Well they ripped us off. We booked the lake view room but since the hotel is a running down hotel so they stopped those room so ended up stayed at a no view room.

This was my second time staying there and it was just as nice as the first. Clean room, which got cleaned every day, and very polite staff. The owners didn’t seem to be there this time and the whole place seemed to be being managed by three boys who couldn’t have been more friendly and polite, despite only having basic English skills. It’s a lovely, quiet place right next to the river. Perfect if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. This is now my usual place to stay whenever I venture to Kampot. No complaints at all.

Please update your website and all booking.com informations: there is no restaurant anymore, they do not offer any breakfast (which is inconvenient as the hotel is 3 km out of town and there is nothing around), the rooms are bit worn out. we stayed one night there mid-january 2025 instead of five nights that we unfortunately had paid in advance.

Beautiful traditional Khmer experience for a stay! Love the Mountain View along with the river.
It might be a bit far from main city center but it is worth it for the quietness and serene views. It is however close to places great for Kayaking!
Negative things are mosquitoes (so be sure to use their provided nets), and the fact that you can hear people talking from other rooms

The room was great ,lovely wood structure that is well maintained , peaceful and calm, with a large variety of insects and animals living in harmony. (Cat birds lizards beetles ) mosquitos aren’t as aggressive as the ones in the city, but it’s still good to have a repellent. River is calm and swimmable, with jet ski and boats passing by sometimes.
Service is great , the staff are all very kind, the owner even invited us for breakfast even when the restaurant was closed this season.
Location wise it’s 10 minutes away on tuktuk from central Kampot. And nearby there are places with activities such as kayaking , jet skiing and a ride on boat with bbq.

Very nice hotel in the photo on the site, unfortunately far from reality! Too bad this resort is not maintained!

It's a little far from the city, very quiet, the boss is very nice, the room is very unique, and the bathroom has been renovated with bricks to make it more adaptable.

Not quite far from the city and this resident view is best of the best. You can enjoy the moment by sitting under the tree with a beautiful sunset. Talk about the room: clean, big and comfortable. About service also good and the environment is the best for me because it quiet that made me feel relax. I spend my 2 nights of solo trip staying there and I am sure that it a secure places. One more waking up with the birds sound and the old song that the owner plays, oh that good and refreshed.

Normal resort ......
The one room stay only 2 people and one kids 6 years old
If u have 2 kids like one 5 year and one 9 years.... u need to book 2 rooms lol
So I'm not recommend to stay this resort if u have more one kids or u want to enjoy like family or friends trip.

The place is very quiet and has a relaxed feel to it. Quite rustic. The staff did not speak any english so check in was tricky. After we got settled in the room we did meet the owner who did speak english and he made us feel very welcomed.
