutes to visitors center. Clean rooms, cramped bathroom but all working good. Water could have been hotter. Breakfast limited, live cooking - specifically eggs. Coffee terrible.

The hotel was nice and clean! Breakfast was delicious and the staff was exceptionally kind. The manager tried to accommodate us to the best of their ability as both of our families wanted to stay close to each other. Overall, recommend the place.

I felt cheated. When we arrived we were told that the hotel was complete and that they would send us to another hotel of the same owner and of the same category. We went to the other hotel and it was not true, the category was smaller and they charged us the same rate. We had booked several months in advance. A disappointment, I do not recommend it and I never go back.

The hotel was very good. Kind staff. We stayed for a night and we were received with a lot of care. Nadeth's mother cooked dinner for us.
The next morning, breakfast was delicious with a live cooking counter for omelette. We packed the lunch box which was delicious as well.
Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Lovely place. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was lovely, including an omelette station with omelettes made according to your specification. And the strongest coffee that I've had in Jordan! Decor was great, with a big flat-screen TV in the front room, as well. Option of having a ride to a luxurious Turkish bath, as well, booked at front desk. After a chilly rainy day, it was great to come into the warmth of this place! Big comfy bathrobe, and extra blanket, and plenty of heat. :) When we were checking out at noon, the staff had already packed away breakfast, but went back to the kitchen to give us extra apples to take with us. Nice touch. :)
