Beware of the monkeys that accosted us at the reception and snatched our fruits The hotel was so kind that we got reimbursed for their cost but the monkeys are too aggressive for guest safety, especially if you have children We were never advised at check so unaware but somebody should take action before the monkeys take over the whole town maybe in the future and tourism will pay the price

Nice and simple hotel for your simple needs and right in front of the beach! Nice pool in front of my room for a quick swim. The service is great and breakfast is delicious but a la carte so no wasteful buffet here! Overall a great place to stay in Kep if you are on a budget.

I forgot my ipad there and the staff retrieved and kept for me.

The hotel is beautiful, but it’s a bit run down. The sheets and towel are clean but toilet require an update.

Saravoan has the best location in Kep, overlooking a great little beach with excellent views of the islands,we have been staying there for holidays every year for the last nine years in which time a few managers have come and gone, the amenities have not changed much but quiet rustic and suit the rainforest environment,they now serve a free breakfast which this time was very good, service was as usual...

I liked the traditional Khmer outlook of the rooms. The Location was a plus for the price. The only downside to this place is the AC unit- I woke up several times during the night because it was so hot. The AC was on but not blowing cold air.

The perfect hospitality, clean rooms, view and lovely see breeze make up for a slightly dated appearance. Kep is hassle free, and the location of Mealea has you right at some of the best seafood you will sample in Cambodia. Spend an afternoon in their pool, then order in from the local restaurants, whilst enjoying happy hour.

We enjoyed everything about this place. Location is optimal, close to the crab market, and with a good view of the ocean. The room we stayed in was clean and cool. The staff was friendly and accommodating. So much nature in this place we really enjoyed it.

We had a great time here. The room is clean and the swimming pool is kept in good condition. Breakfast was good and we saw two monkeys. The place is so green and in a great location. The staff are super nice and kind to us. Definitely come again 😁

The location is great for a family or friend trip. However, the cleanliness was quite poor, especially regarding the equipment and facilities such as the bed, bathtub, toilet, mattress, and pillows.

on the way to check in the receptionist guy don’t even want to talk to me and just using phone . when i was in my room about to check out the cleaner just open my room and it just 10 am in the morning . there a lot of noise in the morning around 9-10am from cleaner if u are a woman and easy to feel uncomfortable i wouldn’t recommend this

This room is big and clean , bed is comfortable 😀, not not so special because breakfast so limited. And staff looks not standard up to hotel feature. Pool very big, deep and very nice, it just next to the see and it located in the park of the hotel.

The location is good: close to the beach but not on the beach. The staff is not cool and extra-charged my friends (2 adults and one kid) for an extra-bed while they and had ordered a room for 3 people...that came with one bed only (exactly the same room as mine, just more expensive). Pros The room is clean and has no odor. The air conditioner is very cold. The service is very good. The sea view is OK. The mountain view is nothing but trees. The swimming pool feels very good. Cons If you take a shower late at night, the hot water is not very hot. It is recommended to eat breakfast early. We had breakfast at 8:30 or 9:00. The restaurant is very hot. Hope it can be improved.

The pool was PERFECT! The lack of English fluency with all the staff with the slight exception of the well meaning Manager was a continual challenge.

We had a great stay. Booked 3 rooms (1 twins and 2 double), the hotel upgraded our rooms to deluxe room. Everything just perfect for the price. The only draw back is that it is a bit inside and won't be too convenient with public transport.

The environment is very good. I will choose this place next time. The front desk service is also very considerate. It is clean and hygienic. It is what I imagined. I recommend it to everyone. The breakfast is also delicious. I like it.

Valuable hotel with wonderful pool, great enough to swim. The location is a bit far but this is not specific to the hotel. Kep city is fragmentated and the city centre is not really si far. The staff us very nice, rooms are big and modern. I would suggest to add light above the sink in the bathroom and above the desk in the bedroom.

This was my second stay, following last year. This hotel is located in a quiet place full of nature, and it's the perfect place to relax. The manager and all the staff were very friendly and full of hospitality, which made my stay very comfortable.

I have stayed here many times and I am satisfied with everything. The only downside is that the bed sheets have a strong smell of detergent.

The rooms are clean and tidy, with a lot of space, but the facilities are not complete. Some rooms don't even have a TV. The air conditioning is average. There are not many types of breakfast and the food is relatively simple.

