Saravoan-Kep Hotel

This was our second stay at this property in Kep. Food is good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent staff. Courtney (manager) was excellent. Front desk manager, Srey Mom, spoke very good English and was SO helpful at all times. Touch Channa served us many times in the dining room and always knew what we wanted and went out of her way to keep us happy.
Hotel is directly across from the beach. Superb pharmacy just next door. Laundry place next door: $2.00 per kg. GORGEOUS pool at hotel. Crab market not far away. This is such a great place to escape to for getting into relax-mode. Great value. Simple but terrific.

Amazing food. One of the best meals we had on a month-long trip to Cambodia. Everything was fresh and extremely tasty, bursting with flavour. Lovely view down to the beach as well and very friendly and warm service. Highly recommended.

We didn’t stay here but came for food and drink a couple of times at their upstairs beachside bar. The craft beer selection was great, the soft drinks were also very nice. We loved the food though, the Kep crab burger was a highlight of my time in Kep. Their crab papaya salad and prawn dishes were also very, very nice. Probably the best food we had in Kep, recommend visiting.

Best location for staying in Kep. Friendly and welcoming staff, they are all super nice! Rooms are nice, but hotel definitely due for an update soon. AC in room wasn’t cold enough, but they brought a big fan up and it was fine after that. AC in other rooms we booked were cold in some rooms, a couple others needed a fan too. Incredible view from the balcony.

Breakfast is delicious here, and their watermelon juice is so fresh. Many food options nearby and so many locations to relax and enjoy the coast.

Staff was incredibly helpful overall and made stay very pleasant. Great value for the area! Good for couples or a group/family. Quiet area at night, very peaceful and relaxing. Hope to be back soon!

We got the Delux Double with Bath, and enjoyed our stay immensely. It had a fantadtic view of the ocean,and islands. and plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed the rstaurant a few time, although the prices are a little high. All the staff were lovely, and always happy to help. The pool was one of the best features of the hotel. With it having shade in the afternoons, and a nice view out to the ocean. It weas a great place to relax.

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway, and especially the staff are magnificent; cannot fault their attentiveness, they were always smiling and ready to help. Location is right opposite the beach so the rooms have beautiful views. Saltwater pool overlooking the beach too. The restaurant upstairs is lovely, simple choice of breakfast is included, other meals for purchase are good and the new craft cocktails bar downstairs is the best. Some small things in the rooms could do with updating (eg. stains on curtains, water stains in bathroom) but nothing that hindered our stay or really makes a difference. Really good value for money, highly recommend.

Great place to stay right on the sea front. The pool overlooks the beach too. The place could do with a bit of TLC here and there, but overall a great time every time 😎🏖️
