Saravoan was very clean and in a great location. Courtney and the rest of the staff were helpful in planning our day in Kep and took such good care of us while we stayed. Definitely recommend staying here, it was a great value for the money.

Amazing food. One of the best meals we had on a month-long trip to Cambodia. Everything was fresh and extremely tasty, bursting with flavour. Lovely view down to the beach as well and very friendly and warm service. Highly recommended.

Water was leaking through the wall reaching the bed when my daughter showered. When I mentionned it to staff, they didn’t seem alarmed at all and only stated that it’s normal when there is rain. We didn’t stay here but came for food and drink a couple of times at their upstairs beachside bar. The craft beer selection was great, the soft drinks were also very nice. We loved the food though, the Kep crab burger was a highlight of my time in Kep. Their crab papaya salad and prawn dishes were also very, very nice. Probably the best food we had in Kep, recommend visiting.

I liked the traditional Khmer outlook of the rooms. The Location was a plus for the price. The only downside to this place is the AC unit- I woke up several times during the night because it was so hot. The AC was on but not blowing cold air.

The perfect hospitality, clean rooms, view and lovely see breeze make up for a slightly dated appearance. Kep is hassle free, and the location of Mealea has you right at some of the best seafood you will sample in Cambodia. Spend an afternoon in their pool, then order in from the local restaurants, whilst enjoying happy hour.

We enjoyed everything about this place. Location is optimal, close to the crab market, and with a good view of the ocean. The room we stayed in was clean and cool. The staff was friendly and accommodating. So much nature in this place we really enjoyed it.

The location is great for a family or friend trip. However, the cleanliness was quite poor, especially regarding the equipment and facilities such as the bed, bathtub, toilet, mattress, and pillows.

on the way to check in the receptionist guy don’t even want to talk to me and just using phone . when i was in my room about to check out the cleaner just open my room and it just 10 am in the morning . there a lot of noise in the morning around 9-10am from cleaner if u are a woman and easy to feel uncomfortable i wouldn’t recommend this

This room is big and clean , bed is comfortable 😀, not not so special because breakfast so limited. And staff looks not standard up to hotel feature. Pool very big, deep and very nice, it just next to the see and it located in the park of the hotel.

This was my second stay, following last year. This hotel is located in a quiet place full of nature, and it's the perfect place to relax. The manager and all the staff were very friendly and full of hospitality, which made my stay very comfortable.

We been there already two years ago and back last week the hotel and the amenities are still very clean and service staffs are friendly. Will go back again for sure.

I’ve visited multiple times and I always love my stay. Food, staff, location, rooms and grounds are just the best. Not a 5 minute walk from the crab market. Lovely bathroom products and creams. Antique furniture and decorations are perfect for the venue.

I had such a great stay at Knai Bang Chatt. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful and the people are amazing. For example, The receptionist (I think his name was Samnang) went completely out of his way to help me find sunscreen—he took photos at the pharmacy, and brought it back without charging anything extra. Very good. Clean and comfortable

I have stayed here many times and I am satisfied with everything. The only downside is that the bed sheets have a strong smell of detergent.

The rooms are clean and tidy, with a lot of space, but the facilities are not complete. Some rooms don't even have a TV. The air conditioning is average. There are not many types of breakfast and the food is relatively simple.

Hygiene is average, Facilities: not very good

The room is large, with solid wood furniture, very clean and comfortable, and the wireless network is very fast. The only drawback is that the TV is broken and it was not fixed after repair.

The room is extremely spacious and all furniture is made of solid wood.

We decided to extend our stay for another three days because we really like the natural settings and the service provided . We enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of food provided. We will definitely come back to Kep again and stay with the resort.

Wonderful hotel in the middle of nature. Close to Kep National Park where you can go hiking. The infinity pool is amazing. The rooms are spacious and rustic. We liked very much.

It's a little far from the city and in a quiet place so you can relax very easily. The staff are very kind.

A gem. Went three times in as many days. Each dish was a treat. I especially liked the salmon bao off the lunch menu. Not as expensive as it looks and tastes. Look for the Samanear sign along Rd 33A. Also walk down the pier and the mangrove trail.

We had a great stay. Booked 3 rooms (1 twins and 2 double), the hotel upgraded our rooms to deluxe room. Everything just perfect for the price. The only draw back is that it is a bit inside and won't be too convenient with public transport.

The environment is very good. I will choose this place next time. The front desk service is also very considerate. It is clean and hygienic. It is what I imagined. I recommend it to everyone. The breakfast is also delicious. I like it.

Valuable hotel with wonderful pool, great enough to swim. The location is a bit far but this is not specific to the hotel. Kep city is fragmentated and the city centre is not really si far. The staff us very nice, rooms are big and modern. I would suggest to add light above the sink in the bathroom and above the desk in the bedroom.

I was here for a team building with my colleagues. I felt very relaxed after seeing the green environment around in this resort. Besides, food and snack at Spring Valley are also delicious, especially sea food.

Came to the hotel restaurant for dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful, the food was very good and while on the slightly expensive side it was not outrageous. We walked around the grounds a bit, it looks like they are currently doing some required upgrades to the rooms and facilities. Everything looked neat and inviting. I stayed at royal Meridian resort for 2 days and it was a good experience we were actually there for a meeting and they would let us play music in the night because we practically booked the whole resort. Almost great except the roof of each room using traditional style (grass) without ceiling. There is no Insect protection at all. The night I stayed there tons of insects falling down from the roof. Strongly not recommended those who allergic to insects.

Darica was a lovely getaway for our family! It was a nice reprieve from the bustling city of Phnom Penh where we live. We brought our baby and felt very comfortable bringing her there. There were mosquito nets over the beds which gave us peace of mind at night! The resort is very close to the crab market and the port to go to Rabbit Island. Highly recommend!

The hotel and rooms are half old, with a garden resort feel. Breakfast is provided and the staff are friendly. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to the seaside attractions. If there is no restaurant nearby, I have to go to the seaside restaurant to eat.

I've stayed here two times for two years and both of the times, it was a very comfortable place. The owner and his family, speaks English very well and they will help you with all your problems. Most of all, they don't cheat you. They'll never cheat you. The food and service was very good too. Very friendly, nice and kind people.

A real gem! We've stayed here for 7 nights and wish to stay longer. A lot of nature around and we even got to see a lot of gecko's, birds and monkeys!
