360 Resort in Sihanoukville

I went there for lunch time with friends, I feel good with view of city from the hill top.
Some places are renovating.

Best Coffee shop with view on top of mountain in City but please check with selling price again it higher than other a bit.

Amazing resort very recommended

It was our first time staying at 360 Resort. The most impressive thing was the customer service, all of them were so friendly, helpful…. The foods are good, the views from the hotel are so nice.
One thing they need to improve is the signs to each room, every rooms needed to be check and clean often to prevent smell.
Like to stay more if the rooms are renovated.

Nice place to view the city, good meals and cocktails. Clean environment and fresh. But found some parts could be seen from the outside room, maybe need to check to make sure it's safe.

The name is really, coz it can see the view of Preah Sihanouk City 360 degree. Nice view, delicious food with many kind of food to select with a fresh seafood. Many kind of food and wine to select

Especially, really nice weather when we came to the top of the mountain.

Booked an overnight stay here to celebrate my birthday, and it was indeed a wise decision for me! From the time i did my online booking thru a booking site, everything went well. The staff in 360 Resort were easy to communicate with and very amenable to all my requests. I'm eligible for a 2hr. early checkin and 2hr. late checkout (perks of being a genius member of this booking site) and the resort were gracious enough to accommodate it. Other properties give you a hard time with requests like this but with 360, it was easy as a breeze! It just shows that they are pro-guests and aim to give clients the best possible experience and for that i was thankful. 👌👍👏

The resort boasts of it's location which has an amazing 360 view overlooking Sihanoukville and the sea. It is situated on top of a hill so you get a good view of the surroundings being at a vantage point. The restaurant and pool are the main attractions of the resort which are located on the highest point of the property. Cottages or bungalows are situated a bit below so would be a bit of a feat for those who are physically challenged climbing stairs or those with disabilities (pwd's and elderlies) to walk to and fro the resto and pool area. For those with cars, i don't see any issue because it would be easier to go up. Perhaps in the future, the management would think of adding like a service golf cart for people who doesn't have their own vehicles. Would be easier for people who has a problem with mobility to go around. Just my two cents.. 😉

When it comes to the accommodation, we were booked at deluxe king and i must say that we had a pleasurable stay at 109! The bed's really big for two, ergonomic and comfortable. Pillows were fluffy and soft, sheets and towels were smelling clean and all white. Amenities like drinking water, toiletries and tea/coffee/sugar were available in the room. Hot and cold water in the bath. AC works perfectly plus there's a working phone in the room! Other properties have one but only for display! 😂😀

Lastly, and the most important thing that i've liked and the reason why i would recommend it to friends were the staffs' attitude towards their guests. They were very friendly and accommodating. They would make you feel very welcome as soon as you've stepped inside their reception area. So i commend the staff.. both at the reception and the restaurant, special mention to Mr. You-ann ( the Hotel Manager) for extending good customer service to us! The resto staff went beyond my expectations. They've even prepared a birthday treat for me! 🤗🎂 As we were about to finish our dinner at the terrace of the resto, the staff came one by one with one holding a cake with lit candles on them, a birthday song was played on the air and they were singing too.. so i can't help to giggle as they approached our table! It was one memorable night that i can't forget! 😍 Mr. You-ann even gave us 2 glasses of red wine as complimentary for the occasion. After a relaxing and a goodnights's rest, we had a sumptuous buffet breakfast at the resto. We noted that in the garden nearby, they also grow their own veggies like lettuce and the like that they use in their kitchen. Good thinking! On the day of our checkout, the receptionist also handed me a scarf as a souvenir from the resort. And to top it all, the service van even drop me off at my destination. Talk about being pampered and a really good service! Hats off, 360 Resort! Will be back again soon! Arkoun chraen! 😍😘
