Nice, cozy resort. The location and environment is so nice, cozy and calm. For the location 5/5. Food is also good. They have a suit which is also very good. But they need renovation and specially WiFi is too poor. I would give a 5 star if their WiFi was good.

It's a nice place to relax 🥰 the rooms comfortable and the food's great but the I can't fit my phone charger in the charging socket and also the mosquito nets aren't clean but overalls it's a nice place to stay at

The rooms are very nicely decorated bright and slightly colorful. The views at the sea and beach are stunning. The atmosphere is peaceful. The big bar at the beach is lively and to us a bonus. A gem. Went three times in as many days. Each dish was a treat. I especially liked the salmon bao off the lunch menu. Not as expensive as it looks and tastes. Look for the Samanear sign along Rd 33A. Also walk down the pier and the mangrove trail.

Have always enjoyed staying here. Over the years, Veranda has become an integral part of Kep. The levels of service and experience have remained unchanged. Service staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean, comfortable and a delight to live in. The breakfast is something you look forward to every morning. Added bonus is getting to see the monkeys everyday. ^_^

We stayed at another location but went today for a foot reflexology massage after a walk in the national park. Staff at the front desk were helpful. Massage was excellent - great technique and professional. We lay out by the beautiful pool under the trees in the nice December breeze. Thanks Verandah. We will be back

We came here for a restful time and the staff and the owner were very good to us. The rooms were very nice and the views are gorgeous. They are pet friendly which is one of the many reasons we chose this place. There are two lovely pools and the breakfast included is very nice. It is just a restful relaxing place. We have come here often during the many years we have lived in Cambodia.

Great place to stay right on the sea front. The pool overlooks the beach too. The place could do with a bit of TLC here and there, but overall a great time every time 😎🏖️

The location was great. And the pool was amazing with the salt water. The food and drinks were fantastic. But the room locked was too old . It was quite difficult to locked or unlocked. I would suggest to replace them for better ease of mind. I found the bed upstairs was a bit unsteady which is hard for us to move around. However, we loved the view from the foyer seeing the sea.

The location is excellent with all sea-view rooms and a swimming pool, just a few steps across the road to the beach. Private parking is behind the hotel. Small restaurant but tasty food and good chef. A small café downstairs but have not tried yet. Room rates are so good. Staffs are friendly. One minus thing is that the facilities are slightly degrading. Still, it’s worth.

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway, and especially the staff are magnificent; cannot fault their attentiveness, they were always smiling and ready to help. Location is right opposite the beach so the rooms have beautiful views. Saltwater pool overlooking the beach too. The restaurant upstairs is lovely, simple choice of breakfast is included, other meals for purchase are good and the new craft cocktails...

Please can you re open your wonderful cafe? This is a great place to stay so clean and peaceful and the hosts are so friendly and helpful. I can’t wait for them to reopen so we can visit again.

A real gem! We've stayed here for 7 nights and wish to stay longer. A lot of nature around and we even got to see a lot of gecko's, birds and monkeys! The monkeys were on our roof and it was really cool to watch! The coconut suite is really nice, equipped with a super comfy bed, a working AC and a shower that doesn't turn cold. The hammock outside is even better. The breakfast is very tasty...

Nice place to get away from it all. Very secluded location, yet just out of town. Good for kids, we've got four. Nice pool. The owner is very nice and quite helpful.

The sea view from the balcony of the top floors is amazing. The staff helped us with every little wish we had, crepes on demand for breakfast, an extra table and chairs - they went the extra mile for us with a smile.

The place is good. It is not recommended for people with disabilities .

Staff was good. Room was clean. Food was excellent.

The pool was PERFECT! The lack of English fluency with all the staff with the slight exception of the well meaning Manager was a continual challenge.

Nice and relaxing environment. All staff were very nice and helpful, even if some of them didn’t have very good English they would do anything to try and help by getting someone who could speak with me. They organised transportation back to Phnom Penh at a very reasonable price. I had all my dinners here as the food was nice and service impeccable.

The hotel offers a great view which in front of the sea view. The swimming pool is big enough to enjoy your swimming activity. The food is acceptable and the cocktail is nice. However the hotel fee and food price are a bit too expensive comparing to the other hotels. I would rate it 4/5 if it’s a bit less expensive.

The place is great. Friendly managers, really helpful, the bungalow were cleaned and tidy and there was free water, kettle and tea and coffee. The food cooked at restaurant is fresh and cooked by the Khmer charming women. I had chicken nugget and french fries for my kid, french fries had been cooked the real belgian way, 2 bath of frying oil....the best I had in Cambodia. Very large swimming pool...

Wife and I stayed in this hotel, everything was perfect. A perfect room with a view to the Ocean, balcony with table and chairs. Breakfast was very good, a very beautiful pool and clean. Room with a lot of space plus auto parking.

I can not speak highly enough of the staff and establishment at the Riviera. We were booked for 1week and we enjoyed our stay so much we stayed a month. Tangerine (this is her nickname) went above and beyond each and everyday to accommodate us and make us feel at home. The rooms are spacious and clean! The breakfast is fantastic! Very clean hotel. About 10 walking min distance to the Kep beach. There was an owner change and the new (Chinese) owner are very distant and reserved. From the previous comments in regard to the the former french owner it seems that the hospitality was getting a bit lost.

We enjoyed our time at the beach house. The staff speaks okay English but willing to learn an the owner encourages them to learn multiple things to do around the hotel. He was very helpful with our transfer pick up. The rooms are clean with nice interior. The beach is across the street an crowed on the weekends.

Always good. Paradise in paradise. Easy going owners with a good Khmer concierge who will organise transport for you wherever you need to go. A lovely pool and nice rooms and close to the crab market. Plus better price than other resorts that have the same asthetics. Worth a try, all my friends who come to Kep never say it was a bad experience.

Very beautifully set up bungalows in a well groomed garden, big trees all around, nice swimming pool in the middle, even have separate space for kitchen in the room. Very peaceful atmosphere, close to town centre. Great value for money. Would have given a 5 star if keeping up with the general maintenance in the room, like replace some light bulbs or tighten the loose screw of the tap on the sink.

Very calm place, owners are chill and from France. 50euros a night will get you a big 2 room ij a Bungalow next to the pool.

The overall aesthetic of the room was great and the bathroom clean and free of smells. The a/c worked well and the windows provided good views out to the well established landscaping. The front veranda had a comfortable sofa and hammock and was very nice for relaxing in the afternoon. The restaurant looked over the pool creating a very pleasant environment.

I love the environment, but the room facilities is quite poor like broken air-conditioning, bathroom, shower tape. Not gonna visit there again.
