Horrible calls center work. I did rezervation, when the date came they lost it. So i had to do all ower again, going to doctor including. Now I can not remeber if i have to come tommorow or day after tommorow and nobody is picking up the phone. So far I have spend an hour on line calling them 5 times. And nothing. Could be i will loose my appointment again,because of theyr bad job.

We booked a stay at this SPA facility and wanted to spend a nice time here with my wife in autumn. I also have to say that we really enjoy being here and this time everything seemed to be going well, except for the night of the 9th day, we were told that a lot of people would be arriving from our beloved country that night and that The plane is delayed, hence the night action. What we didn't know was that they were military men, 90 people. and they are very loud and in a civilian facility. You can't imagine that all hell is going on here.

Registration takes ages. We got a ticket at 10:32, waited for an hour and we have not yet been called for. At 11:50 we have asked the staff that we have waited for half an hour, is it going to take much longer. Their response was that no one has waited for half an hour yet. Its been only an hour and twenty minutes.

I just had to tell you about this incredible experience I had at Egle’s Sanatorium today and yesterday. It felt like stepping into a paradise on earth! What struck me the most was the diverse mix of guests, from young adults to families with little ones, all seeking relaxation and wellness.
The highlight for me was the amazing selection of saunas they offer – from Himalayan salt saunas to infrared ones and even an ice room! It was truly a unique and rejuvenating experience, unlike anything I've ever encountered before.
The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and despite any language barriers, the staff was incredibly polite and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcome and comfortable.
And can we talk about the swimming pools? So refreshing! Plus, they had high-quality towels and even a foot disinfection machine for added hygiene.
Overall, I felt like I was in heaven! It's definitely a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a blissful escape. Thanks for letting me share this with you!

Great complex. In winter, we often come as a family to relax in the swimming pool complex, there are many different saunas.

Very recommended place to be with kids or without. As being very picky person, I found this place perfect ....nature, customer service and provided treatment wise. Very good trained staff, professional management. Simply loved the place! I can only guess who is the owner/manager...feels like someone American, as to beat American customer servise can only American :-)

Egles sanatorija is the best sanatorium, where the price matches the quality and everyone here will find what they need.
An attentive doctor will listen to you and prescribe the procedures that suit you.
In a modern, spacious complex of buildings you will be greeted by cozy rooms, Great SPA , and Restaurant with tasty food.
Around the sanatorium there are picturesque views and a beautiful pine forest in which you can walk and walk.

Good location. Small rooms. Very unfriendly reception and lobby bar staff. If you do not take FB, no options to have a lunch or dinner. SPA changes and cancels procedures anytime without offering other options.

THIS ISN'T A TOURIST SPA, AVOID. Its a hospital for old people, you will be absolutely ignored here.
Literally walking around aimlessly, no one guiding. All spa treatments unavailable as fully booked. Random receptions shut.
Room has random weird dark spots on carpet. I feel completely scammed.
