First time visiting Lithuania and so glad I got to stay in this lovely property. Love the location and spa. Very friendly people and great tasting food in the restaurant. I also love their sparkling water, it’s the best one I’ve ever tasted. If you’re going to Lithuania I would highly recommend this hotel.

We came for a weekend getaway. Parking was busy and we were fortunate to find a last spot. We decided to try the largest room that wasn’t a suite and we loved it! It was located on the 3rd floor about ~10m from the lift tucked independently in a corner of the large lobby. Beautiful property in a lovely location. People go out of their way to make your experience an enjoyable one. Excellent food and a superb spa.

Great location, easy walking distance from the centre of Birstonas. The entire hotel was clean and modernly designed. The staff were very professional and friendly. Added bonus of sunbeds and access to the lake straight from the pool area. Overall a great stay and a lovely breakfast!

Great hotel, we loved it. It is relatively small hotel near the park, as I understood in building build couple a years ago. Clean, comfortable rooms with boiling cup and tea, great area to walk around. At the 1st floor there is restourant, where you can order something, but I would recommend to walk around and take a meal at another place, because food there is good but not great. Spa area is new and...

It is a nice place Indeed. But then I was told it was a 4 stars hotel and walking half naked is illegal here. Despite 30 degrees temperature. Well.... Later I was informed smoking self made cigarette is illegal too. Well... Too many rules that disturbs your relaxation

Very cozy hotel. Staff members polite and helpful. Delicious restaurant food. Nice outside seating place. Small, but very cozy pool for two people, not more. They dont have lot of spa procedures, but if you want only to stay in Birstonas definitely recommend this place.

Who doesn't like a medieval themed hotel? Massive beds, lots of draped material, old dark wood, all the period features were represented. The restaurant and outdoor area were well done and very relaxing and cute. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was great too. NOTE: We only ate at their restaurant. Quiet atmosphere, decent food and friendly staff. Also, reasonable prices compared to western Europe. We had a bit of trouble communicating with the waiter and ended up getting some wrong (although still delicious) orders.

This place is amazing all around. Kitschy yet cozy and the staff does an amazing job. Definitely not for snobs but if you're at least a bit open-minded - this is the place to be.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel is simple, no thrills, but good value for money. Breakfast at €5 / person was a bargain, the made-to-order dishes were delicious. The staff was lovely.

Were there for food only. It's okay. food is tasty ands size are not small. Maybe dining room size is bit to small when it is full of people.

The big problem was reception - 2 hour.... But reception for procedures was terrible, we waiting from 17-18 &18:30-20 thanks staff suport, She give us schedule for procedures next day. And ask come to next morning at 9:00 In the next mornig story was same , all finished at 11:25. That mean we lost for registration of procedures 5 hour. Total for all registration we spend 7 hours. That was really...

Registration takes ages. We got a ticket at 10:32, waited for an hour and we have not yet been called for. At 11:50 we have asked the staff that we have waited for half an hour, is it going to take much longer. Their response was that no one has waited for half an hour yet. Its been only an hour and twenty minutes. Ffs. ----- Update: After registration we got a voucher to make up for long wait...

Very recommended place to be with kids or without. As being very picky person, I found this place perfect ....nature, customer service and provided treatment wise. Very good trained staff, professional management. Simply loved the place! I can only guess who is the owner/manager...feels like someone American, as to beat American customer servise can only American :-)

Egles sanatorija is the best sanatorium, where the price matches the quality and everyone here will find what they need. An attentive doctor will listen to you and prescribe the procedures that suit you. In a modern, spacious complex of buildings you will be greeted by cozy rooms, Great SPA , and Restaurant with tasty food. Around the sanatorium there are picturesque views and a beautiful pine forest...

Good location. Small rooms. Very unfriendly reception and lobby bar staff. If you do not take FB, no options to have a lunch or dinner. SPA changes and cancels procedures anytime without offering other options. Amber SPA is great! However good location to have a walk to the city and by the river.
