Darica Resort

Cet hôtel a un très bon potentiel avec un jardin magnifique, des bungalows extérieurement très beaux,disposés autour d une grande piscine, et peut-être une belle salle à manger en hauteur ( en travaux quand nous y étions, nous avons déjeuner en bas au bar ). Nous étions seuls dans l hôtel à cette période mais la réservation de 2 bungalows était faite depuis 2 mois avec une confirmation 1 jour avant notre arrivée, ils auraient pu anticiper en mettant la piscine en route et vérifier la propreté notamment des sdb. L accueil a été très charmant et souriant de la part d une dame ( qui ne parle pas un mot d anglais et donc c’est très compliqué pour se faire comprendre). La pièce principale du grand bungalow (3 lits) était propre avec serviettes pliés sur le lit, diffuseur de parfum, bouteilles d eau. Il y a un frigo un sèche cheveux, serviettes, brosse à dent et produits de douche. En revanche j ai dû nettoyer la sdb qui était très sale au niveau des carrelages, le miroir avait des taches partout, la tablette, le lavabo bouché, des insectes au sol et le pommeau de douche qui fuyait (réparé assez vite)donc pas terrible. La piscine n est pas entretenue, l eau est verte c est dommage. Le petit dej est salé (rien de sucré) il est bon (riz ou nouilles seafood, plus un tube de nescafé). Il faut louer un scooter ou prendre un tuk tuk car il n y a rien à côté. On vous recommande 2 restos : le captain Chim et le Kep sur mer. Malgré ces quelques désagrément c était quand même très bien et nous espérons que l hôtel mise tout pour la bonne saison car cela pourrait être un super bel établissement contrairement à d autres à Kep, il fait vraiment vacances et cette ambiance jungle est superbe. La dame présente toute la journée à été super gentille et serviable. Il serait dommage avec un tel potentiel qu il périclite.

Located in Kep. I stayed at this location for six (6) days. Very friendly and very courteous staff. Great location that is quiet, beautiful tropical scenery, privacy guaranteed, and a big swimming pool to cool you off. Quality service at a reasonable price. Regards, Dr. JimK

Darica was a lovely getaway for our family! It was a nice reprieve from the bustling city of Phnom Penh where we live. We brought our baby and felt very comfortable bringing her there. There were mosquito nets over the beds which gave us peace of mind at night! The resort is very close to the crab market and the port to go to Rabbit Island. Highly recommend!

The hotel and rooms are half old, with a garden resort feel. Breakfast is provided and the staff are friendly. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the seaside attractions. If there is no restaurant nearby, I have to go to the seaside restaurant to eat.

I've stayed here two times for two years and both of the times, it was a very comfortable place. The owner and his family, speaks English very well and they will help you with all your problems. Most of all, they don't cheat you. They'll never cheat you. The food and service was very good too. Very friendly, nice and kind people.