The room is large, with solid wood furniture, very clean and comfortable, and the wireless network is very fast. The only drawback is that the TV is broken and it was not fixed after repair.

Everything here exceeded my expectations! I've lived in this country for four years and this was my first visit to KEP, and I'm so thankful I chose this hotel! It's truly a miracle!

If you go there for coffee, you can not go nine or eight you have to wait until 10 because they will take the time from 7 to 10 AM to serve breakfast for their resort guest first. From 10 AM. You can come for coffee.

Came to the hotel restaurant for dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful, the food was very good and while on the slightly expensive side it was not outrageous. We walked around the grounds a bit, it looks like they are currently doing some required upgrades to the rooms and facilities. Everything looked neat and inviting. Wouldn't mind coming back for a stay in the future.

I stayed at royal Meridian resort for 2 days and it was a good experience we were actually there for a meeting and they would let us play music in the night because we practically booked the whole resort. The overall experience is what you look for if you want a get away place.

Nice family resort, good sized rooms with mosquito netted beds. Aircon worked well. No humidity in the room. Breakfast offers Western and Khmer options. Walking distance to Sailing Club Restaurant. Had friends develop a bit of a rash post pool swim. My kids noted citronella? taste and oily layers but no rash. Our tv did not work... no connection to the cable/box? Would have connected to laptop but...

The sea view from the balcony of the top floors is amazing. The staff helped us with every little wish we had, crepes on demand for breakfast, an extra table and chairs - they went the extra mile for us with a smile.

Staff was good. Room was clean. Food was excellent.

We loved the location: the room is outstanding, the bathroom outside fantastic and we‘ve also enjoyed sitting after dinner in the newly built library. The restaurant offers a great variety of food which is tasty and well-prepared and breakfast is simply outstanding: Both, in terms of variety and quality. Not to forget the staff: incredibly friendly and decent - 10 out of 10!

Nice quiet relaxing n absolutely one million dollar view from the room esp at higher floor, of course they only have 3 storeys.

I was here for a team building with my colleagues. I felt very relaxed after seeing the green environment around in this resort. Besides, food and snack at Spring Valley are also delicious, especially sea food.

I’ve visited multiple times and I always love my stay. Food, staff, location, rooms and grounds are just the best. Not a 5 minute walk from the crab market. Lovely bathroom products and creams. Antique furniture and decorations are perfect for the venue.

I had such a great stay at Knai Bang Chatt. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful and the people are amazing. I’ve been there with satisfaction of service, foods, environment. I got a clean room, easy parking and also have EV charging. The room very enough space for two people with wide and clear window for sea view. The clean swimming pool for us with relaxing bird sounds to enjoy. The location not too far from Kep down town and close enough for self walk to the beach.

Wife and I stayed in this hotel, everything was perfect. A perfect room with a view to the Ocean, balcony with table and chairs. Breakfast was very good, a very beautiful pool and clean. Room with a lot of space plus auto parking.

I can not speak highly enough of the staff and establishment at the Riviera. We were booked for 1week and we enjoyed our stay so much we stayed a month. Tangerine (this is her nickname) went above and beyond each and everyday to accommodate us and make us feel at home. The rooms are spacious and clean! The breakfast is fantastic! Stayed here for three nights. The bungalow was lovely not exciting but clean comfortable with indoor and outdoor living spaces. The pool was nice and staff were lovely. On the negative side the place is showing some disrepair, our door handle broke off but the staff member replaced it for us. The food and drinks are a little expensive and as a result we did not see anyone buying food etc But overall...

Lovely little resort with private bungalows. Great price for a resort with a pool and restaurant. We were there in the low season so it was very quiet but peaceful. The food in the restaurant was lovely. We had the crab, which they weren’t frugal about as there was more crab than rice on the plate. The bungalows have lovely hammocks outside and the resort is a beautiful area of greenery and flowers...

Great place to stay with children (or even without!). Decent size pool, and a restaurant with surprisingly well-cooked dishes. Both the Khmer and Western options were well done. Good free breakfast as well more than enough to fill you up. Very friendly and helpful staff

Having read the reviews we booked this with confidence but we're disappointed on arrival. The location is fantastic and everywhere within walking distance. Breakfast was good and pancakes delicious. However the bungalow was in need of some tlc and serious cleaning. Only visible floors were cleaned. If broken and dirty items were cleaned or replaced then it would be fine.
