This was our second stay at this property in Kep. Food is good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Excellent staff. Courtney (manager) was excellent. Front desk manager, Srey Mom, spoke very good English and was SO helpful at all times. Amazing food. One of the best meals we had on a month-long trip to Cambodia. Everything was fresh and extremely tasty, bursting with flavour. Lovely view down to the beach as well and very friendly and warm service. Highly recommended.

Water was leaking through the wall reaching the bed when my daughter showered. When I mentionned it to staff, they didn’t seem alarmed at all and only stated that it’s normal when there is rain. We found towels that were already placed around the wall. It is a known issue and were still given that room…zero apologies from staff. Fortunately, other rooms were available. We didn’t stay here but came for food and drink a couple of times at their upstairs beachside bar. The craft beer selection was great, the soft drinks were also very nice. We loved the food though, the Kep crab burger was a highlight of my time in Kep. Their crab papaya salad and prawn dishes were also very, very nice. Probably the best food we had in Kep, recommend visiting.

Best location for staying in Kep. Friendly and welcoming staff, they are all super nice! Rooms are nice, but hotel definitely due for an update soon. AC in room wasn’t cold enough, but they brought a big fan up and it was fine after that. AC in other rooms we booked were cold in some rooms, a couple others needed a fan too. We got the Delux Double with Bath, and enjoyed our stay immensely. It had a fantadtic view of the ocean,and islands. and plenty of space to spread out. This Hotel deserve a 5 Star Rating because: The staffs are very friendly and helpful The rooms facing to the mountains are fantastic and makes me feel refreshed The Pool is large and you can enjoy the sunset from the Pool! Have always enjoyed staying here. Over the years, Veranda has become an integral part of Kep. The levels of service and experience have remained unchanged. Service staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean, comfortable and a delight to live in. The breakfast is something you look forward to every morning. Added bonus is getting to see the monkeys everyday. ^_^

We stayed at another location but went today for a foot reflexology massage after a walk in the national park. Staff at the front desk were helpful. Massage was excellent - great technique and professional. We lay out by the beautiful pool under the trees in the nice December breeze. Thanks Verandah. We will be back

We came here for a restful time and the staff and the owner were very good to us. The rooms were very nice and the views are gorgeous. They are pet friendly which is one of the many reasons we chose this place. There are two lovely pools and the breakfast included is very nice. It is just a restful relaxing place. We have come here often during the many years we have lived in Cambodia.

A gem. Went three times in as many days. Each dish was a treat. I especially liked the salmon bao off the lunch menu. Not as expensive as it looks and tastes. Look for the Samanear sign along Rd 33A. Also walk down the pier and the mangrove trail.

Samanea resort is a paradise ! Stayed only 1 night but I could spend a whole month there just chilling, walking in the mangrove or on the private beach, watch the sunset from the 200m long bridge. The villas are amazingly big and the outside bathroom astonishing ! Such a place and I could easily imagine spend my honeymoon there. Furthermore they really care about the environment and it's pretty rare...

A new big hotel in Kep with peaceful environment, nice sea and island view, swiming pool, lifters and big rooftop terrace and large park.

I liked the traditional Khmer outlook of the rooms. The Location was a plus for the price. The only downside to this place is the AC unit- I woke up several times during the night because it was so hot. The AC was on but not blowing cold air.

The perfect hospitality, clean rooms, view and lovely see breeze make up for a slightly dated appearance. Kep is hassle free, and the location of Mealea has you right at some of the best seafood you will sample in Cambodia. Spend an afternoon in their pool, then order in from the local restaurants, whilst enjoying happy hour.

We enjoyed everything about this place. Location is optimal, close to the crab market, and with a good view of the ocean. The room we stayed in was clean and cool. The staff was friendly and accommodating. So much nature in this place we really enjoyed it.

Nice, cozy resort. The location and environment is so nice, cozy and calm. For the location 5/5. Food is also good. They have a suit which is also very good. But they need renovation and specially WiFi is too poor. I would give a 5 star if their WiFi was good.

A real gem! We've stayed here for 7 nights and wish to stay longer. A lot of nature around and we even got to see a lot of gecko's, birds and monkeys! The monkeys were on our roof and it was really cool to watch! The coconut suite is really nice, equipped with a super comfy bed, a working AC and a shower that doesn't turn cold. The hammock outside is even better. The breakfast is very tasty...

We enjoyed our time at the beach house. The staff speaks okay English but willing to learn an the owner encourages them to learn multiple things to do around the hotel. He was very helpful with our transfer pick up. The rooms are clean with nice interior. The beach is across the street an crowed on the weekends.

The place is great. Friendly managers, really helpful, the bungalow were cleaned and tidy and there was free water, kettle and tea and coffee. The food cooked at restaurant is fresh and cooked by the Khmer charming women. I had chicken nugget and french fries for my kid, french fries had been cooked the real belgian way, 2 bath of frying oil....the best I had in Cambodia. Very large swimming pool...

Always good. Paradise in paradise. Easy going owners with a good Khmer concierge who will organise transport for you wherever you need to go. A lovely pool and nice rooms and close to the crab market. Plus better price than other resorts that have the same asthetics. Worth a try, all my friends who come to Kep never say it was a bad experience.

Very beautifully set up bungalows in a well groomed garden, big trees all around, nice swimming pool in the middle, even have separate space for kitchen in the room. Very peaceful atmosphere, close to town centre. Great value for money. Would have given a 5 star if keeping up with the general maintenance in the room, like replace some light bulbs or tighten the loose screw of the tap on the sink.

Very calm place, owners are chill and from France. 50euros a night will get you a big 2 room ij a Bungalow next to the pool.

Wife and I stayed in this hotel, everything was perfect. A perfect room with a view to the Ocean, balcony with table and chairs. Breakfast was very good, a very beautiful pool and clean. Room with a lot of space plus auto parking.

I can not speak highly enough of the staff and establishment at the Riviera. We were booked for 1week and we enjoyed our stay so much we stayed a month. Tangerine (this is her nickname) went above and beyond each and everyday to accommodate us and make us feel at home. The rooms are spacious and clean! The breakfast is fantastic! Very clean hotel. About 10 walking min distance to the Kep beach. There was an owner change and the new (Chinese) owner are very distant and reserved. From the previous comments in regard to the the former french owner it seems that the hospitality was getting a bit lost.

I stayed there 2 nights with my friend. We booked a sea view room on Agoda but at the arrival it was no seaview room available. But for the2nd night it was ok. Nice quiet relaxing n absolutely one million dollar view from the room esp at higher floor, of course they only have 3 storeys.

I was here for a team building with my colleagues. I felt very relaxed after seeing the green environment around in this resort. Besides, food and snack at Spring Valley are also delicious, especially sea food.
