Pool was lovely and we really appreciated the shelving in the room and thankfully didn't need the provided umbrellas!

My friend and I loved our stay at Sabbay Kep. Fred and his wife were wonderful hosts and the staff are all lovely. We had a bungalow each and it was spacious, cream and comfortable. You can dine in at their restaurant and have a drink at the bar or venture out to the crab market. Kep is very chilled , which is what we wanted. We had trips to Bokor mountain, Kampot, la plantation pepper farmer. We also explored the amazing New Khmer Architecture buildings which are incredible .. some have been refurbished and others are in disrepair - but a very interesting slice of history. I loved our and I’ll be back

Value for money. Conveniently located. Large swimming pool. Adequate owners. Delicious restaurant. The sea is not suitable for swimming, but across the sea you are in Thailand.

What a wonderful place. Walking distance from restaurants and market. Short ride/walk to the beach. Took a boat trip to Rabbit Island. The grounds are beautiful. Friendly staff. Well stocked bar on-site. Pool and comfortable seating alongside.I will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Sabbay Kep. The rooms are very clean, cleaned everyday and loved the interior of the bathroom.
Second the location is perfect. Close to national park, Kep beach and across the street of the Crab Market. Advise renting a motorbike and explore the area.
Lastly the staff is very friendly and helpful. They made our stay even more comfortable and pleasant.
Definetly recommend.

We stayed here for 4 nights with family and had a lovely time. The bungalows are spacious and the beds super comfy. It's perfect for a peaceful, relaxing stay. They have a great little rooftop cocktail bar that opens in the evenings and you're right by Keps best fish and crab restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Fred for a lovely stay.

Perfectly located next to the Crab market and its many restaurants, this is a simple and quiet place to stay in Kep. Excellent value for the price

Hotel well located few meters from Crab Market and one Km average from the beach. the hotel got 10 villas full equipped - pool - good breakfast - a good place to relax in Kep. the owner give you all the information you need and organize for you the transportation - you can also bike. I recommend this place

Family run business Fred and his wife, the staff are very friendly and nothing is to much trouble .We found the bed very heard to sleep on .And Fred had it changed by the time we had breakfast the next morning . The grounds are well kept . And right across from the sea .

We stayed two nights. Loved the garden setting and location. Fred and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large - as was the bathroom - with an outside terrace . Dining has a view of the sea through trees. Restaurants are a 2 mins walk, while the beach is maybe 10 mins - very well located. The food at the hotel is fresh and excellent. There is also a rooftop bar where food is served. Bikes available and advice on where to go. They also set up our bus to Phnom Penh. Highly recommended.
