Great price, but amenities require some work already

A really nice spa hotel, pretty cheap for a larger room with a balcony and kitchen! A bathtub would have been nice though. The pool is nice and they have three different saunas, two dry ones and one with steam, and two bubble pools as well. The hotel is located abit outside of birstonas, in a nice scenic area. Great hotel, top notch service

First time visiting Lithuania and so glad I got to stay in this lovely property. Love the location and spa. Very friendly people and great tasting food in the restaurant. I also love their sparkling water, it’s the best one I’ve ever tasted. If you’re going to Lithuania I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, easy walking distance from the centre of Birstonas. The entire hotel was clean and modernly designed. The staff were very professional and friendly. Added bonus of sunbeds and access to the lake straight from the pool area. Overall a great stay and a lovely breakfast!

Who doesn't like a medieval themed hotel? Massive beds, lots of draped material, old dark wood, all the period features were represented. NOTE: We only ate at their restaurant. Quiet atmosphere, decent food and friendly staff. Also, reasonable prices compared to western Europe. We had a bit of trouble communicating with the waiter and ended up getting some wrong (although still delicious) orders.

Very recommended place to be with kids or without. As being very picky person, I found this place perfect ....nature, customer service and provided treatment wise. Very good trained staff, professional management. Simply loved the place! I can only guess who is the owner/manager...feels like someone American, as to beat American customer servise can only American :-)

Egles sanatorija is the best sanatorium, where the price matches the quality and everyone here will find what they need. An attentive doctor will listen to you and prescribe the procedures that suit you. The TV did not work 2. The AC was making strange noice once the compressor kicks in 3. Well kept, modern hotel with comfortable, warm (it was minus 11 outside) room. Bit noisy from the party going on in the restaurant but once that finished, quiet too. Walk in shower was really appreciated first thing, with copious hot water. Breakfast (taken early due to travel requirements) was very tasty omlettes & good tea! (From leaves). Will stay again if in the area.

Absolutely loved our stay at Monte Pacis! The atmosphere was peaceful and unique, steeped in history. Our room was cozy, the service excellent, and the breakfast — absolutely fantastic, fit for royalty. Highly recommend!

It is a unique place - a restaurant in a monastery. The atmosphere is very authentic. Dishes reflect the place, for example, they have a deer steak. Service was perfect, and the staff was very friendly. P.S. If you have never been here, a tour of the monastery can be combined. The tour takes ~ 2 hours.

If you're in Kaunas, Monte Pacis is a culinary destination worth considering. Hotel was located nearby Kaunas train station. Though quite far from the old town, Kaunas is very walkable. Bed was comfortable.

Trip.com mentioned the car park is free but the hotel staff said it wasn't. I paid extra 10 Euro for car park fee.

We had difficulties finding the hotel: Navigate to "Vasario 16-osios g., Kaunas". You enter the dead-end street from the north. It was a nice clean room and it's a good location but somewhere about 1km east of here is probably better. The bathroom is a bit budget but it was clean and everything worked. There are no check-in staff. The breakfast buffet is cheap and we couldn't get netflix to work properly on the TV.

I had a wonderful experience. The ladies are so welcoming and nice. I stayed there after a surgery and the made me feel like I was at home. They took care of me offering me extra pillows, ice... When I wanted to go around town, they would help me schedule my trip.They would even give me the timetable for the public transportation. They made me love Lithuania. I'm definetely coming back next year.
