The hotel is situated on a secluded, private beach, surrounded by jungles and wild nature. There are virtually no roads to other hotels. They offered a motorbike rental, but it requires navigating about 8 km of off-road terrain. The best way to get there is by sea, via speedboat. GTVC company even organizes transfers directly from Sihanoukville port.
The hotel is perfectly designed for a private getaway amidst nature, with a wonderful beach and turquoise sea. However, there are very few sun loungers and umbrellas (presumably due to the preferences of Asian tourists who tend not to sunbathe).
Construction of a swimming pool has begun in the coastal area, which encroaches on the beach space and causes some inconvenience. Otherwise, the grounds are beautiful and very green (be careful, falling coconuts!).
Breakfast is quite meager and monotonous, primarily catering to Asian tastes. There's a convenience store on site with snacks and dry goods. There's also a Chinese restaurant and the hotel's own restaurant. No other dining options are available.

The experience at Mafiya Resort was incredible. The team was extremely helpful and assisted us with everything we requested — even before our arrival at the hotel. To get to the resort, you need to purchase a boat ticket, which costs 30 USD per person.
We received an excellent welcome from the staff, were placed in a room by the saltwater lake that forms there, and the atmosphere was great. We had a few issues with the TV, but nothing that affected our stay.
The resort offers some activities for guests, and the one we definitely enjoyed the most was kayaking. We also took the opportunity to swim at the beach, which is very clean and calm — there are almost no waves.
The food served at breakfast was another outstanding point. They offer plenty of options for all tastes — from traditional Khmer cuisine to dishes commonly eaten in the West. At dinner, we were very well taken care of, enjoyed the seafood prepared by the resort’s kitchen, and were able to appreciate a wine we brought especially for our stay.
We thank the Mafiya Resort team for making our stay something that will certainly be unforgettable ❤️

Went there just for the day trip. The beach was amazing. The coconut bar was very nice and very easy accessing. There were several fresh water for shower alot the beach which very nice. The beach surrounded by a lot of coconut trees. The place is very clean.

a clean beach 🏝️which requires only a short 🛥️ trip from Sihanoukville to Heaven island. the sand is cleaner there and the service is great as well. however, there's not much activities to do there
